   Riku from Gothic Lolita

I'm thinking of putting up some of my original art. I've been too scared to put it up. Will you promise to be nice? I mean don't be overly nice about it but don't be cruel? heh. i'm paranoid. but the reason i decided this because today in school someone told me that everyone hated me because i didn't draw original art, only copy. but i *do* draw original art, i'm just too shy to put it up. so i hope that's ok if i start putting it up...

ok now for the real subject...

XD i found out that riku is a guy. that was a little scary. for those of you who don't know what i'm talking about... which is probably most of you... these are pictures of hiim there are comments at the bottom and the alt code (hover mouse over the image and you can see it)

here's a scan from the gothic and lolita bible... i think it's the 5th one or something. it's basically a putumayo add/picture/whatever... see the person on the left? yup. that's riku.

when i found out yesterday night i was like "WHAT THE HECK?!?" and you know what? he's prettier than probably all of the girls at my school. That's sad. i showed it to a teacher and she said "if he's going to have such a girlish/pretty face, he shouldn't get a girlish hair cut" heh. XD and when i first saw him (not knowing that he wasn't a girl) i thought, "wow she's pretty, i want to be as pretty as she is" o.o;;; and then my teacher said that i could probably show pics of him to a guy, and they would be like "wow she's cute" and i could laugh at them for liking a guy... but that's mean so i won't. ^^;;

WHY THE HECK DID EVERYONE CALL ME GOTHIC TODAY?? i seriously had 14 people call me that. and it's not like i was wearing chains or make up or anything. just black jeans with a black turtleneck. so it was cold today! who cares??? just because one day you happen to wear all black it doesn't mean that you are a goth. AM I RIGHT??? (don't worry i won't kill you if i'm wrong)

heh. i even got called a mime. XD

   Strawberries...???

Hi there

i think i got a good grade on my project but i did awful on it XD the assignment was to do something about one of the 3 stories we read. you could do an illustrated story, write a letter, or write an origin myth.

i chose to draw this manga for a story called strawberries. XP the only problem was that we only had a week to do it so it turned out really rushed and messy looking. my friends liked it though ^^;; but it was my first *completed* manga ever so i guess it's kind of special (but not really.)

XD i don't think i'll get it back anytime soon and i forgot most of it so until then i won't know anything.

   Fan Art

Konnichi wa, minna-san! ^^ i submitted 4 pieces of fanart today. I'm not sure if they will go through or not b/c my computer is messed up.

I don't really want to wait 24 hours b/c it takes me so long to upload that if it's not going to work i would rather just try again at the same time than to waste time tomorrow.

If it does work, will you please leave some comments about how to improve them? i know they look really messy and bad, so i'm always looking for suggestions.

On a random note, it's burning hot today...
