   Mrs. B.'s Payback
Mrs. B. got hit in the face with a football at the game on Thursday! I don't know what kind of game it was because I wasn't there, but I'm guessing it was basketball because that's what season it is now. I know I shouldn't think it's funny, but it's Mrs. B. we're talkin' about here. That's what she gets for making me and my friends feel bad! So she went home early! Ha! I spent yesterday trying to smile and be happy all day no matter what happened because I feel like I've been complaining too much lately. It worked out even though I'm "not having a good week" if you know what I mean. I'm glad to have otaku friends! You guys are great! Didja know that if you write it in hiragana it means "house?" I can write all the hiragana and half of the katakana. Oh crap! I'm in trouble in math. I'm about five or six problem sets behind. At least Martha let me borrow her calculator for my make-up test yesterday. So, I wanna know how your weeks, days, whatevers are going so I'm gonna end this and check out my friends' sites. Ciao!

   Thursdays are Good Days... Usually.
Mrs. B., my health (and used-to-be PE teacher, but I don't have to take PE ever again 'cuz I'm a sophomore!) teacher, is the one who made me angry today. "Oh, your parents are all bad examples because they don't get enough sleep because they stay up too late watching the late shows or whatever..." What does she know about my parents? My dad works 12:00pm-12:00am and 5:00pm-9:00pm. He could NEVER get enough sleep if he wanted to! And my mom works 7:30am-5:30pm and sometimes 7:00pm-10:00pm or 11:00pm if she's workin' at Hollywood Video. Mrs. B. is in no position to accuse my parents of not getting enough sleep due to TV! Rice Flinga (yes, I personally know her, she's in my health class and a freshman) went home sick after Health. I hung out with Matt D. for the rest of the day (he's the cool Matt, not the meanie 'fro Matt O.) and found out that my final draft of my Shakespeare report isn't due till Tuesday. That puts me way ahead of everyone else! Ha ha! In English today we started reading Macbeth. Umm... Maybe I will start writing about Dream Legends. Because... I'm gonna publish it so no one can steal it. Yay! So when I get a workin' scanner I'll upload pictures of all my characters! My favorite of my characters will always be Taran (pronounced with an AR as in CAR, so it sound like TAR-en). If he were real I'd marry him. I know Tiff's (or FantasyFreak's) favorite of my characters is Cynthia. I bet you guys'd think she's cool. She'll be the first person who's picture I upload when I get a workin' scanner. Anyways, I've talked enough. Oh, btw, is it possible to have a MIDI file play on your site if you visit it, or can only visitors play your music? If it's the latter, that really sucks. Anyway, I'll probably add another post tomorrow. A post a day keeps you in good spirits. Maybe...

It's December! Here comes Decemberween!
More than half of North Americans lose their TV remote between one and five times a week. That's pretty sad, y'know. Aarrgh! Matt O. is SO freakin' annoying! We had an angry debate over Mario Power Tennis, of all things! Gosh, I wish I could prove him wrong. And beat him in a duel. He accuses me and follows me and why can't he see that when I get mad I need alone time before talking to anyone! I don't like hurting people's feelings, and I don't want to take my anger out on anyone, even if they happen to be my archrival. The only person worthy of taking my anger out on is Kaiba-boy. Man, I'm so selfish! WHat is our world coming to? Technology has ruined our lives, but we ourselves are much more fatal weapons. Wow! Almost poetry there! Anyways, I'm doing a speech in a week or so (for my speech class) on why movies based on books ruin the imagination. It's so true. I mean, it doesn't matter whether or not I or you or anyone else LIKES the movie, it's still just one person's (the director's) opinion of what the book looks like visually and they force us to get into the mindset of thinking that since we can see it, it's reality. That's the way the book must look if that's how the movie looks. Of course I know YOU guys are smart enough to not conform to the MOVIE version of something, right? With anime it's different. The only thing that the director can decide in an anime is whether or not to change the storyline at all, what colors to use for some of the characters not shown on the graphic novel cover, and what the voices of the characters should sound like. Besides that, we're all otaku so we love anime regardless of how it compares to its manga counterparts, right? Except for some shows. I think they should show the REAL first season of Yu-Gi-Oh! with the games BESIDES Duel Monsters. They're cooler and more interesting stories. Anyway, I'm done for now. Please do comment on my journals if you have an opinion or even if you agree with me! It means a lot to hear from you!

   Not Again!! Aarrgghh....
English is so freakin' annoying! It's one major project after another! We just turned in (literally. we turned it in today) a HUGE Odyssey poetry assignment and NOW Mrs. D. expects us to write a research paper on Shakespeare. By THIS Thursday. That gives me, what, two days to work on it? Yeah. Plus, I'm overwhelmed with my huge persuasive speech next week, an overload of math homework, and planning a time to get together with my friends for a Christmas party! I'm not supposed to be this stressed til college! At least, that's what I think. Gosh, why is school so hard? At least we don't have it as bad as the Japanese kids, though.

Why I Hate That One Guy...
Okay, so there's this guy at school... Let's call him Matt O. (Ha! His real name!)... He's such a freakin' egotistical jerk! He's always talkin' about how he can beat that one game faster than you or how much better his Yu-Gi-Oh! cards are than yours or how he could beat up someone but he doubts that you could. Today, for instance, he was going on and on telling my frind Matt D. about that episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! when Yugi beats Kaiba. Matt D. obviously didn't care and he asked me a question while Matt O. was talking. I answered his question and all of a sudden Matt D.'s like "You interrupted me. You shouldn't do that to people. It's rude." Of course I know it's rude to interrupt, but you have no idea what school's like for me every day. I exploded at Matt O. and told him how EVERYONE always interrupts ME but whenever I interrupt somebody ELSE it's a huge freakin' deal and how nobody cares if they interrupt me or even listen to what I have to say. I was exaggerating, of course, but I'd had it up to here with Matt O. After that I stormed off to my locker and around the whole school to avoid Matt O. He found me, unfortunately, and started yakkin' my ear off as if nothing had happened. He's got to be the most immature senior I've ever met. I mean, he hangs out with the FRESHMAN all the time and the only reason THEY like him is because he has Yu-Gi-Oh! cards! Seriously! He doesn't have any friends his own age because of his egotism, yet he sadly thinks that everyone likes him. I pity him. In my own little comic series I'm writing (featuring me as the heroine - the Toon Masta), he's my villainous rival, the Egomaniac. Oh, and get this: Matt O. has a fro. Seriously. And it looks really dumb on him. My speech teacher Mr. S. told him to get it cut, but he still doesn't. Anyway, I guess I complain a lot, huh? Well, I'm normally not like this. I just feel I have a lot to complain about sometimes.

   The Guys at Wunderland
There are some very mean people in this world who probably don't even realize when they're being mean. For example, I was at Wunderland (the arcade) for my neighbor Jon's b-day. I'd been excited to go because I wanted to play some DDR arcade version (I have DDRMaxx2 and DDRExtreme at home w/ a crappy dance pad), but now there's only ONE machine in the whole arcade! And just my luck, two loser older teenage guys w/ nothing better to do were using all their nickels then going back and getting more just to play this game. First of all, that's selfish and greedy, and second of all... get a life, guys! They saw me and asked me if I wanted to play but I was all "Umm... no..." Of course I DID want to play, but if I'd said yes and they had let me play, they would've watched me. I do NOT dance when older teenage guys are watching me... Then they said "Well, we're running a line system, here." As if they OWNED the game. I can only assume what they meant was "We play 'til we run out of nickels and go back and get more and no one else gets to play because we're so intimidating." So I just stood there and watched for about 15 minutes. Finally, they got up and left and my brother started dancing. While he was dancing, this girl and a little boy came up. The little boy wanted to play and the girl (either his babysitter or older sister) had no clue how to play. So I showed them how to play, and after playing one song they left. That left me alone with one dance machine and two songs left to do (unfortunately on beginner mode. I normally dance LIGHT.) While I was using the rest of the credits, who should come back but the mean guys from before! And I had been all prepared to dance a round on LIGHT MODE BY MYSELF! The guy practically forced me to play him, so I did. He, of course, was much better than me and kicked my butt badly. Since the guys were back, I realized that it would not be possible for me to dance a full round of LIGHT MODE BY MYSELF at all. So I left. Those insensitive jerks! I didn't even get to use all my quarters because right after that we had to leave. I got a pocket flashlight to remind me of that afternoon and those guys for the rest of my life. Or at least the rest of the weekend.

   Turkey Day Weekend
Thanksgiving was boring. The only person that could make it to dinner was my grandma, which is pretty sad considering we invited my whole family and bought two turkeys, a ham, and all that other good Thanksgiving junk. After dinner, which was really like lunch, we went to see The Polar Express. It was okay, I guess... I hate that freakin' hot chocolate song, though. Now every time I want hot chocolate I get it stuck in my head!
Pee-wee's Playhouse is such a good show. We rented the second disc of the first season from Hollywood Video (my mom works there so we get free movies. It's her second job, her first job is as a Kaiser dental assistant.). I think it influenced my dream though... Check this out: Okay, so at the beginning of my dream I was at school and my best friend Tiff was visiting. There were these three girls in my class that were robots and the only people who knew they were robots were me and my friends (I only have three REAL friends counting Tiff). And for some reason, the teachers couldn't see the robot girls. That's why I thought it was wierd that Mr. Barbar, my math teacher, could see one of them... Anyway, the girls were really cool and (big surprise) they actually looked like girls from Chobits. One of them looked a LOT like Chi. Anyways, then I was randomly with my dad, my brother, and my neighbor family. We were buying plane tickets to California for Sunday and Monday (that would have been today and tomorrow because it was actually taking place this weekend). And I was happy because I wouldn't be in school on Tuesday and wouldn't have to turn in my Odyssey poetry assignment (which I still haven't finished, by the way). Anyway, when we were on the plane everyone was having parfaits and watching a movie (the screens were on the ceiling of the plane). There was this little cute kitten running around the plane that my neighbor Jon had just gotten for his b-day. It was really random, no? That's it for this entry.
