   Whispers In the Dark...

Mood: Bored...
Music: Skillet "Rebirthing"

Well, I'm bored. I got around to visiting today!! Yay me!! I've also been reading fanfiction as of late. I can thank my friend Sarah for that lovely addiction...It's mainly been DeidaraXSasori fanfiction....I told her we should check into a fanfiction rehab or something....Oh, and it's the cutest thing!! Daku keeps calling me his Sasori, and I keep calling him my Deidara...

So, finals...Blech!! Stupid, stressful, dreadful, awful things!! I hate big tests....Luckily I only have one I really need to worry about...Unfortunately it's College Algebra....Gah this is worse than semester tests back in high school!!

I really have nothing else to say. Nothing at all. Oh, wait!! It's supposed to snow tomorrow. Daku says it's supposed to be 68 F at least, but it's really cold right now, and it's misting. So I think there'll be snow. And I hope there is. Because I'm going to peg all my friends with snow balls!! XD I'll prolly build a snow man, too, and then run through it. Oh, but I'll freeze my bum off. I don't have any warm clothes for my bottom half.....

Well, I'm gonna go now. Stay classy, otakuites!!

   The Carpal Tunnel of Love...

Mood: Happy
Music: The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus "Your Guardian Angel"

Daku and I walked the entire Spadra Nature Trail today. It's 3.5 miles, roughly. It was so beautiful, though!! I got some great shots. On my phone...But I emailed them to myself. I enjoyed it. We got some much-needed "alone time" without kicking either of our roommates out. We also scared this one guy who rode by on a bike. He was riding over the bridge, and we were standing under it, and I said, "Hi, Sean!" He looked all around him, but never thought the voice would come from below...Gah, but the trail is so beautiful once you leave the paved part!! I got a couple of emo shots: one of me, and one of Daku. It took us almost 3 hours.

Oh, I failed a math test today. Dr. M. hasn't graded them, but I know I failed it. I did 5 and 1/2 questions out of 7...I believe I failed it...Because I don't think I got most of the ones I did complete correct...

Well, I'm off to play DDR. Gomenasai for not visiting, yet again....Stay classy, otakuites!!

   Stealing Society...

Mood: Stressed
Music: Disturbed "10 Thousand Fists In the Air"

So, "The Mist" was a huge disappointment...I don't mean to ruin it, and if you still plan to see it, please skip this paragraph. Okay, the main character had taken his son, an old couple, and a lady who would have eventually been his son's third grade teacher and escaped the store they had been trapped in. They tried to escape the mist but the gas ran out before they escaped. On the way, the man had passed his house, and his wife had been caught by a spider-like creature and her body was preserved in webbing. Well, when the gas ran out, the man picked up the pistol he had been carrying and counted the bullets in it. There were four left, and five people. To save the others from being eaten alive by the army-experiments-gone-awry, which came in the mist, he shot his son, the lady, and the old couple. Then he gets out of the vehicle and starts screaming for the creatures to come and get him. He thinks he hears one coming, then the mist begins to clear and it's an army tank. The army had finally figured out how to stop their monstrosities. So the guy just starts screaming unintelligably and falls to his knees, then it goes to the credits...Daku and I were like, "WTF?! This ending sucks!" I wanted to fire Stephen King....The only good thing about the movie was the soundtrack. It was hauntingly beautiful.

Okay, on to other news. This is the last week of classes for the semester! Next week is finals, and the way it's looking, I only have one final per day. I actually only have two exams, but the other two classes are meeting as well. Daku is going to help me study for my College Algebra final because he's really good at math and science. I lucked out!! He's smart, cute, funny, and TOTALLY nice!! Um, anyways, my Comp exam is just going to be an editing exam, which is basically where we get to correct a bunch of mistakes in a paragraph or two. For Basic Design, we're making fake food. I'm making a cup of ramen. As for CI, we're just going to meet at Dr. G's house and have a party or something.

I'll put up some new artwork eventually, if I can ever get it saved onto my computer. I keep neglecting it...Gomenasai!!

Tonight, after supper, Daku and I are walking down to Main St. so I can take pictures of the Christmas lights. There's this bridge on Main St. and they have Christmas lights COVERING the bridge, like a tunnel!! It's so flippin sweet!! Oh, but it's going to be so cold...

Well, I'm off to work on my final Comp paper of the semester!! It's due tomorrow, and I only have an introduction paragraph....Stay classy, otakuites!! Oh, and please don't be offended if I don't visit for a while. This week is going to be a bit hectic....

   Espionage...

Mood: Sleepy
Music: System of a Down "Snow Blind"

Well, I have come to the realization that I never have much time for this site. But never fear, my friends! I will not shut it down. I am sorry for not being able to visit today. I'm a bit on the busy side...Gomenasai.

It seems that finals are approaching. I have two actual final exams. Comp 1 is just an editing exam, though. It'll be easy. College Algebra is the one I am most worried about. I MUST make a good grade on that test!! 'Tis imperative for my survival of the Christmas holiday. As for Basic Design, the teacher doesn't give an exam. She assigns a final project. So we get to make fake food!! I'm gonna make a giant cup or bowl of ramen. It shall be made of shredded paper, spray paint, and I don't know what else. I need to find an 18 inch bowl or cup....As for CI, there is no exam. We're just gonna meet at the teacher's house and hang out.

So, I mentioned I was busy today. Well, Daku and I are going to Ft. S. today. We're leaving at 10:30...But I got up at 8:20 so Mantha and I could make a quick run to WalMart...Anyways, me and Daku are going for Christmas shopping, then we're gonna see "The Mist." So it's pretty much a date. Yep....

We stayed up 'til 2:30 this morning. Daku came over at 9:30 last night and we watched "Lady In the Water" and "Labyrinth." He hadn't really seen either of them. He left before 2 though. Guys can't be in our rooms past 2am on Friday and Saturday nights....It's midnight any other night....

Well, I hope all of you have wonderful weekends and weeks!! Stay classy, Otakuites!!

Superman Can't Walk...

Mood: A bit exhausted, but still happy.
Music: 3 Doors Down "Kryptonite"

So I've been away for a while. I went on Thanksgiving Break. The college pretty much kicked us out. They just put it into nice words such as, "If you aren't out by 5 pm on the 20th, we'll fine you $50." So me and Mantha loaded my car and left by 4:30.

Oh, my break was ever-so boring. Most of my friends were out of town. I did get some adorable pictures of my baby cousin Reid on Thanksgiving day. He's the cutest little thing EVER!!! He's a fat baby. And he's learning to talk!! It's so adorable.

Saturday I went shopping with my mom, my aunt, and my cousin (Reid's mom). We went to this huge mall. Mom bought me a pants suit that's black with teal pinstriping, a teal shirt to go under the jacket, and two pairs of high heels. All I need is a matching fedora and I'll be an Italian mafia member!!

Well, I'm off to work on a paper for Comp. Stay classy Otakuites!

   Somebody Told Me...

Mood: So flippin happy!!
Music: The Killers "Mr. Brightside"

Well, again I have neglected MyO...Damn you, Facebook. Damn you. Gomenasai, my friends.

So, the best news ever!! I am no longer single. Daku-kun asked me to be his girlfriend tonight!! See, I went with him to his house so he could drop some things off from the con this weekend. His parents were there, as well as his aunt and uncle. We decided to eat dinner with them because we wouldn't make it back in time for dinner in the caf, and his dad had grilled. So, on the way home, we kept poking each other, and we were almost back to the college and he starts laughing. I said, "What's so funny? Would you mind sharing with the class?" He said, "Nothing. It's nothing. You'd probably hate me and never talk to me again." I forced him to tell me. He asked, "Well, would you be my girlfriend?" I told him, "Sure!" Then I asked him how the poking had made him think of that and why it was funny. He said he remembered when Mantha had told us about a week ago to just stop flirting and go out. He also told me he'd been thinking of it before she had suggested it. I know, not the most romantic way to ask a girl, but I'm still happy!!

Not much else has gone on. I'll try to make it to everyone's sites, but I'm not promising anything. Once again, gomenasai, my friends!!

   Vicinity of Obscenity...

Mood: Still a bit exhausted...
Music: Korn "Evolution"

Well, yeah, I haven't been on here in a bit. Gomenasai. I also haven't been commenting. Please do not hate me! I am a busy little college student....

Anyways, last night Mantha and I kidnapped Daku-kun and went to Ft. S to the mall. I got a cell phone charm, hair chopsticks, and a neato shirt that's grunge rock style. I'm wearing it right now, and it's comfy....I also got to meet Daku-kun's mom and little sister. His mom paid for Mantha and me's dinner. His little sis was so cute!! She wanted to sit by me, but I told her she could sit across from me and it would be the same.

Hmm...Oh! My math class was cancelled this morning. My teacher was in Houston. I had a pretty easy day. My wire sculpture for art ended up being a saki set.

Tonight I got to eat dinner at my CI teacher's house. It was lasagna night. It was soooo good!! Then Pete came by my room and drug me to the coffee house. I didn't want to ride alone with Pete, so I kidnapped Daku-kun again. We got annoyed with Pete and left Joco Java. Pete followed us out. We told him we were walking back, so he got in his car and left. We walked the nature trail back to the college. It was nice.

Now I'm working on a paper for Comp 1. It's due for peer review tomorrow...I'm procrastinating, even at the last moment!! I'll leave you now....Stay classy, otakuites!!

   Sonne....

Mood: Exhausted...
Music: Dir En Grey "S (Tweaker Remix)"

Well, my weekend completely sucked. I went home Friday afternoon. I had the house to myself until around 2 am. My little brother had a football game all the way across the state, and that's where my parents were. It was a playoff game, and our team lost. I didn't expect them to win, in light of what had just happened. Anyways, I got to watch Bleach, which made me a little happy.

Saturday I went to J-town with my mom, aunt, and brother's girlfriend. We went to Little Bit of Christmas and I got a new purse, 10 wooden roses, and some mix for Ranch Chipotle dip. 9 of the wooden roses are a purple color, and 1 was blue. We ate lunch at Chili's. Then we went to the mall for a couple of hours, where I finally got a new hoodie. My old one was dingy and not very good to wear anymore....Mom despised it....Then we went to Sam's Club for about an hour or so. Me and Cameron (bro's gf) were so tired of walking!! Then my mom dropped me off at the Pizza Hut back in our town. A group of my friends were there. It was Brandy, Chloe, Bethaney, Jonathan, John Lloyd, Robin, Mark, and Cody. I ran around with them. We went to WalMart, where Robin felt he had to punt packages of underwear and socks, as well as knock diapers off the shelf. We stayed in WalMart for somewhere near an hour. Then we went to the crash site. It was dark and we couldn't really see that well. I could see the damage of the trees. It was horrible. The Agri teacher had made a 6' cross with "Cookie" on one arm, "Birch" on the other, and on the top "11-8-07". We sat under the cross (careful not to sit in the glass) and talked and cried for maybe 2 hours. Cody didn't want to leave the site. Cookie had always been there for him, and he wanted to be there for Cookie. We finally did leave and went to Brandy's house so she could get some clothes. She spent the night with me. We got to my house around 1:30 am, and we layed awake talking until God knows when.

Sunday I went to church. Kytten came. After church we went to a Chinese restaraunt with Geoff (our youth pastor), Desiree (Geoff's wife), my brother, Cameron, and Caleb and Hannah (the main pastor's kids). Kytten let me take her Inu Yasha key chain. After eating, Kytten and I went back to my house so that I could change and load my car. Then we went to WalMart so she could get srapbook things and I could fill up on gas. Then we went to the crash site and met my parents, my brother, and Cameron. In the daylight I could see all the damage. There were pieces of the truck, pieces of glass, pieces of cds, and other miscellaneous things scattered around the foot of the cross. There were also bouqets of flowers. I stuck the blue wooden rose in the ground at the foot of the cross and took a couple of pictures on my phone. Then I headed back to college. Mantha and I went to supper and met up with Daku-kun. Then around 9:30, Daku-kun called me to tell me they were starting a network-wide game of Halo 3 over in King Hall. So me and Mantha went over there for a while.

I didn't get my wire project done, nor did I do the take-home portion of my math test. I didn't get much sleep, either. I'm so exhausted. I talked to my math teacher before he started the main test, and he's gonna let me take it tomorrow. I'm very thankful for that. There's no way I could've taken it today and did well enough on it....

Well, that's all I have. Stay classy, otakuites. I love you.

   Death of Seasons...

Mood: depressed
Music: Gackt "Lust For Blood"

I received a call at 3 this morning from my friend Brandy. She told me that two of my former classmates, Micheal Cook and Clay Birch, had just been killed in a car wreck. They were on their way home from a party in J-town. The funeral is Monday, and I won't be able to go because I'll have to be back up here for college. But maybe while I'm down over the weekend I will get to go to the visitation.

I just don't understand how things like this can happen. You don't go to bed at night expecting one of your former classmates to die so suddenly. I didn't know Clay very well. I knew Micheal a little better. He would usually say hi to me. He was one of those people who could always make me laugh. It's just so hard to believe that they're gone. It's like a bad dream.

The next minute is not guaranteed to us. I may not get another chance to say this, so I'll say it now: I love all of you guys. You're my friends, even if I don't know you face-to-face. And please, don't take your life for granted.
