Owww...
The gum behind my teeth on one side started feeling really sore today at lunch, and by the end of the day, it was very swollen and difficult to bite down properly. >_<" The worst thing this could probably be is my wisdom teeth growing in (and only 16, too!), which means that I'll be going through even more pain the next couple weeks, and this would only be one of four. I just wanted to say that, lol, since I'm online and have some tissues to bite down on, bleh.

Only a month and ten days until my trip to Oklahoma! And who would live there but...Mei!! ^.^;; I'm really hoping we'll be able to meet up and take lots of pictures for you all to see on OB. Oh yeah, that also reminds me to ask Shy to mail me the Official OtakuBoards Signing Board, lol, so I can get Mei and possibly Sere to sign it before sending it back to him. The question is...how do we meet up without our parents knowing? <_<" *ninja mode*

I finished one of my animes that I got for my birthday -- Berserk, by watching a disk and a half the other night and staying up till about 3 in the morning. It is a great series, and I reccommend it to anyone with a taste for a serious, violent anime set in the era of castles and independent war clans.

Well, that's it for now. lataz ^.^;

16 years and counting
I don't know how to say this without it sounding kinda corny, but uhh...it's my birthday today...yeah. o.o' I was able to open that anime I've been telling you all about (Berserk, Hellsing, and the Kenshin OVAs) and they've been pretty good so far, and I got Soul Calibur 2, the movie Snatch, the 3rd season of Family Guy, and about $100 dollars from my grandparents. O_O; Yes, I still get lots of presents, but who am I to complain?

As many of you should know, hurricane Isabel has been ripping up the east coast, and my area got hit with some tough winds and rain. They cancelled school Thursday and Friday (no school on my birthday! Zing!) and it was pretty rough, though luckily my house didn't get hit that hard. When we woke up, we just had a cut in our screen on the gazebo, and a branch had fallen in our front yard, but that's about it. Other parts got hit really hard in our county, and that was mostly what the news was reporting of course, so don't be completely alarmed. Here they were telling us to write our names on our arms so that our bodies could be identified. O_o

A few things about my new anime. First of all, the first of two disks in my Kenshin OVAs does not play on my computer, and from what I can tell so far, it takes place after the series and simply have a few episodes. With some luck, they'll have included the movie of when Kenshin gets his scars, I hope, since this is the Ultimate OVA collection, and it says it includes Movie, Trust, Betrayal, Trust and Betrayal Director's cut, and Seisou Hen. When I finally saw it, I found an erie discovery: all of the English voice actors...are DIFFERENT! *scream* So I've been having to watch it in Japanese. *mutters to self* Berserk is an awsome series so far, and I'm really enjoying it with its action and how it's fairly easy to understand. Hellsing, however, while they went all out on this DVD with so many special features and everything, the series hasn't really delivered yet. It's confusing as heck, and some things I don't even like, but I'm sure it'll get better after the first 5 episodes I've seen so far.

I got my anime in..
Wealp. I got my anime in that I ordered on Monday, that is, Berserk series, Hellsing, series, and the Rurouni Kenshin OVAs. It took less that a week to get here, which is great, and it's also good that they remembered to add the Kenshin OVAs when I had to send them the money manually since it wasn't in the listings. I just have to wait until Friday...then victory is mine!

Syk3 was a spammer?
It's true. -.-; If you actually go back and look in the DBZ forum of OB when the forum was first created, my posts didn't make any sense at all. My friend was kind enough to remind me of this. Thanks, buddy!

Life is going good, though I found out that James wanted me to try moederating harder in one of my sections. Luckily, by the time I got the message, I had cleared that forum of spam. You know, I havn't banned anyone in a while, and I'd thirsty for bloooood. Watch yo' back.

I havn't talked to Mei in a few days, so that stinks. I'd really like to talk to her a lot more than I have been, as lately it seems our convos have been numbered. Mei, if you're reading, I got your myOtaku profile deleted, so you can make a new one now. ^_^

Well, that's it for now. Until next time, Samurai Cowboy..

MORE ANIME?! INSANITY, MAN!
It's true, I'm afraid. In order for it to come in by my birthday the Friday after next (no pun intended), I recently ordered Berserk Perfect TV, Hellsing Perfect TV, and Rurouni Kenshin OVA Ultimate Collection. ~_~;; All of this anime should last me a couple years, I'd say. Ha, take that people who say I own poser anime and won't use my DVDs in anime club. There's a reason I'm Vice President!

*insert topic here*
As you can see, there's no way in hell I'll get to update this often, heh. Geeze, even my real blog is more outdated than this one, but I'm too lazy to make new posts. So lazy, so lazy...

I've started school, and it's alright. My classes seem rather normal except for College Prep which is the stupidest bull shit class I've ever seen in my life. The teacher isn't that good, either. My favorite teacher is Mr. Pecchio who teaches English, since he's...well, I guess he's just laid back and funny. Yeah, there's one in every year.

Tommorrow marks the day of our first anime club meeting, though we don't have a steady teacher even now. First the teacher we have last year gets another job in addition to teaching, then no one will sponser anime, and now we may have one teacher who'll be borrowing someone else's room. I liked it the way it was Freshman year, where we had a real club with a real teacher who would almost always be there. Come on, people, all a sponsor does is let us use their room and make sure we don't do anything stupid.

I'm trying to think of what anime to bring. I have a lot of anime, but it's mainly something that you would find enjoyable by watching the entire series, and for a class that allows us to watch like maybe 5 episodes, that won't work. I really wish I could show them the middle of Kenshin, heh. Speaking of Kenshin, I'm about half way through now, though I know there is a lot more good episodes to come, yay!

What else...well, I'll finally get to meet the woman I love in November. ^_^;; I don't think I even need to tell you who that is.

Favorite animes:

Cowboy Bebop > Rurouni Kenshin > Trigun > Neon Genesis Evangelion > Outlaw Star

That's the order right now. I'm sure a lot of people want to kill me for whatever reason now. o_O

Anime...completeled.
Finally, yesterday I recieved both my friends' anime, as well as my own in seperate packages, which is kind of ironic considering I ordered my friends' a week before I did mine. I called my friend up and spent most of the day on the phone, setting up the whole situation. It had to be done that night, since I was going to the beach on Thursday (today) and wouldn't be back until school started up, and we had to get it done in time to get back at 5 so my friend could cook dinner, all the while rushing my mom home from Six Flags as fast as possible. It all worked out in the end, and I was on my way to spend the whole night watching anime. ^_^

I've seriously never seen so much anime together in a residential place, lol. We actually took a picture of it first thing before we even allowed ourselves to open it from the packaging. My Kenshin series was huge, and came in two folded DVD box sets with six DVDs in each of them. It was the single greatest event in my miserable life. =p

So, my friends invited another friend over, and in addition to watching a little bit of every anime, we played video games (mostly fighting, such as Tekken 3), watched TV, made the craziest pizza I've ever made, and just hung out. I was sure to watch a little bit of everything that I had never seen, as well as re-watch a few episodes of Rurouni Kenshin. I also found a very interesting anime that I'd now like to purchase -- Berserk -- about this guy with a large sword (not katana) that isn't afraid to slay anyone.

We eventually tired ourselves out and went to bed at 5:00 am, and then was awaken by my annoying brother when he got dropped off there by his friend's dad (who's house he stayed at last night) 3 hours later. So yeah, I had very little sleep last night, so I'd better go catch up on my Z's.

How ya like dat?

Kenshin!
FINALLY. After waiting for over a week (I ordered my friends' anime last Tuesday, to be exact) Kenshin finally became, er, not backordered, and I was just now able to order it a couple hours ago. My friends' anime has yet to be shipped, so I'm thinking maybe they'll catch it in time and ship it with Rurouni Kenshin. I'll have to get my summer reading out of the way in the meantime, though. <<;

Mei is doing pretty good, if you're wondering. She still hasn't gotten her myOtaku site up, and I would probably be the first to know anyway, tehee! We're actually on our honeymoon right now...*huggles Mei-koi tightly*

Yeap, so, I just have to get this damned summer reading and math homework out of the way really quickly. I'm nearly done with the first book, and then I have to do a timeline of at least 12 events (10 of which I have down already), then all I need to do with the second book is just read it, though we have an essay test on it the first or second week of school. My friend across the street is already done with the math, too, so he can help if I get stuck. I think I'm set. ^_^

lataz,
