"In a world called Catastrophe my native tongue is blasphemy."
Wow! I was going through a box of movies when I came across my Animatrix dvd and I remembered that I still haven’t watched it. Since I bought it online I went to the site to see when I had actually purchased it and come to find out, I bought the damn thing on 6/5/03!!! Hopefully I’ll be able to watch it tonight.

As for my Mother’s birthday, everything worked out. I went to RedLobster.com to try and find a restaurant near us (haha 90 miles away!) and I found out that they deliver live lobsters! You can’t imagine how excited this made me. Unfortunately they don’t deliver steamers by themselves, only with the lobster dinner for two that costs $100, but lobster is her favorite anyway. Laura paid for it because I don’t have a credit card so I have to mail her the money.

In the end I bought three for a little more than what I would have had to pay for one at the store here. The shipping was $28 but at least I’m getting lobster I know she likes.

Leigh needs to take a picture of Paco with her digital camera so I can put it on photobucket and show you guys how cute he is! My cousins Alex and Helena are staying with us for awhile and Helena loooves Paco. He’s scared to death of her because she keeps chasing him around the house but she’s really good with him. Unlike Lance and Lydia those spawns of Satan.

I put up a few more pictures on photobucket so if you feel like looking at them and humoring me, the link is in my last post.

Pictures!! ... Work damn you! Is it working now?
I'm bored so I'm posting some pictures. They're all of Leigh or they were taken by her. The most recent picture I have of myself was taken almost 2 years ago and I don't even know where it is.

SCREW IT!

Go here.

Maybe tomorrow I'll post some pictures of my Paco!

   Are you freaking kidding me?!!!
I officially hate this God forsaken place. Livid doesn't even begin to describe my state right now. All the other aspects of this hell hole I've been able to deal with; the obscene amount of cows, the nearest Borders being 4 hours away in another state, the Yankees fans. But charging $8 a pound for lobster that only comes weighing 4-6lbs and $20 for a bag of 50 clams is where I draw the line!

What the fuck is that?! My Mother's birthday is on Friday and I buy her lobster and steamers every year but I don't have that much money. In Massachusetts I could buy 2 lobsters and 2lbs of steamers for $25. These stupid people with their damn Icelandic haddock that tastes like crap! I despise them all. They'll burn in Hell I tell you!

They're right up there with the cows in my book. Evil bastards.

   Is this going to work?

I hope so. If not, that sucks. If it did work then you should be able to see my cousin Tony, tactical data network specialist, doing whatever it is he does in the Marines. Don't ask me. I haven't a clue.

   Bloody Mother Fucking Asshole
Of all the album titles I know, that's my favorite. Tsk, tsk, tsk Martha Wainwright.

Laura called me on the 4th of July and proceeded to serenade me with every Disney song ever written. It's a good thing she's not tone deaf. Although, I would have listened even if she was.

My night picked up even more when Tony came online. I hadn't talked to him since he left for Iraq in February. He had a webcam so I was able to see him too. He looks really good and said everything is ok over there in the big sandbox. The lucky bum isn't suffering from anime withdrawal because one of his friends has Trigun and Hellsing on dvd.

You can click here if you want to see a picture of him plugging in a routing switch. They refer to him as a Private First Class but he was recently promoted to Lance Corporal.

He decided that I deserve an award for all the injuries I've managed to sustain without ever actually breaking a bone. My trophy should be a nearly severed finger because I've nearly severed three of mine. Two at the same time. That's talent I tell you. Pure talent.

Leigh liked the cake and frosting I made and she had no idea I made anything. How she slept through me stumbling around in the kitchen at 4am is a mystery to me. I dropped every single thing I tried to pick up. When I'm fully awake I'm ridiculously clumsy. Once I'm drowsy being near me is hazardous to your health.

She went to see War of the Worlds at the drive-in at midnight in the woods which makes me think she's a little crazy. She's a really big chicken too so I feel bad for whoever was sitting on the car next to her. I'm sure they barely escaped alive because she is freakishly strong.

I've never been to a drive-in.

   Make up my mind!
My Chronicles of Narnia box-set has The Magician's Nephew as the first book and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe as the second. But I found a copy of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe from 1970 that has that book first and The Magician's Nephew sixth.

It's 4am and today is Leigh's 16th birthday. Now I have to get started on making her cake and frosting because she doesn't like either store bought. Picky bastard. I'd be less hostile if she'd gone to bed earlier. I won't be getting much sleep now.

Poo!

   Muahahaha!!!!!!!
I have returned! And I don't know about you, but I was really sick of all the purple on this page. I don't know if I like the way this looks either but I'll probably just leave it for a while.

I have no idea what was wrong with my computer but until this morning it would not cooperate with me coming to this site. Sometimes I'd be able to get here but it wouldn't let me post or comment. Every other time it would just take me to a blank page. Grr! What did I do to deserve this? I'm cursed.

How have you all been?! Good I hope. Once in a blue moon when it would let me I got around to everyone's sites. Watching but never being able to say anything. Sounds slightly stalkerish no?

Life here in the middle of no where continues to be uneventful. Pathetically enough, the 3 weeks of April I spent babysitting in Massachusetts was the highlight of my year so far. The downside of course was my lung capacity greatly diminishing due to my Nana and Uncle's tendency to chain-smoke. Lung cancer be damned!

Happy 4th of July everyone! I really hope you're all out having fun and not sitting home alone like me. Do as I say and not as I do. My mom better bring me back a sparkler.

My cousin Tony's in Iraq and Laura is living with his wife in North Carolina for a little while. Hopefully Leigh and I will take the bus down to see her sometime over the summer. Oh how I hate the bus. The 11 hours it took to get to Boston was horrible. Leigh didn't mind because she slept most of the way. I can't sleep in any vehicle. But of course my Uncle wanted me to babysit and couldn't be bothered to actually come and get me. He better not call me the next time his wife goes to Miami.

I do believe I'll make the rounds now and actually comment. Haha!

"What's burning?!! I smell something burning!!"

"I don't know Dad. Maybe it's... the fire?"

Honestly.

Things I'm sick of; stupid people, Leigh's crappy taste in tv shows, and my family's appalling taste in movies. Leigh always has basketball practice so I get stuck taping things like American Idol, One Tree Hill, and The O.C. No offense if you like them but I can't stand them. I especially resent taping them for her because I can't watch any of the shows I like. Everytime I try to watch any of the CSI shows my mom complains about how gross they are until I change it. There's no point in watching if I can't hear them over her big mouth.

If a movie I get from Netflix isn't a love story with a happy ending all they do is bitch. Broaden your damn horizons!! What a sad life you lead if the only movies you'll watch are The Notebook, The Majestic, and America's Sweethearts. Leigh whined until I put movies she wanted on my list so I have to take up space with movies like How To Deal, Crossroads, and Picture Perfect. Grrr!!

Although, I got Leigh to watch In the Company of Men by telling her it was a nice movie. Muahahaha!!! She's pissed at me.

WTF!! Why the hell are the Pats not kicking ass? The game is tied!

"A derelict in your duct tape shoes."

My laziness is getting a little ridiculous, no? I actually have a few legitimate reasons for not being around this time though. I've been pretty busy with all my school work which is paying off nicely. Everyday I feel like less of a moron. A few days after my last post my mom told me she was 2 1/2 months pregnant and nearly a week later she had a miscarriage. The doctor said there wasn't a cause, it just happens sometimes.
The important thing is that my mom is doing ok now. She actually wants to have another baby since the doctor said it would be fine. I'm the only one who knows so shhh! My mom is a crackhead... but maybe she thinks 7 is her lucky number. The only downside is that now I have to try to think of another L name with five letters. Hmmm... Linus? Luann? Oh crap.

In other news: Laura is moving to North Carolina to stay with my cousin Tony's wife on the base while he's in Iraq. I can't believe he's leaving in February. His wife is my actual cousin but I like him better so :p. Hopefully Laura will come visit before she goes there. That jackass didn't come up for Christmas even though she said she would. Fucking liar!!

Katelyn, that doofus best friend of mine, turned 18 yesterday. She'll probably do what every moron there does when they turn 18 and go to the Amazing porn store. Everytime I think of that place I get a mental image of Laura's friend Kay making out with Ron Jeremy when he had a book signing there. I may vomit.

After countless hours of deliberation and stress Katelyn has decided she's going to UMASS Dartmouth. It's odd that I've never even considered going to a New England school. I've never wanted to go to a school other than Paul Smith way up here in the Adirondacks. I could do without this -20F weather though. Right now, I can't feel my toes.

I MISS BOSTON!!!! *cries*

   HAPPY, HAPPY JOY, JOY!!!

My parents are in MA selling the house and won't be back until Friday. In the meantime I'm stuck with 3 spawns of Satan!!! The screaming... the flying objects.
Lance whined until I put all his damn Bionicle lego things together. It would have been easier if the dog wasn't jumping on me the whole time. Right now they're watching Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron so it's quiet for the moment.

I'm doing the laundry and all I have to wear are these bright yellow gumball machine pjs. I look like a giant banana. And they're footy pjs!! Ugh! My mom gets way too much amusement at my expense.

In the past 24 hours I've stepped on a piece of glass, cut my thumb on a broken Christmas ornament, burned the same thumb in the same exact spot on my Dad's damn Foreman grill, dropped Lorna's bowling ball on my foot, and while talking to Leigh and walking backwards through the bathroom door I slid on the cat food Lydia had thrown all over the floor, twisting my ankle, slamming into the door, and landing on my ass. Run-on sentence anyone?

Anywhen, how was everyone's Christmas? Mine was a blur of wrapping paper. First wrapping almost 200 presents and then watching everyone rip them apart. How I long for the days when my mom didn't wrap and just put the presents under the tree.

I hope everyone is having a nice holiday. New Year's Eve is a time for pigging out on rootbeer floats, chips and dip, and icecream!! No matter how sick it makes me. It would still be better than walking around Boston for 7 hours like last year.

Who would have thought such an evil place existed?
