WAHOO!!! We have officially 100 members of the Yuki Club!! And hey, there's still room for more so if you want to join, just PM me^_^

Oh man, my stress level is reaching code red. I'm going to be graduating from college in a couple weeks and you know what that means, right? LOTS OF WORK!! ARGH! *gives evil eye to all my teachers* I have 4 novels I have to read, 1 essay, 3 finals, a portfolio, a gallery opening, 2 photoshop projects, and my senior project complete all within the next couple weeks. I think my hair is turning white...as a matter of fact I am, literally, getting white hairs. LITERALLY! *twitches*

But, I thought it might be fun to show you guys my senior illustration project since I know some of you are considering pursuing art in the future. Basically, with this senior illustration class we're allowed to choose a project and do that for the entire semester. I chose to illustrate a few pages from the classic fairytale, Thumbelina and a few of you may remember I posted a couple of them in progress but I have more now so here's little thumbies of them:

The 1st picture is actually finished and I'm done with that one and originally a different frame was going to follow this one but I didn't like how it flowed, so I added the one beside it which obviously isn't finished but you get to see how it looks in the begining. I should point out that ALL these pieces are done on the gray paper because I felt like challenging myself. You want to know a little secret? I used myself as the reference for the woman holding Thumbelina in the 2nd one!! So yeah, that's me but cartoonized a little and my hair isn't curly but straight^_^

There are actually going to be 2 more frames before these ones but I did things a little out of order because I'm psycho. The last frame I had posted before also when it wasn't finished and now that final frame is complete too! I'm still not sure if I'm done with the 1st frog drawing because I may darken the froggy up a smidge:

So, there's some of the crap I've been working on but I have 2 more frames I have to do in addition to those 4! *weeps*

Corney Joke of the Day...this is an actual one where you may have to think about it before you get it:

I like the difference the dubs/sub were during this part. When I watched the USA released DVD, Tohru was saying something like "oh no! oh no! oh no!" But in the Japanese released one it's: "DAMNIT! DAMNIT! DAMNIT!" Heehee!! I think the 2nd one is funnier:-D

People were so shocked when I mentioned yesterday that sugar doesn't make you hyper. Well, it's true! They say some chocolate and stuff have caffeine and that's where the energy comes from. Plus, they showed the example how at a party, people eat cake and stuff but it's still not the sugar that gets to you. It's the fact that you're around other people and it gives you more energy. So, sugar making you hyper is a myth. Just like sitting too close to the T.V. or reading in dim light is bad for your eyes. That's a myth too!

ARGH!! I nicked one of my nails today and now it's all ragged and getting caught on everything! Don't you hate that? *grabs nail clippers* Oh, vengence shall be mine.

This is what pets do when you're gone:

And a random cute chibi piccy of Inuyasha and Kagome:

Guess what I learned today? Sugar doesn't make you hyper and you don't need 8 glasses of water a day! They say your water intake can come from tea, coffee, even bread! Bread is 30% water and most foods have water in them so you don't need to be chugging so much H20. Groovy, huh? Not that I ever drink much water...I drink lots of soda and iced tea. I love the show 20/20^_^

Look what Steptoussai made for me!

Ain't that sweet?! They say misery loves company well, I've always believed so does happiness. And I'm usually a happy person and try to make other people happy too:-D

Some people commented yesterday how shocked they were about wolves being released near my home to keep the deer population down because I'm in NY. Many said "isn't that dangerous to release them in the city?" I know many people don't know this but New York State is not completely New York City!! That's like saying San Francisco is completely California or Paris is entirely France. Ok, geography time people!! This is New York State:

See the arrows pointing to that little circle? That's NYC. That's it!! The rest is upstate NY which is lots of hills, forests....cows. And of course other cities. Yes, I DO go to college in NYC but my home is in upstate NY, surrounded by trees and crazy wild animals, hence why it's not all that weird that they released wolves around my home. Here's a piccy of my backyard I took this winter:

GOODBYE SNOW!!!! *sniff, doesn't our swimming pool look sad? It wants some company. Now that ends today's lesson^_^

Mmmmmm...something sexy about guys with wings...even though that's not what his wings look like in the anime but, he's still pretty:

Look! It's my first Naruto gif!! Heehee, I was watching it today and my fave character is Sasuke and Akayo Kanachi mentioned making one with him so...yeah. YAY!!

Want to hear another funky story?...holy crap, I've turned into a storyteller like my grandma. Anywho, this actually happened over winter break so it was awhile ago. So, I was back home in upstate New York and I was looking out the window and I see this huge dog go sprinting through our yard and my mom was like, "oh my god, did you see that wolf?!" And I was like, that's not a wolf that was a dog. Well, a few days later we learn that the district had released 2 wolves(a male and female) in our area to keep the deer population down!! Can you believe that?! I mean, I know we live in the middle of nowhere, where there is indeed more deer then people but...damn!! Now we have wolves and coyotes prancing around! Sheesh!

And now, some nice eye-candy for the ladies:

I thought this was so freakin' cute and funny! Read it right to left...like a manga!!

MichaelsGirl91 requested Tifa so here she is!! Oh and some people keep calling FFVII Advent Children a game, it's actually a movie!

I'm glad you people liked the kitten story. I still can't believe it fell from 17 stories and lives!! I think some of you are right...I think it *is* an omen. Maybe that kitten is going to be the next Jesus or something.

I had to go to the Museum of Illustrators today and I came across an artist's name that made me and my friend laugh. You ready for this? The artist's name is Minky Woodcock. Yes, MINKY WOODCOCK!! LOL! I really want to meet that person's parents. It's sorta like in 'Meet the Parents' and Ben Stiller's character is named Gaylord Focker. Heehee!!

Why do people spit? I mean, that's SO gross when walking down the sidewalk and someone in front of you spits. Or you're walking along and you see like freakin' goobers everywhere. This is going to sound really dirty and I know many of you are going to giggle when I say this but, swallow! Don't spit!! And for those who don't understand that, GOOD! Some of you are too young to get that!!:-P

The further into the Fruits Basket mangas I get the more I've noticed that Yuki has a little obsession with fiddling with Tohru's hair:

*grumbles* Lucky biotch. I LOVE when guys play with my hair(take notes boys). Well, guys I know...if a stranger were to play with my hair I may have to mace him. *pouts* Can Yuki come to life for a little bit? PLEASE!! I'll even share him...maybe...

Thank you guys so much for all your support with my flamer problem. I wasn't fishing for compliments but I appreciate all your kind words^_^

You guys ready to hear an unbelievable story? Ok, I was walking back to my room after my Satire class and I see this girl sitting on the sidewalk in front of the dorms holding something in her arms and looking really upset. So, I stop and I look and see she's holding a kitten in her arms and I ask "is there something wrong?" And she says, my cat jumped out of my dorm window." And I ask, "From what floor?" And...are you ready for this? She says: "The 17th floor." OMFG!! I could not believe it!!! And this kitten was still alive and very aware of its surroundings. The only thing that seemed like it may be hurt is the fact that it was breathing a little hard. It did wiggle out of her arms and walked a little and then layed down in the shade. I still could NOT believe this kitten survived a fall from 17 stories. The girl was getting really upset and she started to cry and I did my best to console her and I told her that the kitten may look ok but you need to take it to the vet just in case. So I ran inside and grabbed a phone book and we found a local vet. I offered to watch the kitten while she ran back to her room to grab her things. The kitten tried to walk away again so I held it in my arms and it was such a cute little thing and of course, people were walking by and seeing me kneeling on the ground with this kitten and asking what happened and they too, could NOT believe the kitten fell from that height and was still alive. A few people stayed with me until the owner came back and she and her roomy took the kitten to the vet where I'm happy to say, the kitten is going to be just fine and was basically just in shock and had the wind knocked out of her from the fall. Isn't that freakin' amazing though? SEVENTEEN FLOORS!! People die from jumping from the 2nd story and this kitten lived from 17!! And it's amazing the kindness of strangers walking by who wanted to help and they were all college students. *sigh* Makes me think there's still some hope left in this world^_^

Sorry, you guys have to sit through my little fangirl period...ready? Ahem...HUMINA HUMINA HUMINA!!

Nothing like a little bondage to make someone look ultra-hot! This was during a really sad part too but he just looks scrumptious here. I'll save you Dark!!! heehee!

Corney Joke of the Day:
A man walks into a bar and insults the bartender. So the bartender reaches for a chain saw and cuts off the guy's arms.
The guy insults him again, and
the bartender cuts off his legs. The guy insults the bartender again, and off comes Mr. Winky. The guy insults the bartender yet again, and his torso is cut up into many pieces.
The bartender looks at the guy's disembodied head and asked, "Got anything else to say?"
The guy answers: "No, I better quit while I'm a head."

Well, it's happened, I have my first official flamer. One that goes through my drawings and leaves nasty comments on them. One is just wrong...with my Sad Inuyasha drawing, she asked "can I rape him? or has he been raped already?" WTF?!!! Now, don't get me wrong, I don't mind when people have constructive criticism but when you're rude about it? Nu-uh, that's immature. And any drawing she liked she would just get on my case about how "this must be a copy." ARGH!! *rips hair out* I don't want to beg, but if you haven't voted on one of my pieces and you like it, could you please vote for it? I'm having major flaming problems, especially with my newest one of Haru and Yuki. I wont force you to because I know lots of you don't even bother to go look at it let alone vote. So, it's up to you.

I finished the D.N.Angel series!! YAY! As you can see by my new wallpaper, I like Dark. As ob53zt tang3rtin3 put it, he's one fine piece of ass. Heehee! I wasn't really impressed with it at first but once I got to about the 8th episode or so, it just blew up from there! I starting watching it last night at 8:30pm but didn't stop till 3am!! And then I watched the final episodes today. It was awesome!! And FINALLY, around the 24th episode, they tell us why Dark steals artwork to begin with. A revelation!!! YAY! I liked the ending but one part made me a sad but I wont say it 'cause I don't want to spoil it for those who want to see it. I have a question though, how many mangas of D.N.Angel are there? And are they making more?

Another quick question...since Ed Elric from FMA has that metallic right arm, is he left-handed or right-handed? I saw a piccy of him once writting with his left-hand but sometimes people flip pictures so I'm just curious to see if he's a fellow lefty too!! I'm so lame, aren't I?

Don't mess with Lord Fluffy-kins^_^ Again, no direct linking and I ask if you're using my gif's could you please give me some credit for them? Pretty-please?

I finished another drawing today!! I feel so accomplished. This was another commission piece that someone paid me to do. And what's awesome about it is I did the drawing and showed it to her and she paid me right away for it (this was over the internet not person-to-person) and then she tells me, "You can keep the drawing because I wanted it for my website lay-out and it looks great so the piece is yours." YAY! So I got paid for it AND I get to keep it! Actually, I don't know what to do with it now. I'll probably sell it. Any takers? Heehee, J/K. Anywho, here the link to the drawing: Linky Link!
She just wanted a pretty basic portrait of Hatsuharu holding Yuki while in rat form. It's not my best work but I was trying a slightly varied style plus, they asked for a plain portrait. This is another piece where I didn't use black except for in his shirt. I use dark browns and grays for the outlines and I kinda like the effect it gives then just plain ink.

One of life's simple pleasures: When you reach into your coat pocket and find money you forgot was there. I love when that happens and I found $6 in mine today! It was like a little present that I gave to myself^_^

Black Haru comes to life!! And whose ass does he want to kick first? Kyou's of course! Heehee!! And again, no direct linking to my images pretty-please^_^

Man, I'm exhausted. I celebrated 2 birthdays in the last 2 days. They were both fun and we ate a giant penis cake for my one friend. Yes, you read that correctly, a penis cake. If you knew the friend who we made it for, you really wouldn't think it was that weird. Then today, we went to Applebees and stuffed ourselves till we had to roll ourselves out and then we went and saw the Amityville Horror.

The Amityville Horror was...entertaining. Although, if you have read the book don't expect it to be ANYTHING like it. It was just non-stop from start to finish of scaryness and "let's try and make people jump." The best part was the people's reactions in the theaters. Since it's in New York City, the people here are quite vocal and people were screaming at the scary parts and then yelling at the screen. It was actually quite humorous. Some freakin' RETARD brought a BABY into the theater!!! WTF?!?!?! Don't they know this is the Amityville HORROR?!! It's not a cute deer prancing through a field of wildflowers so why the hell would you bring a baby into the movie?! Of course within 10 minutes of the movie it started crying and luckily the mom had enough sense to take it out. The idiocy of people is overwhelming sometimes. And then!! The son of a batch of cookies sitting next to my friend, kept picking up his cell phone and talking to some buddy of his on the other end!! And this wasn't like once or twice it was FIVE times he picked up his phone!! My friend kept telling him to shut-up but he was in his own little world and didn't listen. But anywho, it was still fun to hang out with my friends^_^

Corney Joke of the Day:
Two peanuts walk into a bar, and one was a salted.

I'm sorry for teasing you guys with the manga scans, I'll stop. Naw...here's one more!! This is Hatsuharu and Rin:;-)

*Ducks blows in all directions* Sorry..I couldn't help it! I LOVE this shot!!! And if people really want to know what's happening in one of the scenes I show you guys then just PM me! I just don't want to leave major spoilers for people who don't want them but I know there are many who enjoy spoilers so it's all fun.

Oh and by the way, I DID know that Yuki's voice was done by a woman but for those who read the manga, that's how he's supposed to sound. Hence why Kyou always calls him "girly-boy." Heehee! Yuki does not appreciate that. Sorta like Kenshin! His original voice is done by a woman too! But the thing is, when boys are "growing up" they usually tend to have higher voices and that fits Kenshin perfectly because he's always mistaken for a boy and/or young teenager^_^

Here’s your gif YoukaiShina!! *sniff* What a nice part…I had to splice it up a lot since it’s a pretty long scene though or else the gif would be HUGE!!! Again, please do NOT direct link to my images on my site! I know some of you are because my bandwith is getting used up like crazy besides what I use for my site. Please upload them onto your own server, thank you^_^

You know what? Talking to quoridork I realized why I don’t like the English dubs. For one, the character’s voices are to stereotypical, i.e. Inuyasha has a voice of a jock and Kagome, the cheerleader. I often say the English actors can’t act but now I think it sounds like that due to the fact that the dialogue is clunky because they have to match the lips of the original animation. Like in the original Japanese dialogue, it can be “Hey, come here!” But in the English it’s “Hey, come over here by this tree where I am standing right now.” I noticed this when I watched Fruits Basket again but this time with the English dubs…oh dear, I was in pain. They gave Yuki a voice like a 30 year old pervert while in the Japanese he has a calm, youthful, almost feminine voice. The voices just match the personalities better! I switched it back to the Japanese because my eye began twitching again. Anywho, that’s my rant and I’m sorry if I offended those who like the English dubs. It’s ok, everyone is allowed to enjoy what they like!

You know what drives me nuts? When people say orange like this: “AHrange.” I was just at a party tonight and most of the people there are from New Jersey and they say orange like that. They also always say horrible like this: “HArrable.” Heehee! I was making fun of them all night but it was all in good taste so we enjoyed it^_^

Corney Joke of the Day:
An invisible man marries an invisible woman. The kids were nothing to look at either.

*SCREECH!* The Fruits Basket manga is getting so juicy!! This is Yuki and Tohru:

DAMN! I wish I were her right now. This comes from Volume 11…don’t worry people, I wont give away anything! I just like throwing teasers in now and again to keep you guys on your feet. And it leads to the anticipation of the next volumes too, right?^_^
