   Back In The Game...
Many thanks to ElvesAteMyRamen for mentioning that Windows Media Player takes screen caps. I never knew that O.o All this time, I already had what I needed *smacks forehead* So, I went a little screen cap happy and made a new wallpaper. So go comment folks. I had fun with this one. Anywho, have a good weekend all, and I'll see ya later!

   They Didn't?! They Did!
I can't believe it! They took the drinking scene out of the Tsubasa anime! Gah! That was one of the best parts! *sigh* Oh well. Oh, and I'll take this moment to add, since quite a few have mentioned an interest in Tsubasa, that the manga is a better place to start than the anime. Good old StopTazmo has just added a section for it. It's faster paced and, as can be seen from above, a bit funnier. And the anime stresses the romance between Syaoran and Sakura more than the manga, which I think isn't necessary. But the anime is still very good ^_^

And also, does anyone know of a good, free screen-cap program I can find online? I lost mine when I had to wipe my computer T_T I miss it! If anyone knows of one, please tell me *puppy eyes*

Oh, now I remember what I was going to say. One of my co-workers told me I should be a teacher, and she didn't even know that that's what I'm going to school for ^_^ That makes me feel a lot better about things. What happened was that one of the girls I work with, Jessica, is reading Eragon and we were talking about being able to predict certain things that will happen later in the story. Well, she had gotten to this one place in the book and I asked her if she had thought the same thing I did when I read it. She had no idea what I was talking about. So I spent the rest of the day trying to lead her to guess what was going to be revealed later in the story based on that one section. Then Laura, this older woman who works with us, asked me why I was even trying so hard to get her to figure it out. I said I wanted to see the look on her face when she figured it out for herself. Then Laura told me I should be a teacher. ^_^ For some reason that made me really happy. Probably because I've never been sure what I wanted to do. *squeals, does happy dance* Whooo! Random reinforcement! Hahaha. Well, I should go now, so I'll see you all later.

Instead of telling you all about the drinking scene, I'll just post it ^_^ Kurogane and Fai went to a bar to get information, and Fai comes back with an injured foot, plus a little extra...

I Followed Through On My Threat... ^_^
Yes, I made a Fai Fan Club. However, I would still like people to keep a look out for any pre-existing clubs, as I don't want to steal anyone's idea and piss them off O.O' And also, in honor of the club, I posted a funny little clip of Fai weasling out of a fight that I took off of episode 16 of Tsubasa. Hehe.

Today was a bit interesting in a way. My mom had to talk to my dad about something O.O' She'd never call him though, so I had to dial his number for her and basically say, "Hi, Dad, it's me. Mom wants to talk to you." Then I passed the phone and ran like hell because Mom and Dad within speaking distance of each other is a volatile combination. Always. It's a wonder how those people were ever married to each other for five years when they can't talk to each other for five minutes straight. They are total opposites. My dad's got an almost Hippie-ish mentality on things and is kind of... well, unmotivated. My mom is a stubborn, proud, over-achiever who graduated high school a semester early, went to college for computer programming, and finished her Bachelors in night school while simultaneously raising two kids. So yeah. Not exactly harmonious there. But whatever, they rarely ever talk to each other so usually we can avoid any unpleasantness.

Well, I gotta go to sleep now, since I have work early tomorrow T_T Later.

   I Feel... Bouncy...
Greetings and salutations everyone! I did a little rearranging on my site. I changed my sound clip above the post and I've decided to add a few of my favorite quiz results at the bottom of my page *hehe* Oh, that reminds me, does anyone know of any Fai (from Tsubasa Chronicle) fan-clubs on MyOtaku? Because if no one knows of one, I'll just have to make my own *evil laugh* I think characters who pretend to be slackers are hilarious, and Fai is an excellent quasi-slacker ^_^ Yes, slacking is an art form, invented and developed by unchalleged intellegent people *hahaha* Well, anyway, I should get back to other stuff, so I'll see you all later.

-Quote of the Day-

Ichabod Crane: "I should hope so, Doctor, but in this case necessary. I shall need to operate."
Dr. Thomas Lancaster: "Operate? She's dead."

   Whoohoo!
I have finally obtained all 26 episodes of the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle anime!*squeal* The plot's a bit slower than the manga, but many of the scenes are positively beautiful and I love the music. So yay!

Also, I wrapped all the presents I bought. Wow, it went on forever. But it had to be done right away, because my room is too small to hide all that stuff in ^_^ But now that all that's out of the way, my new records are staring at me. But the record player is at my dad's house T_T I want to listen to my sonatas and symphonies, and arias damn it! Curse you cruel fate! Mozart's Symphony No. 36 in C major is just begging to be played, not to mention all that Beethoven *whimper* Gah! I've decided I shall kidnap the record player from Dad, and then all the music shall be mine! Muwahahaha!*cough, hack* Sorry, I tend to get a bit psychotic if I don't get my music ^_^ *Puts in Bach CD* Ahhh, much better... Well, anyway, I should go now before I try to hold the world hostage for a record player or something, so I'll see you all later.

-Quote of the Day-
Ichabod Crane: "It was a headless horseman."
Baltus Van Tassel: "You must not excite yourself."
Ichabod Crane: "But it was a headless horseman."
Baltus Van Tassel: "Of course it was. That's why you're here."
Ichabod Crane: "No, you must believe me. It was a horseman, a dead one. Headless."
Baltus Van Tassel: "I know, I know."
Ichabod Crane: "You don't know because you were not there. It's all true."
Baltus Van Tassel: "Of course it is. I told you. Everyone told you."
Ichabod Crane: "I... saw him." *faints*
-Sleepy Hollow- (I love this scene, Johnny Depp freaks out so well ^_^)

   Done!
Whew! I just finished my homework that's due tomorrow ^_^ And after a long afternoon of shopping no less. I left my house at about 2pm and I got home at 8pm O.o But the good news is that I'm basically done with all my Christmas shopping now. I just have to get Keebs' gift (since she went shopping with me and therefore I couldn't get her anything without her seeing) and stuff for my dad, his girlfriend, and my other half-brother. My sister usual goes half and half with me on those, so I'll wait until we can go get them. God, I spent more money than I want to think about on presents. Season of giving, my ass! It's the season of spending all your damn money. I had to get gifts for: my mom, my step-dad, my sister, my half-sister, my half-brother, my neighbors that I baby-sit for (family gift for all, individually would kill me), the neighbors that I baby-sit for's mom because that woman homeschools 7 kids and needs a present, my friend Elise, my friend Trisha, and my friend Marianne. Wow. But the good news is that while I was looking for good buys at the Good Will, I found a shit-load of classical music records for me. Whoohoo! I also found Marianne's gift in the form of an old Simon & Garfunkel record. She's a music major and she loves older music, like the Beatles and such. Her parents were hippies ^_^ And at Wal-Mart I found Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn Barbie dolls for Trisha and Elise respectively. Muwahaha! I mean come on, it's fricken POISON IVY and HARLEY QUINN! The BEST evil villaness duo ever. This year, I will OWN Christmas. It will bend to my gift-giving will! *cough* Sorry, the presents are going to my brain. Anywho, I better get going to sleep now. Later.

-Quote of the Day-
"Ha-ha, you fool. You fell victim to one of the classic blunders, the most famous of which is 'Never get involved in a land war in Asia', but only slightly less well known is this: 'Never go in against a Sicilian, when death is on the line!' Hahahahahah!"

Hard At Work... *snort* Hahahaha.... Sorry...
What's up people? I'm throughly enjoying my Thanksgiving break. Probably more than I should since I do have a bit of homework for Monday, but oh well. I'll do it Sunday afternoon/night ^_^ After I do some Christmas shopping and hanging out with Keebs, that is. Gah! So many people to get presents for!

Oh, here's a question: How many of you have ever heard Melissa Ethridge sing that song "Breathe", the one she got nominated for an Grammy for *looks for show of hands* Ok, now, how many of you knew that the song was written and sung previously by a different band on Island Records (the same label as Melissa), a band called Greenwheel. I did! I saw the video for it and bought the CD way back when in 2002. Why am I bringing this up? I have no fricken idea, other that the possible fact that I think Greenwheel did a better job and that it's stupid to make it all the way to the fricken Grammy's on a song your label handed you one day and told you to sing. *girrr* So yeah, pet peeve and all. Also, I scrounged up the original video with Greenwheel and it reminded me. So here you go, "Breathe" a la Greenwheel...

-Quote of the Day-
"We originally wrote the song, but lost the rights to it when we challenged Melissa to a bake off. Brandon's cinnamon strussel was no match for Melissa's dutch apple muffins. j/k Island pitched the song to her because they wanted it to be her single, but we didn't know anything about it untill it was being played on the radio."
-Greenwheel's Andrew on the deal with "Breathe"- (Greenwheel has since broken with Island Records due to "creative differences" over their next album, a fact I'm sure they lament greatly *snort* They have gone on to self-release their own third CD)

   So Full!
So, how was everyone's Thanksgiving? Mine was good. And full of food ^_^ My sister and I had to go to two different gatherings. First, we went to my step-dad's parent's house to eat. Then we went to my dad's brother's house. Actually, we had three places to go this year, but my mom decided that we weren't going to her parent's house. So Erica and I didn't have to worry about balancing that one as well *pfwhew*

Well, anyway, I've changed the song above my post again. It's a track from the third Escaflowne soundtrack, another show with great music. I just realized that I haven't really worked on a drawing in a little while, so I think I'm going to do a new one soon. Don't know who or what anime, but it'll come to me ^_^ Anyway, I'm off, so see ya later.

-Quote of the Day-
Alan (my dad's 3 year-old son): "There's a ghost in my room."
Me: "Oh, really, a ghost?"
Alan: "Yeah, it's a scary ghost."
Erica: "Do you talk to it?"
Alan: "No I don't talk to it! It scares me."
-Thanksgiving with my dad's family- (My brother Alan talks A LOT and he has a very vivid imagination ^_^ Of course, I think his room is creepy too, so I don't blame him...)

   Damn You Ebert & Roeper!
Bit behind on my post here. I was watching movies with my mom and step-dad. We rented "The Longest Yard", "Sahara", and "Sideways". We watched the first two Wednesday night. "The Longest Yard" was good. As for "Sahara", well, it wasn't bad, persay, it was just not what I expected. And it felt way too long. It was like a mix of "National Treasure", "Hidalgo", and some sort of James Bond style action thriller. And if you think that sounds weird, try watching it. If the random choice of inapropriately set songs doesn't tip you off, then the search for a Civil War era river battleship in the middle of the Sahara dessert sure will. Really, who plays the song "Sweet Home Alabama" in a movie about Africa. It's just so random. Oh well ^_^

In anime news, I'm working on getting fan-sub versions of the Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle anime. I found a good source of the manga from the fan-sub's home website at http://bwys.cjb.net/. And StopTazmo.com has the latest chapters in their "latest downloads" section. So it's all good. Well, anyway, I'm off to get some sleep. Happy Turkey Day to all you folks and I'll see ya around ^_^

P.S. I somehow accidentally deleted my last entry before this O.o But I did manage to read the comments that were left before the unfortunate incident, so it's all good.

   Mixin' It Up
Hey, everyone. You may have noticed that I've added a little song track thingy at the bottom of my profile under my club banners. I've decided to change that song there every couple of days just to make life more interesting ^_^ The first few are going to be Bleach tracks, since I think that there are so many cool songs in the show *hehe*

Oh yeah, so I hung out with Keebs Saturday night at her cousin's house. We had a lot of fun, and we got to talk about a bunch of stuff since we hadn't hung out in a while ^_^ We're going to go Christmas shopping next Sunday during the after-Thanksgiving sales. Hit the thrift shops and a couple different malls. Get some good deals. Wow, I haven't been thrift store shopping in so long. I can't wait! But yeah, I'm kinda pooped now, so I'm going to go off to bed. Later.

-Quote of the Day-
Erica: "Hey, Tyler, do you ever wonder what it'd be like to be something else?"
Tyler: "Huh? Like what?"
Erica: "You know, like I wonder what it'd be like to be a shoe. Just think, you'd have to walk around all day and be on someone's stinky foot."
Tyler: "Erica, are you high?"
-My sister and one of her co-workers- (she works at a sporting goods store, and apparently she had been shelving a lot of shoes that day ^_^)
