   Emotionally Mixed Up
Okay, I'm stressed, happy, scared, and depressed all at the same time. Here's why:
I'm stressed out because I have to read another novel and do some projects (of which I know what neither are) by next Tuesday (not two days from now, two days and a week from now) and I don't think I can finish.
I'm happy because I've hit a HUGE well of inspiration for Dream Legends! I'm working on the story a whole lot more. Wish I could share with you guys, but I'm still afraid of plagerism, especially to my brainchild.
I'm scared because school is starting and I have bad memories of how bad last year was for me.
And finally, I'm depressed because I'm realizing that all my friends can draw better than me (if you don't believe me, look at your artist ratings compared to mine) and no matter what I do it doesn't seem as if my art is getting better.
That aside, I'm also depressed because there's so many cool things coming out that I can't have due to TOTAL lack of cash. I currently have $0. Yeah. So, emotional mix-up aside, there's not much else to say. Gosh, I have a boring life. Anyway, I'm really bored. I could use some new comments on ANYTHING right now. Or maybe I'll just get off the internet and draw or write, since I'm so inspired.
Y'know what? This is really random, but I suddenly really wish I was in Japan. That'd be so fun. Anyway, ja ne! I'll probably be back on tomorrow! Hopefully my 20th art piece (which probably isn't nearly as good as you're expecting) will be finished by then! Anyway, see ya!

(Man, am I redundent, or what?)

I'm Sorry!
Okay, I deleted some of my friends, but only because my friends list was really long and there's a bunch of people who don't talk to me anymore. I'm sorry if I deleted your name from my list, please don't take it personally. I don't want to make anyone feel bad. So, again, I'm sorry!

Almost 20! ... Fan art pictures, that is!
Umm... Okay, so I'm adding four new pictures today! Then I'll only need one more picture to have 20!! Yay! And I've already started on that 20th picture, too.

Right now my brother and I are saving up for the Tales of Symphonia soundtrack. It's four discs! We're also trying to get... um... I can't remember what else we're saving up for!

Anyway, I guess I'll go put those pictures up now. I hope you like 'em! So....... ja ne!

   HAPPY MOOD TIME!!!
I'm in a happy mood! I finished my book ("Their Eyes Were Watching God" by Zora Neale Hurston, good book but sad and slow-moving), drew a picture of Howl, submitted it less than an hour ago, and it's already up! Please check it out. If you haven't seen "Howl's Moving Castle" yet, you should totally buy or rent it when it comes out. It's my favorite Miyazaki movie ever!
Speaking of Miyazaki, or rather Studio Ghibli, I got and watched "Pom Poko" yesterday! Good, funny, and includes elements of Japanese folklore (which makes me happy). There's three different styles of animated raccoons in the movie: realistic, nondescript cartoons, and the anime style Studio Ghibli is famous for. It's really interesting and a good movie. I encourage everyone to see it!
Speaking of Japanese folklore things, I have recently become obsessed with a very fun Super Nintendo arcade-style game: Pocky and Rocky. Pocky is like a priestess from a shrine (but she's a little girl, and very cute), and Rocky is a raccoon (or tanuki) from the Nopino goblins, who have been taken control of by the evil Black Mantle. And so two players go aroun killing traditional Japanese demons and spirits, (or "goblins" as the Enlish version game calls them). But my brother and I can't make it past the second level. Either the kappas (do you really put s's on the end of plural japanese nouns? I don't think so, but I don't know how else to pluralize stuff) or the stupid octopus boss kill us. Sad! But it's very fun.
Rice Flinga, I had so much fun swimming yesterday! We should do that again sometime! Yay!
Anyway, ja ne for now. I'm tired of writing and want to check out some other people's sites before coming back to see if anyone's commented on my new post or new pic! Heh... so... bye!

   I'm Back!
Didja miss me? 'Cuz I'm BA-ACK!
Disneyland was SO much fun!!! A little crowded for my tastes, but what can you do? Space Mountain ROCKS!!! I'm so glad I didn't decide not to go on that at the last minute! I got souvenirs for all my friends that I know in real life (sorry to the rest of you, but I'm not made of money!!!).
California Adventure has good rides, but it's not as well-planned and themed as Disneyland.
Best ride in California Adventure: the Grizzly Bear Mountain-thingy rafting ride.
Worst ride in California Adventure: The Hollywood Tower Hotel aka the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. EVIL ride!!!
But as much as I hated the tower, I got an adorable little stuffed Stitch dressed as a bellhop at the Hollywood Tower Hotel!
The weather was beautiful! It was in the high seventies, so it was very nice! I love Disneyland! When you're there, you can see why it's called the happiest place on earth.
And the fireworks? Awesome. There's different parts of the fireworks that are themed after different rides. The Haunted Mansion fireworks are awesome! But the fireworks, as incredible as they are and the fact that you can hear and see them from several blocks away (and California city blocks are LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG), they were still kinda short.
And one of my favorite things (and the way we ended our trip to Disneyland) is Fantasmic!. It's so cool and it makes me happy to see Mickey dance. The music is aweseome, too!
But, anyway, you may have guessed that I didn't have time to do any fan art while I was gone. Yeah, well, Disneyland and California Adventure are big and crowded places and It takes the full five days to do everything in them. We'd come back to the hotel during the middle of the day, but we'd mostly swim or rest. Anywhoo... I had fun and if I made you feel bad because I went to Disneyland and you didn't, I'm really sorry. Seriously.
Anyway, I probably won't have any pictures up before school starts for me because I have a book to read if I want to get into Honors English. And another book, too... And an assignment that I have no clue about (as in I don't even know what the assignment is).
So I've gotta go. Sorry for the longness of my post. Happy Summer to all! I hope you have a good year now and always! That didn't make much sense... Oh well... Ja ne, everybody!

   I'm a Liar...
Okay, so I lied. I had to check out the otaku once more before I left because Shroudcaster called and told me he uploaded some new art. I also wanted to see what kinda comments you put on my art. I'm a little hurt and disappointed, but I guess I can't expect you all to comment on all my art. You guys probably have even bigger friends lists than I do... To all of you whose sites I don't often check out, I'm terribly sorry. I just don't like spending forever-time on the internet. Anyway, I have to finish packing for Disneyland.

BTW, it may be awesome to have Kratos back as a character in Tales (he IS the coolest), but I'm not sure it's worth the life that is lost by regaining him as a playable character. I mean, even if he's not your highest relationship character, he still does the same things for you in the end. And I'm sad at losing my poor, handsome, incredibly funny-if-maybe-a-bit-of-a-jerk...
Oops. I'm not gonna say no more. Some of you may not have beat the game and some of you may not have beat the game that way! I'll shut up. I already said too much, anyway.

   Back in a Week
So if you've been paying any kind of attention, you know I'm leaving for Disneyland tomorrow night. Today will be my last day on the otaku until I get back because I have to pack tomorrow. I have, however, added some new fan art for you to enjoy and comment on while I'm away. I'd better see some comments on them when I get back or I'll... just kidding. I wouldn't really go berserk on anyone.

Anyhoo... now Rice Flinga and I are Pokemon rivals! Our challenge is to see how can capture Celebi first. No, you may not join in on our contest. We only started it because we are in about the same place in the game.

I'll have - hopefully - some new Tales art to put up when I get back! I have a really funny one of Lloyd and someone... but you might not get it and if you've played the game and took it very seriously might be slightly offended, but probably not much. It's just a little demeaning to the people whose lives were taken because of exspheres. But it's still funny, and if you've beaten the game you'll definitely get the joke! It's more about what the characters are SAYING than the actual picture... But enough TALKING about my picture. I'll SHOW you when it's done.

For now, I'm gonna go check some people's sites and add one more fan art. Er... original art, but technically fan art. See you in a little over a week! Ja ne!

Zoro's cool... I hate how they changed his name to Zolo in the so-called "anime"
Quiz Result Provided By: theOtaku.com.

What Straw Hat Pirate Are You?

Hosted by theOtaku.com: Anime. Done right.

So I guess I'm Zoro, huh? Yeah, he's awesome! I think I'd probably be like Luffy, though. Zoro and Sanji are my favorites! I love the One Piece manga, but hate the One Piece anime (the voices? They suck - except "Zolo's"). Why does kids' TV ruin all anime eventually? Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon used to be good. Until Pokemon got past the Indigo Plateau and Yu-Gi-Oh! got off-course from the manga!
Oh how I long just for Cartoon Network! Just that single cable channel would make me happy! And some money so I could buy my own anime and manga instead of always borrowing from my parents... Ah, I'm ranting. Sorry. My brother's up, but I'm not giving away his name for his protection.

There was this real freaky kid outside our house about half an hour ago. He came into our yard and it looked like he was gonna take a lighter to some dandelions. That would've been scary. It could've set our whole house on fire! I'm scared. I hope he doesn't come back...

   I'm on a Pokemon Rampage!
Okay, that first sentence sums a lot of yesterday up. I'm also on a drawing rampage and really inspired to do a lot of artwork - both fan stuff and original. Anyway, not very long today. I'm gonna help my brother get an account here in a sec, so I'll see ya later, everyone! Ja ne!

*Music Playing* She said to me that she's so happy it's depressing, and all I said was someone get that girl a mood ring...
I don't know if I'm happy or sad right now. The reason for both? Well, first of all I'm happy that Shroudcaster's got an account and that his and Fantasyfreak's work is so good. I'm depressed, though, because I'm beginning to learn that I'm not really as good at writing or drawing (or anything for that manner) as I thought. And I've been practicing, but it's not getting any better. My perspective and anatomy are still way off and way crappy. I also finished a FLASH animation class, but I wasn't much good at that, either...
In more recent news, I'm leaving for Disneyland this coming Friday! Five days of fun in the happiest place on earth - and unbearable heat in LA! I know some of you will be saying "It's way hotter where I live," but different people grow up in different places and are used to different temperatures. I'm already overheated in Oregon, and that's not really very hot. I also have a summer cold (if that's possible. I call them summer hots). Stuffy nose, watery eyes, and not due to allergies 'cause I don't have any. My mom gave me allergy medicine just in case and it didn't work.
Just a little more, kay? I for some odd reason suddenly became re-obsessed with Pokemon Leaf Green and got really far in the past day-and-a-half. Sadly, I can't get any of those cool Pokemon you need freakin' tickets to get and I will NOT resort to using cheats because I'm not a cheater and every cheat I've ever used has screwed up my game. It isn't fair to make people go to expensive and far-away events just so they can get Pokemon. Some of us can't afford it or don't have any means of going to a stupid event. Can't Nintendo make a way for the poor little people to catch all the Pokemon? All the new Pokemon games are about "special promos you can only get from freakin' POKEMON EVENTS!!!" I want a Deoxys and Ho-oh and Lugia in Leaf Green, too. Is Nintendo saying "You're not rich enough for these cool Pokemon because you can't afford to come to our special promotional events." What happened to Nintendo? They used to be about games for everyone, not special promos for the rich people and those with good connections.
Now that I'm all depressed, I'm gonna go play some Pokemon Leaf Green...
