Would you like your tea party in Chinese or Englosh?

For one thing, there was no tea at the so-called tea party I was at. It made me feel indignant. Not so much the fact that I wanted to drink tea, it's the fact that I expected to have tea available.

The movie, wasn't much of a movie and as the presentation started there was an option to have either "Chinese subtitles" or "Englosh subtitles". I hoped they picked "Englosh" since I figured I might half way understand the words despite the high possibility that all of the i's could be replaced with o's.

They picked Englosh however my assumption taht I would half way understand it was wrong.

And since I'm still very confused bout the tea party I attended which lacked tea and had an Englosh movie I'll just show you guys some pictures.

Okay, so I can't remember which picture is which but one of them has a models from the game Star Craft. A Terran Marine and his buddy Zerg Hydralisk. The SD gundam isn't a part of the group but hey, I couldn't find the rest of the gang.

The other photo should have a bluetack dragon I made one day. Yes I was a very bored person with a lot of time on my hands. Also the toothbrush there is just to give you an idea how big it is.

   SCREEEEEEE!!!!!!..... BRRUM BRUM BRUM BRUM...

eh hehehe.. that's the sound my car makes when it starts. Kinda nasty :P

I went on my first solo drive today, and it was.. good. Very good, extremely good. Good.

Anyhow, I managed to squeeze onto my computer some of the random photos I took when I last played around with a digital camera. Yes that there are all my pokemon soft toys: Meowth, Cyndaquil, Psyduck, Pichu and Pikachu.

Yes Pichu is in a plastic bag -_-

They appear to be sitting on a racoon, Blue (from Blue's Clues), a sausage dog, and a crocodile/alligator thing.

*sighs*

And yes. I am 17 yrs old

Toodles, I'll show you more randomness when I can get them uploaded ^__^ Enjoy your weekend!!

   need... something.. less.. painful..

Between my badminton trials yesterday (where I viciously defended my relativly high position on the ladder) and the trip to an island reserve (trekking for a few hours looking for birds no bigger than your palm).. I've come to realize there are a number of muscles that I didn't even know exist, nor remember ever using..

I'd sigh, but every muscle from the chest down aches, thus making sighing.. an uncomfortable process.

Good grief, tomorrow after school I have the 2nd half of my badminton trials.. ~_~

My feet hurt, toes, calves, thighs, bum and rib cage hurt. If I play horribly tomorrow my shoulder, forearm and upper arm will hurt too.

I need a slow day.
Image hosted by Photobucket.com
I'd hate to strain my muscles as a snail. I only have one muscle to strain :P Then again, they're never in a hurry to go anywhere.

What sport do you play? Are you in a noteworthy position, or just "part of the team"?

I don't know exactly where I am in my badminton team, and it won't be finalised til tomorrow. But it looks like I might be the 6th player on the top team or the 1st in the 2nd team.

Which seems all very confusing and quite vague.

   dude.. wth??

I actually:

PASSED!!

My practical driving test this morning at 8:42am. Well at least it was that time when I last saw the clock.

I haven't a whole lot to say, neither do I have the photos I want in my possession therefore I can't post a fascinating photo of my daily life.

Actually, I probably can post a picture.

Actually, I can't :(

Sorry I forgot that I uninstalled paint on my computer to make it go faster. Ah, I'm so silly sometimes.

Oh yes, absolutely last note that I just have to do in order to make my esteemed friend TheMouse a very happy person.

He took a grand total of 4 hours to put in one contact lens.

badump-psh

Thank you ladles and jellyspoons I shall be here again for the next show with more fascinating news. Even if I have to make it up. ^_~

   ah.. poetry in motion

Such beautiful cars, from TVR's to Porsche's. The funny part is the guy was doing a.. whaddya call it.. the thing you do when you drive on two wheels and then the guy accidently parks it ontop of another car. The best part is the ending.. he destroys a crap car. This time a large truck drove into it and it blew up.

I never normally care too much for cars, but watching these ones go purring around at phenomenol speeds makes me feel all jelly-like :P

What beautifully fast cars.

You know what else I love watching?

That English tv show, "Strictly Dancing". It is completely wicked, and someday soon I would really like to dance.. just a fraction of the talent would suffice.

hmmm...

All I need now really is a partner...

What do you guys like watching?

I'm a professional cynic but my hearts not in it

Blur-Country House

Anyway, if anyone noticed I recently picked up yahoo messenger because.. well, I figured I might as well if I'm using the larger email space :P My username is in the intro.

*watching the news*

0_0

Dude, what a psychotic lunatic. I mean that in a euphemistically sarcastic way too. The guy took a katana and chopped of a woman's hand and killed two in the process. If the katana didn't break while he was scalping one of them he intended on cutting off their heads and dicing up the rest of them... then he threatened to kill a convicted triple homocidal man who obviously didn't take to it too nicely.

*continues watching*

What on earth is the Prince of Wales doing visiting New Zealand?
Apparently we have a beer ad that says:
"Camilla for Queen-Yea Right"
lol, I see a lot of those around, not specifically the queen gag but the sarcastic tone of it. 'Concidentally' they took the sign down 3 days before ol' Prince Charles would be driven past it.

*stops watching the news*

Ah, there's hardly ever any interesting news on anyhow.

It's really quite funny though, at school we have a common room which we've only just gotten back this year, fortunately for me and the rest of the yr 13 ^__^ The funny bit is that there are two fridges in it one brand new one, one rather antiquated looking one (I opened it but found it wasn't cold :P). The most amazing part is we have a brand new dishwasher.

Yes, yet somehow we have no cutlery/dishes to put it to use.

*sees the news again*

Good grief, that Richard Brandston guy. I've seen the ads for his reality tv show and there's only one phrase for it.

Damn he must be bored.

*glares at tv*

Mew is about to make some incredibly racist comments *cough*.. skip to squiggly lines

Darnit!! Not more of that Maoriness -_-" I must say, I really am quite racist against Maori/pacific islanders. More towards Maori though. One of the things that bother me the most is how they use their ethinicity as an excuse to failure and as a right to getting more than everyone else!!

ARgh!! Would you believe? Just based on their ethnicity, the Maori have more scholarships they are eligible for. Not to mention, because of some ridiculously poorly written treaty that was done some 150 years ago they think they have the right to owning half the country. The main problem was that the English translation of the treaty gave the British a better deal, yet in the Maori version it was translated incorrectly as well giving them the impression that they had the better deal. Personally.. it should be goddamn void.

I'm sick of hearing about some silly treaty dispute every week. Anything from shooting an excess of endagered birds because 'they have a right to eat them' to, 'omg!! We are fat and unhealthy!! Give us more money for health support!!'

There's so much freaking mantra about NZ being a multi-cultural society, but everytime they give into or compromise for their goddamn demands it only encourages segregation!!! The most recent example of this was automatically saving a seat in parliament specifically for a Maori person. WTFH! This is a freaking democracy!! If our female Prime minister can get herself elected into her position, then the Maori can just goddamn well work their ass off to get in there. Thankfully they didn't give tthe whiney Maori's that pleasure.

*sucks in a deep breath*

I suppose if you don't live in New Zealand it really doesn't mean a whole lot to you.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Squiggly lines..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Squiggly lines..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Heeey, you made it to the squiggly lines :P
See.. television rots your brain. Especially the news, I believe we all all be restricted to watching only comedies eg. Scrubs, Ren and Stimpy, Beavis and Butthead, The Ripping Friends, Malcolm in the Middle, any other comedy and of course.. our beloved anime. Because if I didn't say that I'm sure there are people on this Anime website who wouldn't like me so much more anymore.
So, Ta ta, and hopefully everyone will be outta the funk soon!
'The funk was mentioned in the last post if you don't know what it is.
I'm in a funk. So are a few of my friends. Unfortunately it's not a good funk as in 'play that funky music white boy' funk. It's a funk where I have a complete mental block and just go through the motions of the day without much care. I don't do my homework, I don't join in with my group of friends and I'm admittedly falling asleep in class. Actually the homework I do do is of pure s*** quality and my English teacher actually said that in a euphemistic fashion.
Teacher: *hands back paper* HH! Your work is absolutely terrible.
Me: *mouths an 'oh'*
Teacher: *hands paper to girl next to me* Jing! Your work is brilliant! HH! Look at her answers!
Me: *does face like the one next to the title of this post*
I so deserved that. However she can't kick me out of her creme-de la-creme class anyhow. She said to me upon my return to the Cambridge class that there's no way she was letting me leave the class and I'd be stuck there for the rest of the year. Lol, I guess no matter how crappily I do she can't go back on her word then :P
Lastnight, I got annoyed because I got half way through converting some wma files to mp3 but for some reason the stupid programmed crapped out on me and just quits everytime I try to do the conversion.
*makes face like the smiley next to post title, again*
I really need to get myself into focus again somehow. Damnit, life can get so damn apathetically suckful.
Just a quick question to spice up a pictureless post
What song would remind you of this year?
Biatch
So, I was thinking of signing up for an exchange student to go to the U.S next year. That's all, just thought I'd mention it since I've been itching to get out of NZ for awhile.
I also locked my brother off my computer by setting a password logon. AH HA!! Take that!!
I also decided that I don't like the poem I posted yesterday and perhaps should enter a different one. Yes I plan on boring everyone with my poetry. MUAHAHAHAH! :P
~~~~
Could I, I'd beat it silly,
Push it off the highest building,
Carelessly strand it purposesly
And skip of singing.

Could I, I'd run from it,
Leaving behind a cold sweat,
Losing the sticky net
For being the most cliched I've ever met.

Could I, I'd rather sink my ship,
Rather than bear its looming presence,
Take safety apart bit by bit,
Forgeting in death by ocean currents.

If I, could even choose.
Should I, consider slightly.
I might give all I had to lose,
As it's a less extremity
Since the cynic in me still understands,
Both the nurturing and the destructive,
Love helps the world go round.
~~~~
Ah, Manny Calavera, the finest specimen of a skeleton if I ever met one. His voice is melodious, his job, just a tad odious.
A 3 day event that celebrates fire hazards.
What? I don't have any pictures of the lanterns yet :(
Indeed I spent the last two nights at the Chinese Lantern festival and amazingly enough, again for the 2nd year in a row I did not see anyone 'accidently' set their paper lanterns on fire. Seriously, as a kid I was always confounded by how I managed to burn mine to a crisp despite how carelessly careful I was!
But this isn't the true motive to my posting. I need criticism *people randomly criticize Mew's behavious and what not* No no, not like that!! >:( I meant of a poem I was thinking of entering at the school's poetry slam.
It's still in a rough stage, so I haven't fully worked out the punctuation or finalised any of the lines and without further ado here it is:
~~~~~~
A terrible voice knocked me down
my vision flying asunder.
Next to me lay a wreckage,
a crazy dance began;
my head launching to break his foot.
Or, was it the other way round?
Sentences frayed before they started
as another pain made me frown
I had a really bad gut feeling.
The blood dripped with tears I didn't own,
A bitter silence came sweetly next.
Life didn't seem quite right,
Staring regretfully at the broken toy.
~~~~~~
Go ahead, critique it. I do not fear it :P
