   Bizarre Love Triangle, Chapter 9!!!!
Well, here it is! It'd have been up earlier, but I just got on, ya know. BTW, AEGFF probably won't be up. Veddy sorry!

Chapter 9

Naruto, Kiba and Hinata had been having a very uneventful last few days. The Kage no Jinchu were nowhere to be seen, and the town was kind of boring. They’d been arguing over what to do… well, mostly Naruto and Kiba. Hinata wasn’t the arguing type. She just sort of sat back, trying to work up enough courage to hold a proper conversation with the blond shinobi. She’d done it a few times, but she’d always get overwhelmed with nervousness and stop. That… or she’d accidentally hit him in the head.

“Naruto, you’ve dragged us to the Ramen Shop every day this week!” Kiba shouted, Akamaru barking in agreement, “me and Hinata should get to choose this time!” Naruto was about to argue, but he was bowled over by a certain hyperactive female jounin. Once Hihana peeled Naruto off the ground, she grinned at the other two shinobi, dragging Naruto away from the scene.

“You two have fun together!” Hihana said, “we’re going to go look for the circus!” Then, she sped off, not noticing the quizzical stares that Hinata and Kiba were giving them. Once again, it sounded like Naruto wailed “HELP ME!” but no one seemed to be paying attention. Hinata was probably the only one who cared. However, the whole idea of a circus coming sounded a bit…well, suspicious. So, after minimal deliberation, Kiba, Akamaru and Hinata followed Hihana and the unwilling Naruto.

***

Moroi was training alone when Hihana and Naruto found her. She was wearing her usual green sweater and baggy black pants. However, she’d grown into a habit of wearing the cat mask she’d stolen from the Raikage. After all, when you’re an S Ranked Missing Nin, you tend to hang on to little trophies like that. Since her chest had been strapped down, Naruto and Hihana didn’t recognize her. They stopped and looked, surprised to see a ninja this far out in the woods. Moroi turned swiftly, surprising them. It was almost like she’d been expecting them.

“Who are you?” Naruto shouted at the shinobi, “are you one of those shinobi that are going around killing the kage?” Moroi chuckled, surprised by his enthusiasm. Hihana rolled her eyes, but said nothing; the look in her eyes told her that she agreed with Naruto’s theory. Moroi adjusted her mask, making sure it was still on straight.

“Shows what you know.” Moroi scoffed, “I am Tsukineko Moroi, a new member of the ANBU squad. We’re hosting a tournament to find any new potential hokage. The winner will most likely be hokage should anything happen to Tsunade-sama.” Naruto and Hihana’s suspicions were quickly quelled, but soon Hihana got suspicious again. This ‘guy’ was fairly young to be in the ANBU squad.

“How come you’re an ANBU? I didn’t make jounin until this year!” Hihana said, not noticing Hinata and Kiba, who were perched in a tree above them. Moroi grinned, behind the mask, and threw two needles past Hihana’s head, pulling the wires tight when they hit a tree. Then, she began to ring them, the noise not as loud as usual. However, since they’d all followed the flying needles, she had time to cast a quick illusion. It made the sound seem louder. The shinobi covered their ears, and didn’t notice Moroi rushing in to kick Hihana. There were about five swift kicks; four in the girl’s back and on at the back of her head.

“That’s why.” Moroi said, removing the needles and acting as though that weren’t interesting, “I’ve trained with some of the best shinobi out there. The tournament is this Saturday. Don’t miss it; I want to see how you guys do.” She grinned behind the mask, and vanished, leaving behind a group of very confused shinobi. Naruto and Hihana left after a few moments, Hihana complaining about her back and head. Kiba looked over at Hinata, and they shared the same thought.

“We need to speak to Tsunade-sama right away.”

Hope you enjoyed! Read and review, if you please.

AEGFF, Chapter 26!!!!
Well, here's chapter 26 of this installation of fanfiction. I hope you guys like it. I tried to be humorous, but I also introduced another problem; Tera is... well, read on. lopple

Chapter 26

Once the streaks were in, Tera sped off -after removing the pebbles from her feet and replacing her shoes and socks, of course- and headed for the optometrist. She was just in time; they’d been about to remove her appointment. The doctor smiled and off to his office she went, ready for the exams. The doctor told her to remove her contacts, and she did easily, squinting slightly afterward; everything had become so blurry she almost wondered if she could see anything.

“Now Tera, look at the board. Tell me what you see.” The doctor said, apparently pointing at the board at the other end of the room. She squinted, and even moved forward in the chair, but could see nothing. Knowing this was bad, she tried to lie.

“Um… I N S A N E?” Tera guessed, trying to look innocent. The doctor told her not to make fun of him, and to tell him what she saw. Unfortunately for her, she couldn’t see anything. Which was what she told the doctor. Eventually, he brought the big eye contraption; y’know, the one that has all the lenses and adjusts so you can see? Well, he tried it, but it took a few minutes before he found anything.

“Tera, your vision has gotten so bad, you can no longer wear contact lenses… without further damaging your eyes. You need a new prescription set of glasses.” The doctor said, silencing her when she tried to object, “you’re legally blind without your glasses… pretty soon, you’ll be legally blind period, if you don’t find some way to fix your vision. Have a good day, Miss Aoki.” Then, the doctor ushered her out of his office, where she stumbled through the hallway and ended up ramming into the front desk.

“So, you need glasses now, huh?” The receptionist said, looking down at her long-time client, “well, let’s go find you some.” Tera ended up trying on many; pink tinted star shaped glasses, gigantic, circular glasses, even a set of horn rimmed glasses with a chain at the back so they couldn’t be lost. Eventually, however, Tera found a pair she liked; they were dark blue in color, and sort of rectangular. The receptionist said it was a good choice, and went to fix Tera up.

“That’ll be $250; your prescription was hard to fulfill.” The receptionist said, thanking Tera when she reluctantly handed over the money. Then, she was off for her dorm again, glad to finally get home so she could sleep. Unfortunately, she was ambushed at the door by her good “friend” Joyce. After a few moments, Tera was stuck in a dress, covered in make-up, and was no longer wearing her spiked bracers. Joyce grinned with pride, oblivious to Tera’s angry stares.

“You look beautiful, Tera.” Joyce smiled, “if you were another lesbian, I’d totally date you.” Tera just blinked, not really sure of how to react. Eventually, she decided that was weird, so she removed the ponytail of her once waist-long hair, and began chasing her friend around the room with it, trying to whip her with it.

“I swear, if I survive this date, I’ll kill you!” Tera shouted, chasing her buddy around the dorm. However, the chase eventually ended when Joyce locked herself in the bathroom. Tera had run into the door, and decided to nap on her bed; she couldn’t sleep face down like usual, as she didn’t want to get make-up all over her freshly cleaned sheets… and stuffed animals.

***

Max sighed, sitting in a beanbag chair as he watched ESPN for the news on the X Games. There was still an hour before Tera’s date; if the judges would just find some proof, he could bail her out. He’d practically sat there all day. Out of boredom, Roxanne had joined him so that they’d at least be spending time together. They were both Tera’s friends, and knew how much of a scumbag Chad was. If anything, they’d just come and kidnap her from the date themselves.

“Okay, so if they didn’t cheat to win,” Max began, “let’s try to sneak in through the back and nab her.” Roxanne nodded, adding her own two cents during the commercial break. However, it was a while before anything interesting happened. About an hour later, they finally got word. The news anchor had spotted something.

“Chad of the Gammas seems to have thrown an open bottle of grease across the slope after him, explaining the painful crash that Robert Zimmeruski endured during the Snow Triathlon!” The announcer grinned, Max and Roxanne cheering, “by default, Team 99, or “The Goof Troop” as they’ve called themselves, have won!” The two cheered, and Max pulled on his usual hoodie. This meant that Tera was free from the date! Unfortunately… she’d probably already left.

“Max, you go to the restaurant she’s at,” Roxanne said, “I’ll try to call her and tell her, okay?” Max nodded, and he was out the door, Roxanne grinning when he shut it. She’d pulled out her phone as he was leaving, but slid it back into her pocket. It’d probably make Tera feel better if Max delivered the news himself.

Has Roxanne's job become obvious yet? If not, contact me over MSN, okies? Thanks muchly for reading, so don't forget to review!

Bizarre Love Triangle, Chapter 8!!!!
New character! His name is Uragirimono Akuihebi... that means "Traitor" and "Spiteful Snake" respectively. Anyways, enjoy! He's basically a traitorous, spiteful snake! lopple

Chapter 8

“Good morning, Moroi-kun.” Reikoku said, smiling at his pupil in the candlelit, dim room, “I’m glad you decided to join me today.” He ruffled Moroi’s hair, as he often did. The teen grinned and laughed quietly, glad she was getting trained. He made a little explanation not to go easy on him; to treat him as if he were an enemy. Of course, the idea was out of the question for Moroi. She was too fond of her sensei to do anything like that.

“Come at me as you like. You may attack me first.” Reikoku grinned at his student, noticing ‘his’ hesitance, “go ahead; do whatever you wish. We’re in a no rules spar, Moroi-kun.” Moroi nodded, noticing how dimly lit the room was; no light aside from the candles. In the blink of an eye, her hand darted to her needle holster, flicking out five senbon with bells attached. Reikoku was about to move, when he saw the needles weren’t meant for him. The hit each candle dead center, flipping them over onto the other end of the wick, thus snuffing them out.

Moroi had the best advantage in the dark; she had superior night vision. Smiling, she threw several more senbon needles around the room, each attached with wires and bells. Then, she used her chakra to climb up onto the ceiling. From what she could tell, her sensei couldn’t tell what was going on. Glad she might be impressing him, she rang one of the bells on the other side of the room.

Her sensei had acted as she’d expected; the bell he’d given her to keep her from sneaking up on him was being used to her advantage. Then, she plugged her ears with… well, ear plugs, and began to shake the wires violently. The result was a cacophony of sound, the bells noises nearly deafening; she could hear them clearly through the plugs. Reikoku looked a little disoriented, and Moroi seized her chance.

“Kurae!” Moroi shouted, the word meaning “eat this!” roughly. She dove down from the room and slashed at her sensei’s arms with recently grown claws. Then, once she landed, she rocketed across the room, using her chakra to transfix herself onto the wall. Then, Reikoku vanished, replaced by a stump. Moroi was confused; where had the stump come from? It wasn’t like there was any wood within the building for him to switch places with.

“He must’ve used Henge no Jutsu, the Art of Transformation.” Moroi contemplated, moving towards the log. She poked it, alarmed when it turned into a puddle of water. Reikoku appeared from behind her and pinned her to the ground. Then, the candles relit, and the training seemed to be over. Moroi looked up at her sensei, surprised slightly; he was a lot quicker than she’d seen.

“Good job, Moroi-kun… you got some good attacks in.” Reikoku grinned, gesturing to his scratched arms, “but you were holding back. Still… I think this training has served a purpose. I believe I’ve found a new apprentice.” He grinned wide at the happy expression on Moroi’s face. However, he still pinned his student down; he knew Moroi would’ve given him a death-grip hug if ‘he’ could move.

“So, I’m going to teach you everything I know.” Reikoku smiled, unpinning his student, “however… there’s a dangerous shinobi… my first apprentice.” Moroi nodded, holding off her hug for the moment. He explained that his last apprentice wasn’t so willing to take on the idea of killing the kage, so he’d left as a refugee for Konoha. It seemed he was now a member of the ANBU squad.

And his name was--

***

“Uragirimono Akuihebi.” Tsunade said, calling in the ANBU captain, who had appeared as soon as his name was called, “your old master has come for me in Konoha. If anything, you should know how to stop him.” The shinobi nodded, his snake-modeled mask half covered by thick, black hair that went down past his shoulders. He was wearing the traditional ANBU attire, and looked dangerous altogether.

“Yes, Hokage-sama; I know all his jutsu. I heard he travels with talented shinobi, however… I may need a big team for this mission.” Tsunade paused for a moment, thinking of both sides of the problem. One n hand, many people could be killed. However, if she was killed, the morale of the city would lower drastically; it had already lowered a lot when Sandaime had died.

“Fine. But if possible, take them alive. I heard he has young genin as well.” Tsunade said, after weighing the issues for a moment. The shinobi nodded, a faint smirk playing on his face behind the mask as he vanished. This was what he’d expected; once his sensei came to Konoha, everything would fall into place. The Hokage would tragically be killed, and he would rise up to rule the fire nation.

“It’s almost as if nothing bad can happen to me.” The shinobi mused, his smile growing wider as he removed his mask in the safety of his home. He was pale, and had snake-like eyes; they were red, like Rei’s, but they held absolutely no human quality. No matter how could Rei’s eyes were, there was still warmth lying beneath. This shinobi’s were like still, cold blood.

If there's any really bad guy, it's Akuihebi. He's one bad mamma-jamma. lol, read and review, please!

   AEGFF Chapter 25!!!!
Here's the chapter!! OMGYay, they're up right on time!!! YAY!! You guys must be so hapy. lol, anyways, enjoy.

Chapter 25

“Are you sure they’ll even let me in?” Tera asked, heels digging into the ground as Joyce pushed her towards the spa, “I egged this place once and they’ve been on the lookout ever since.” Joyce sighed and shook her head, saying they never turned away people with reservations. And, whether fortunately or unfortunately, they didn’t turn Tera away. Smiling, they led her and Joyce to these freaky looking chairs with funny domes above them. Tera had always assumed they were mind control devices, but Joyce had informed her that they just were special hair treating things. Soon enough, Tera and her friend had been seated, and their shoes removed.

“Ew, what have you been doing, miss?” Tera’s consultant said in disgust from her client’s pungent shoes, “and why are your toenails so gross? Uck, I’ll be right back. I need some garden shears.” Tera growled low in her throat, looking over at Joyce who looked thoroughly pleased. They lock gazes for a moment, and Joyce wore a victorious looking smile.

“I always wanted to get you into a spa, Tera.” Joyce smiled, “plus, I won’t have to worry about you going barefoot anymore.” She grinned, oblivious to Tera’s comment about kicking her under her breath. The consultant returned with a large pair of nail clippers; Tera had almost thought she’d taken off her toe when she cut off the first nail. She cried out in alarm and brought her foot up, glad to see all five toes. The consultant grumbled and took hold of her client’s foot again, quickly clipping the other nails. Then, she lowered the dome onto Tera’s head, and walked away. Almost as quickly as the nail clipping, Tera whipped out her phone and called Max.

“Hello?” Came his reply. He sounded rather tired, as though he’d just woken up.

“Max? Did the officials say whether the Gammas cheated yet?” Tera asked, sounding desperate, “you won’t believe what Joyce is doing to prepare me for that stupid date!” Max chuckled over the line; if he’d seen her expression, he’d have run for cover.

“You make it sound like a death sentence.” Max said, evidently glad, “and no, they haven’t confirmed it yet. Why? What’s so bad about that place?”

“They’re girly-fying me!” Tera wailed, “This chick painted my toenails pink! And then… Joyce is taking me… shoe shopping!” She grew even more upset when Max burst into laughter on the other side of the line.

“Most girls would be thrilled about that.” Max smiled, “but I get it. I’m gonna start watching ESPN now to see what’s going on with the X Games. I’ll call you if something comes up, okay? See ya!” Then, there was a click, and he’d hung up. Tera sighed, and cried out in shock when the consultant was in her face again. The girl removed the dome, and held up a mirror for Tera to inspect herself in.

The scream heard from outside the building alarmed many people Joyce had fallen out of her seat. Apparently, Tera’s hair didn’t like the dome thingy. It has spiraled up into a beehive hairdo, and Joyce could help but laugh. One quick fist gesture silenced her, fortunately. Then, she sighed, and went along for the rest of the ride, soon running away from the spa.

“I’m already smooth! I DON’T NEED A WAX!!” Tera yelled at the consultants who were chasing her. They all had wax and looked rather angry; none of their customers had been so emotional about their bodies before. However, before she could be caught, Tera ran from the place barefoot, her smelly shoes and socks gripped tightly in her hands. She knew exactly where she was headed; the only place she’d trust with her hair.

***

Once her older sisters stopped laughing at her hair, Hana agreed to fix it up for her. After a quick rinse, it had all gone waist length again, with relieved Tera. However, hearing her sister say something about bad damage, Tera felt a little alarmed. Quietly, she asked her sister to elaborate on the problem.

“Well… there was a lot of heat damage to your hair…” Hana said, “but! It’s all okay up to about… your shoulders… you mind if I cut it off up to there?” Tera thought for a moment, wondering what to do. She had been so used to long hair; it always made her feel better about herself when she brushed it for some reason. It made her feel… like a somebody. Like royalty or even a princess.

“Well… alright… but you’ve gotta add some pink streak in for me then.” Tera said, smiling at her sister. Hana smiled back, and put Tera’s long hair into a ponytail, the band ending just a bit below the damaged part of Tera’s hair. Then, with a quick snip, Tera’s head felt much lighter. Then, Hana held up a huge ponytail full of hair; it had retained its shape and stuck in the ponytail. Tera was shocked at first, but she liked how her short hair looked. Plus, her head didn’t feel as weighted down.

“Well, I’ll start on the streaks now, okay?” Hana smiled. Tera nodded, and put the ponytail into a bag; she was going to show Joyce and her friends as soon as she could. Then, she remembered her eye examination.

“Um… how fast could you do it… I’ll be late for my eye appointment if I don’t go quick.” Tera said. No sooner had she said it, Hana was on her, adding the pink into her younger sister’s hair. It’d go in easy, and the black would dull the color enough so that the vibrant pink wouldn’t be as noticeable.

Bleh, the end of this chapter was kinda lame, but we'll be getting to Tera's date next chapter or so. Sorry for the wait! Read and review!

   Bizarre Love Triangle, Chapter 7!!!!
Flashback/dream chapter! A little uncovering of Moroi's past... also an explanation of why she wants to make him happy all the time. Anywayz, enjoy.

Chapter 7

It was a dreary sort of day; snow was falling and blanketing the land of Water. Moroi smiled and brushed her scraggly purple hair out of her eyes. She didn’t get to cut it very often; if she were allowed, she’d use those wonderful claws she could grow. However, her father had advised against it. Even though her mother didn’t have the ability, she knew her father did. She wasn’t like the other villagers. It seemed like only a few days ago that the Yukibana family had been murdered, aside from their son, Haku. Of course, that was many years ago. The idea brought up fearful ideas of what might happen to her own family. However, she was unafraid; if anything happened, their father would protect them.

The graduation ceremony was beginning; she would soon be a full fledged genin. However, she also knew what would be occurring; a fight to the death in order to become a ninja. Sighing, she ran off, fixing up her white scarf on the way to the arena; as much as she hated fighting, especially killing, she’d condone it this one time. After all, she wanted to make her father proud. The looks of satisfaction he gave to her older brothers made her want him to be just as proud of her.

***

The dome was packed; every single villager was present. Moroi’s eyes caught an eerie pair of red ones, belonging to a blue haired young man; he couldn’t have been too much older than she was. However, he had a jounin vest… so he couldn’t be her age or too close to it either. Sighing, the managed to pick out the only person she really wanted to be watching her; her father. He smiled at her and she waved right back. It looked like she’d be able to please him right away; her name had been picked first. Gulping nervously, she walked up to the center of the arena, looking up at the boy who’d also entered. He was blocky, and had a sort of square shaped head. He looked tough, whereas she was willow wild and shaking like a leaf.

“Pssh, this should be easy,” The blocky boy grinned, readying himself, “what’s a little girl gonna do?” Moroi puffed up a little at his comment, and she couldn’t wait to begin the fight. When the proctor blew his whistle, she was off. The blocky boy even marveled at her speed; it was a familial thing that he should’ve expected to be passed on to her. But, he hadn’t, and he got a face full of feet. Moroi landed elegantly behind him, looking over her shoulder at him. She wanted to use her true power, but she, like her father, had to limit herself as to not blow their secret.

“That wasn’t that great.” The blocky boy said, pinching his now bleeding nose, “it’s a wonder your father managed to stay alive on any missions at all.” At this, Moroi forgot about restraint. No one questioned her father. NO ONE. Her eyes flashed, pupils narrowing into angry slits. Then, her fingernails began to grow into claws. Moroi’s father gasped from the stands, but was powerless to interfere; no one was allowed. The blocky boy gasped in surprise, and began to retreat, but the cat girl was already upon him. Claws flashing, blood soon began to fill the arena and scraps of shredded material were floating around in the area.

“MOROI!! STOP!!” Moroi’s father yelled, bringing her back to Earth. She looked down at her hands, a bit surprised to see claws there. But, more surprisingly, blood covered them from tip to wrist. Then, she looked down at the chunks of what had been the blocky boy. The proctor tossed Moroi her hitai-ate, then he ran off, crying out to the heavens about the freaky powers of the Tsukineko clan. Moroi’s father jumped from the stands and whisked her off to their house; the girl was so speechless that she had not even registered that she had passed. The red eyed man smiled in the audience, and he too vanished into thin air.

***

That night, Moroi had gotten a talking to. Rather, her father was furious, and he couldn’t help but yell at the poor child. However, it stopped when he saw something out in the darkness. Quietly, he told his children and wife to hide. They obeyed quickly and quietly, Moroi running into a room full of barrels. One of those would be suitable to hide in. However, she felt someone behind her. Assuming it was her sibling, she turned, only coming face to face with a pair of familiar red eyes.

“You must hide.” The young man said, picking her up and stuffing her into a barrel, “you’ve been assigned to my genin squad… I want to hone that marvelous ability of yours.” He smiled, wiping a tear from her eye. She was frightened, but somehow, seeing him eased the pain. Then, in another flash, he was gone. Then, she heard footsteps infiltrating the house; the enemy had arrived. Ducking into the barrel, she froze when she heard a scream. It wasn’t her mother or father… one of her brothers for sure. Then, there was a loud thunk, and a sickening flop. Moroi covered her mouth, tears streaming down her face. One of her brothers had just died.

Then, she stopped again. There were footsteps coming towards the barrel room. Sitting stock still, she crouched in the barrel, almost starting when she heard another scream… it too was soon followed by similar noises. This time, there was a loud, thick sounding splash… the scent told her it was blood. The footsteps retreated, just in time for a third scream; this time, it was her mother. A few more stabbing sounds, and she knew they were going without mercy. Then, she heard her father yelling, and slashing noises. Peeking out of the barrel for a brief second, she saw her father killing a few intruders. Just as she felt like she could cheer, there was a final, sickening stabbing noise.

“Father.” Moroi whispered under her breath, seeing the sword stick right through him. Tears poured down her face; for a moment, their eyes met. Her eyes were filled with sorrow, and he smiled slightly, before thudding to the ground. Quietly, she slipped back into the barrel, hearing retreating footsteps. Once she knew they were gone, she rocketed out of the barrel and knelt by her father, crying and hugging his limp form tightly. Then, she looked at the living room; her family members were strung out and slaughtered; her mother had been nailed to the wall. Not able to take anymore, Moroi rushed outside and vomited, crying hard but quietly, hoping the ninja wouldn’t return.

She tried to walk away from her home, footsteps trudging quietly and making small footprints in the snow. Eventually, she flopped over and cried again, a safe distance from her home. These people… the ones who’d murdered her family… had they no compassion? She sighed, looking down at her hands; they had gotten covered in her father’s blood. She cried even harder at that thought, until she eventually fell asleep, hatred, sadness and loneliness all intermingling in the poor little 10 year old.

***

“Hey… get up.” The familiar voice said, Moroi rubbing her eyes and sitting up to look into the now all too familiar red eyes, “they’re gone; I’m the only one here.” He smiled, lifting the child up. The girl was shaking like a leaf, and the man felt rather sorry for her. Unfortunately, he could say nothing to comfort her; he didn’t know her pain. Also… his jounin vest wouldn’t keep her warm. So, he just nodded, and she followed.

“What’s your name, kiddo?” The man asked, “and more importantly… are you a boy or a girl? You kids all look alike to me.” Moroi looked up at him, as if puzzled for a moment. However, she decided she would be starting anew; she had no one else who knew her… perhaps she could devote herself to him.

“My name is Tsukineko Moroi.” Moroi said, unable to think up a new name for herself, “and I’m a boy.” She’d lied about that for a reason only she knew. Boys were the tough ones, like her father. She didn’t want to be a weak little girl anymore. At least, that’s what she thought. The young man smiled, ruffling her hair and adjusting her large, white scarf.

“My name is Reikoku.” The young man smiled, “and I’m going to train you to be strong. That way… you’ll be able to defend yourself if anything like this happens again.” She nodded, sniffing him quietly. He didn’t smell of blood; he’d left right after he’d hidden her. Smiling, she took hold of his hand, feeling its warmth. He stopped for a moment, looking down at the child, who smiled innocently.

“I’ll be the strongest shinobi ever, and I’ll do anything you want me to do to get there.” Moroi smiled, glad to seem him smile back. He grinned at her and smiled, leading her through the forest.

***

“Moroi-kun,” Tataku said, shaking his friend awake, “get up; Rei-sensei wants to see you.” Moroi blinked; everything had seemed so… vivid. She even checked her hands for blood. When she didn’t see any, she stood up, throwing on some clothes. She’d almost forgotten about her training; it made her happy that her sensei was that eager to train her.

I didn't really like writing all the sad stuff in this chapter; I can't imagine what thta little girl must've been feeling. Anyways, read and review, s'il vous plait!

AEGFF Chapter 24!!!!
Well, here's the 24th chapter; one away from being at chapter 25! OMG, you must be all so happy! lol, jk. But, anyways... here it is! BTW; Tera's date with Chad shall soon be underway; don't think I forgot about it! Hope you guys didn't either.

Chapter 24

Max had been having a lot of fun with Roxanne; he’d almost forgotten the connection they had. But, she was seeming very distracted lately, and was often on the phone with her friends. Why, he had no clue. He was mainly just glad that he was hanging out with her again. Of course, there was one other person he’d like to be hanging out with… but she’d been so wrapped up in the play, he hadn’t seen her in ages. So, he looked for her in a place he was almost positive she’d be; the library.

“Hey Max.” Tera smiled, looking over her book at him, “it’s been a while, buddy. Tomorrow’s Groundhog day.” She chuckled and pulled out a chair for him. Smiling, he sat down, and asked her how the play was coming. Despite a few prop malfunctions and irritating cast members, she was doing fine. It was a bit stressful to be the star of a play.

“So, Tera…” Max asked, “you wanna go do something tomorrow?” Tera smiled and would’ve said she’d love to, but she was bumped into by someone before she could say it. Unfortunately for her, it was the only person- aside from Tom and Roxanne- that she didn’t want to see. It was Chad; no doubt to remind her about something or hit on her again. Why did she manage to attract the nice guys AND the idiots?

“Hey, don’t forget about our date tomorrow.” Chad grinned, the grin growing wider when he saw Max’s expression, “Tera and I had a little wager that if you guys won the X Games, I’d do whatever she wanted me to do. But, since she lost… she’s gotta go on a date. With me, the best looking guy at the college.” If this were an anime, Tera and Max would both have huge sweat drops going down the side of their heads; this guy’s ego needed deflating.

“Bah, fine. But you’ve gotta leave me alone until then.” Tera said, grumbling under her breath as he left. After explaining to Max what had led to that wager, she was glad that he wasn’t too upset. However, he mentioned that since the X Games officials were checking for foul play, they were eligible for a default win. She smiled and thanked him, saying that she’d like to be spending the day with him; she’d have a lot of stuff to do the next day, so she’d like to rest before then.

***

That night, Tera had ended up telling (rather, she was FORCED to tell) Joyce about the date with Chad. It only took a few moments for her to set up a spa date and hair appointment to get her friend ready.

“No friend of mine is going to a date unprepared, even if she doesn’t want to go!” Joyce smiled, looking over at her friend. Of course, she was soon pelted with and buried by a large amount of stuffed animals. Tera wasn’t happy with this idea at all. Not only did she not have time for a spa day, she’d never even gone to a spa… well, except for that one time were she set off stink bombs in the trash cans and by the hair products. She was almost positive she wouldn’t even be allowed into one.

“I have an eye exam that day too!” Tera yelled, “you’d better not make me late; my eyes are more important than my stupid hair anyway.” She sank down onto her bed and sighed; the next day would DEFINITELY not be a fun one.

Heh, the next chapter will be funny funny funny. Hope you guys enjoyed this one! Read and review!

   Bizarre Love Triangle, Chapter 6!!!!
A little action! HORRAY!! Sorry if the action isn't descriptive enough, but I hope you'll like it! And Hihana is like a younger, female Naruto. And yes, Moroi is Rei's trusty steed. ;) lol, jk.

Chapter 6

“You can go first, Hihana!” Naruto shouted, almost instantly regretting his decision right away. He’d forgotten about her long range skills; her specialty was ninjutsu. She made several hand seals, then held up her forefinger and thumb in a circle shape. Then, she blew a hot blast of fire through the hole. It was the Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu; otherwise known as the “Grand Fireball Technique”. Naruto easily dodged this, but she was already on her second set of hand seals; she was quicker at doing them than he was.

“Dokugiri! Poison Mist!” Hihana shouted, opening her mouth wide and spewing out the purple cloud of toxic gas. It soon began to envelope the area, but Naruto was already wearing a special gas mask; it was more of a medical mask, but it worked. She was wide open to attack now, so Naruto did just that. Throwing two kunai at her torso, he’d assumed he’d got her. But, she just grinned and closed her mouth, leaping out of the way.

“Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu! Grand Fireball Technique!” Hihana shouted again, blowing out another fireball. Naruto had fallen for it again! She’d make the poison cloud, then set it aflame while he was inside. It usually exploded after anyway, so even if he got out, it still managed to hurt him. Which it did at that moment. It had blown him right into the forest, and he’d bowled over some innocent citizen. She had been gathering herbs, unaware of the fighting that was going on behind her.

“Oh man! I’m so sorry miss!” Naruto told the girl, putting the fallen herbs back into her basket, “didn’t mean to knock you over!” She just giggled and picked up the herbs herself, standing up just in time to be knocked over by Hihana, who’d tripped over a still stooping Naruto. It was like a three car pile up… but with people and very, very minor injuries. The girl pulled a twig from her long, purple hair, and smiled at them, gathering her herbs yet again.

“I’m sorry, little lady!” Hihana shouted, correcting herself when she realized that this girl was a few inches taller than her, “erm… want some help?” The girl nodded, and soon they were all re-gathering the herbs. The girl’s kimono, which had been pink at one point, was now covered in dirt. The others were equally as dirty, but for some reason, she just seemed dirtier. However, everything had been recognized; she was picking herbs for her sick father, it seemed.

The two shinobi had felt bad for knocking the citizen over, so they decided to treat her to lunch. And, well… you can guess where they took her. The Ichiraku ramen shop wasn’t very filled at lunch; most people missed lunch or brought their own to eat while they trained. It was easy to see why they were the shop’s best customers. The girl ordered a chicken ramen, with some wasabi in it for kicks. The others were alarmed by how fast she ate; it seemed like she hadn’t had anything in her stomach for days.

“So… are you from Konoha or did you come from a neighboring village?” Hihana asked. The girl said that she was apart of a troop of performers, led by her father. He’d recently gotten sick, so she was going to collect herbs. Naruto grinned when she said she was a performer. After a little bribery, he got her to do her act. She smiled at him, and strung up some wire between the Ichiraku ramen shop and a shop across the street. Then, she climbed up to the roof of the ramen shop, and began to walk across the wire.

“She isn’t even using her arms for balance!” Hihana pointed out, and she cried out when the girl fell off. But, she landed right on her feet, and looked over her shoulder at the two ninja. The bell on her collar jingled as she approached them again, giggling at their stunned expressions. She acted as if she did that all the time, as though it weren’t a huge feat.

“I hope you liked my act!” The girl smiled, “maybe you guys could watch my troop perform for the Hokage?” When they nodded with their mouths agape, she giggled and ran off again, completely forgetting the herbs. The others were too stunned to really do anything. After all, it wasn’t everyday someone did a tightrope trick and fell off, only to land on their feet. Landing unharmed was unmentioned as well.

***

“So, you found two strong shinobi, eh Moroi?” Reikoku said, looking at his filthy protégée. She nodded and brushed some of the dirt off her pink kimono, her eyes flashing in the darkness; they took in a lot of the surrounding light. She could see the smiled on her sensei’s face; nothing pleased her more than satisfying her favorite person.

“Good job, Moroi.” Reikoku smiled, “for that, I’ll allow you to have a training session with me tomorrow. We’ll see how good your fighting skills are compared to your reconnaissance skills.” She smiled this time and left the room, glad she’d pleased him enough to train with him. Most of the time, they had to train against Yuki, and now against Guujin and Haruka as well. Their sensei must’ve been pleased with her.

Hope it was good! Was it too obvious that the little knocked over girl was Moroi? Anyways, read and review, please!

   AEGFF Chapter 23!!!!
It's up a bit later than the Naruto ficcie, but who cares? IT's up, right? Anyways... here it is; enjoy. Oh, and the House of Mouse will be popping up soon too.

Chapter 23

“Wow Roxanne, it’s been a while!” Max smiled, kissing his girlfriend, “when’d you get back?” She smiled and returned her own kiss, telling him she’d only came back to Spoonerville a few weeks ago. However, it was worth transferring back to see him again. There was something she had to do… something she needed to set right. P.J. had already left the room, so he didn’t know exactly what was going on. When Tera passed him, however, he remembered he was trying to keep Max and Roxanne together.

“Hey! Hey Tera! Hey!” P.J. called, but to no avail. Tera had already swept past him and was heading right for Max’s dorm. Her mind was still set on telling Max how she felt. Once she reached his dorm, she threw open the door, smiling as she breathed in to shout out what she’d rushed over to tell him. Instead, all that came out was the following sentence.

“Hey Roxanne! When’d you get back?” Tera smiled, secretly hoping a meteor would fall from the sky and split her own skull in two. Roxanne decided not to speak right away and gave a hug to her friend; they hadn’t seen each other since the grad party. Then, she told her what she’d told Max; despite her better instincts, she introduced Tera to Max.

“We’ve already met.” Max smiled, “we’ve been friends since the start of the term. She was in the X Games with our team, remember?” This comment ended up sparking a conversation which left Tera feeling a bit left out. Well… more like a third wheel, to be precise. When P.J. came back to the dorm to “discretely” take Tera away, she left without a hitch. She was pretty bummed out to find that she was going to have to continuing loving him from afar after all.

***

Tera had managed to get herself very wrapped up in the play, and had been deliberately avoiding Max. That only made Roxanne’s job harder. It didn’t seem to be just ready to be hatched quite yet… there needed to be the right moment to set it in motion. But back to Tera, where the current plot is. Tera was sitting with her acting troop, talking and laughing. Unfortunately, an annoying voice managed to break in; it was Tom, the guy who played her leading man.

“What’s up, ladette?” Tom asked, “a ladette is a chick who’s all, like, uncivilized and junk. I bet you didn’t know that, huh Aoki?” He sneered at Tera, who simply poked him in the stomach, winding him. Then, she stooped down and looked him in the eyes. It was pretty evident she was enjoying herself.

“I knew that.” Tera smiled, “and you calling me uncivilized is like a garbage picker calling someone filthy, you chauvinist pig.” Then, she went and grabbed her lunch again, grinning when she saw his expression. He yelled something like “when I find out what that means, you’re, like, dead!” but she was already ignoring him. Her mind was elsewhere… and she was eating a really good sandwich.

Tera has bad luck with guys... XD I have big plans for later; this play will be REALLY important later on. ^_^ Read and review! Once again! P.S. SORRY IT'S LATE!!!

   Bizarre Love Triangle, Chapter 5!!!!
To make up for the Naruto-less chapter, this one's got a new character AND it's focussed on Naruto and the gang! OMGYAY. Oh!! BTW; DISCLAIMER: As much as I despise the fact, I do not own a single shred of Naruto. T__T

Chapter 5

“NARUTO-KUN!!” Came a loud female voice, surprising the three shinobi, “I FINALLY FOUND YOU!” Naruto almost choked on his ramen; he’d grown to familiar terms with this voice. Turning around, he saw the source, a naturally tanned and naturally short girl with red hair and green tips. Her jounin vest covered up her blue and white candy-striped shirt, and she was wearing a pair of light blue shorts. Her hitai-ate was yellow in color, and wrapped loosely around her neck.

“Hi-Hihana-chan…” Naruto gulped, looking over at the girl, “do you have to bother me like that? I’m busy hanging out with my new teammates!” Hihana tapped her foot, obviously a little peeved. Hinata had seen this girl around town before; apparently, she was the youngest jounin ever, aside from Uchiha Itachi. Also, she was deemed to have super strength, but no one took that seriously until they fought her. Naruto was among them.

“No time for lollygagging, Naruto-kun!” Hihana grinned, “we’re supposed to train today! You promised!” She then pouted, but sniffed the air, finally noticing the ramen shop. In a matter of seconds, she’d bowled Kiba over and had ordered her own bowl. Kiba would have voiced his opinion and got mad, but he’d recognized her almost as quickly as Hinata had. Then, when she got her bowl, she looked over at Naruto, gesturing at the ramen bowls.

“Let’s race to see who can finish first!” Hihana challenged, getting a nod from Naruto. Then, everyone sort of cleared out, not wanting to be splashed with hot soup. With no further warning, the two shinobi dug into the meal, ignoring the soup that splashed everywhere, focused on getting it into their mouths. Soon enough, they’d finished, Hihana slamming her bowl down first. Then, she did her own little victory dance, ignoring the stares she was receiving.

“She’s just like Naruto…” Kiba said, picking up Akamaru and standing up, “you can go train with her, Naru--“ No sooner had the words escaped his lips, Hihana’s hand had clamped down on Naruto’s wrist, and the older shinobi soon found himself being dragged out. It sounded as if he’d cried out “HELP ME!”, but no one was quite sure.

“--to.” Kiba finished, looking over at Hinata, who merely shrugged. Then, they left the ramen shop; neither of them really enjoyed being there anyway.

***

“So Naruto!” Hihana smiled, “what’ll we do today? Taijutsu practice? Ninjutsu practice? Weapon practice? Genjutsu practice? Whatcha got for me, Naruto-kun?” She was practically bouncing on the spot. Just looking at her was tiring Naruto out. It was fairly evident she’d stayed up all night again. Ramen wasn’t the only thing the girl ate; anything with sugar in it soon found its way into her stomach.

“You’ve gotta cut down, Hihana…” Naruto yawned, “you’ve already got hypoglycemia… isn’t it bad for you to have sugar?” She shook her head and decided to run circles around the older shinobi. Even when he tried to trip her, she managed to take him down with her somehow. Despite knowing better, Naruto tried to tripped her. This time, her own takedown was unique. She’d managed to tangle her legs around his extended one, and pulled him down by grabbing him around the neck.

“Alright, fine! We’ll spar. No bars, use whatever you’d like to.” Naruto grumbled, pushing her off of him. She made a joyous sound, although it sounded more like a weird animal noise. Then, she walked a fair distance away from the blond shinobi, and smiled, ready to fight.

Bit short, but enjoy! Oh, and blond without the "e" is masculine. ^___^

AEGFF, Chapter 22!!!!
YAY!! Chapter 22! I might actually be moving the plot along! *Le gasp* I personally hope I do; remember I write these not too long before I post 'em.

Chapter 22

Tera limped her way to the cafeteria; she was still practicing her lines all the time. Fortunately, Max had remembered to return her books before, so she did fairly well on the test. Max and P.J. had also done well, and Bobby had skimmed past, just as they’d done the previous years. Max had managed to convince the other guys to go to the play, and now there was a huge campus group going just for Tera. The idea that Max had started it all made her heart swell.

“Howdy there, stranger.” The comment had surprised her, but she relaxed when she realized the source of the voice was Joyce, “you’ve been out a lot… something bugging you?” Tera looked down at her meal, but nodded nonetheless. In the first year at Ohio College, Joyce had sort of become a maternal figure. She was wiser than she seemed to be, but that was because she’d been practicing to be a psychiatrist.

“It’s about that Max guy… isn’t it?” Joyce probed, receiving another wordless nod, “wanna talk about it over dinner? Sometimes it’s better to open up when you’re smothering your sadness in food.” Despite herself, Tera found herself laughing. Then, she nodded again, before digging into her food. It seemed weird that she didn’t want to talk about it then, but she didn’t care; hunger had taken over.

***

“Hey Max.” P.J. said, looking up from his book when Max entered the dorm, “you’ve got a crush on Tera, don’t you?” Max, who hadn’t been paying attention, now had his attention focused on his chunky roommate. P.J. took note of his friend’s expression, and knew he was right. Max resigned and sat down next to P.J., deciding he might as well listen to what his friend had to say.

“You’re still technically dating Roxanne… so that’s not a good idea.” P.J. said, “besides… it’d ruin the big surprise me and Bobby worked out.” This sparked a little curiosity in the college student. What could they possibly have arranged to surprise him?

“Surprise? What do you mean?” Max asked, looking puzzled at his friend. Then, almost as if to answer his question, there came a knock on the door. P.J. forced his friend off the bed and told him to get it. Then, he was reacquainted with an all too familiar girl. She had auburn red hair, and was wearing a blue, long –sleeved shirt and brown pants. Then, she waved at him, a large smile on her face.

“Hi Max… miss me?”

***

Tera met Joyce at the Bean Scene, where she’d been joined by Jeanne, who’d been rather bored with all her good friends out of town. They’d been having a long conversation about relationships, mostly about Tera’s “friendship” with Max. They’d seen right through it, although Max and Bobby were both still oblivious of her feelings.

“Y’know, Tera… I heard that Roxanne was back in town…” Joyce said, her words stinging Tera somehow, “if it’s true… you won’t have a chance for Max. He’s probably still nuts over her.” Of course, she herself knew that Max was torn between his relationship with Roxanne and his affections for Tera. She just wanted her friend to find that out for herself. Tera didn’t look very happy anyway; she was the only one who was unfortunate enough not to have experienced a true relationship.

“Well… if I’m lucky, they might break-up…” Tera smiled, “well… here’s to romance… and not knowing why it plays with our hearts and hurts like a bitch.” She raised her glass of soda, clinking it against her friends’ glasses. Inside, she was completely torn. She wanted Max to be happy… the only problem was… she wanted the source of his happiness to be her.

“Y’know what?” Tera said suddenly, startling her friends as she stood up, “I’m going to go tell him. For real, this time. Nothing’s going to stop me! Not even Roxanne…” The last sentence had been muttered under her breath, and she ran off, heading for Max’s dorm. It was dark and stormy outside, but she didn’t care; the idea of having a chance to be with him as more than a friend had overwhelmed her psyche.

Ha, hope you enjoyed... I'm not sure this was as good as the previous chapters. Read and Review... like always!
