My dog, Freddie, died this morning. It wasn’t long after I got home from work and had updated saying she wasn’t doing well that her heavy breathing started slowing down and then stopped all together. I’ve been crying all day because I’ve just lost my best friend of 16 years and I don’t remember my life without her by my side. She was my foot warmer, my bottomless pit for leftovers, my snuggler, my partner in crime, my company on walks, my farewell when I left, my greeter when I returned, my attention lover, my catcher of snowballs, my practice for serving tennis balls, my hogger of pillows and warm blankets, my protector, and the only being in my family that could tell when I was upset and she’d put her head in my lap and look up at me with those big brown eyes of hers. I’m going to miss her more then anything and it’s going to take me a long time to get used to this empty house and empty place in my heart.

I’m glad you guys liked my new drawing. Most seem to like this one better then the first one. I do as well but I think it mainly has to do that it has the Animaniacs in it and well…you all know how much I love the Animaniacs. But if you haven’t seen it, and I know that I tend to get a whole different group of people visiting on the weekdays then on the weekends, then please take a look at it and comment on it since that would be nice:

Well, it’s tough showcasing a drawing that is supposed to be fun and happy when I, myself, am not feeling that way. My dog, Freddie, isn’t doing very well and I just got home from work and she’s doing much worse then when I left. She hasn’t been able to get up in the past 3 days but she’s still acting like herself in that she loves getting pet and getting treats and getting plenty of love but tonight…I dunno, she’s just not herself. She’s breathing heavily and she’s not responding to me when I pet her. Her eyes are just sort of watching me but that’s it. She’s 16 years old which is ancient for a Doberman so I’m very worried seeing her like this. We’ll see how she is tomorrow.

I finished my sequel to the It’s Warner Brother’s Turn drawing! I’m very happy with the way this one came out…I think it’s mostly because it just so happens to have my 3 favorite cartoon characters of all time…none other then the true Warner Brothers…and the Warner Sister…Yakko, Wakko, and Dot from the Animaniacs! I figured, if Kingdom Hearts was going to swap Disney character for Warner Bros, Sora’s summon characters would too and it just wouldn’t be right if the Animaniacs weren’t involved! So anywho, if you could please just click the link and take a look at it and comment on the drawing, I’d be very pleased indeedith:

Oh, and since this is the sequel to my other drawing and if you missed that one, then here’s a link to it too:

Personally, I think Sora turned out better in the second one with the Animaniacs. I worked harder to make him more…Warner Brothers-ish but anime-ish at the same time….ish.^^’’

So, it’s been bloody cold here in NY. With a -25 degree Fahrenheit wind chill factor, they had wind chill warning flashing on the bottom of the TV’s and radio telling people to cover all exposed extremities since frost bite can occur in less then 30 minutes. What sucked the most about the bitter coldness was having to brush off the snow of my car in the morning. 'Twas not fun.>_<

Oh and P.S….I love the responses I got on my last post when I compared President Bush to Akito. Glad you all enjoyed my analogy of it…I don’t know where that came from…just one of my many random thought processes. I liked how most of you said that comparing Akito to Bush was an insult…to Akito! Lol! *hugs* You guys are grand.XD

I had a nice, relaxing day today. I worked on my drawing mostly and I could have easily gotten it done but I was starting to loose patience with it so I figured I would complete it another day. It’s not that I don’t like how it’s coming out but I’m sure most are like me in that when you work on something for so long, one tends to just want to get it done faster so it gets rushed and that’s usually when stupid mistakes are made. Especially since the majority of my time went into…once again…working on Sora’s outfit. It’s such a butt to draw and an even bigger butt to color.

I am not one who typically brings up politics but have you guys heard about Bush’s new plan to send more troops to Iraq and congress has voiced their opinion which is...NO! But Bush…well…being Bush isn’t listening to what everyone else is saying and is planning on going ahead with his plan anyway? GAH! Oh…it angers me so much that we have a president who 1)Doesn’t listen to the people and 2)Doesn’t even listen to what his fellow politicians are saying! He’s like a bratty kid…’What I say goes and poo on the rest of you!’
….or…to put it in anime terms…allow me to use Fruits Basket as reference…Bush is like Akito and Yuki is the rest of the world and Akito is all, “Hey, Yuki, you are now my play mate.” And Yuki is all, “No way, you’re crazy and scare the heebie jeebies out of me!” And Akito is all, “Well, tough cookies because I’m the boss applesauce and you’re going to do what I say and you’re going to like it!!!”
And thus ends my anime Bush comparison.^^’’

Quote of the Day comes from the Fruits Basket manga:
Yuki: *pouting* “Machi said I didn't look like a prince.”
Manabe: “She was being pretty astute, don't you think? You're a princess!”
Ha! Aw, poor Yuki…can’t get past his prettiness.XD

Time Warner cable came to our house today!!! To start, I’m on dial-up because for the longest time, no cable company would install the lines up where we live because we live basically, in the middle of the woods on top of a big hill but finally, enough neighbors begged and pleaded and so they finally ran cable lines up our way! The cable line itself, has been up for quite some time but a representative finally knocked on our door to see what service we wanted. So yessssss…in about 2-3 weeks, I’m going to be cruising on Road Runner! I can NOT wait.

I started a new drawing. It’s a sequel to my It’s Warner Brother’s Turn drawing that showcased what Kingdom Hearts may be like if it was with Warner Brother’s characters rather then Disney. This sequel, is showing what one of Sora’s summon characters would be.XD I really like how it’s coming out so far and I’m having a blast with it since I’m drawing characters that I used to draw all the time growing up and it was because of these characters, that I learned how to draw. Some may know who they are and if you don’t….well, you’ll have to wait and see!^_^

I was wondering what some of you people do when you’re working on creative things. I.E. when drawing or writing or anything…do you listen to music? Watch TV? Listen to nothing? With me, I have my TV on and tend to pop in DVD’s of shows/movies I’ve seen so many times that I don’t need to watch the screen, just listen to it. Mystery Science Theater 3000, Seinfeld, Reno911, and the Simpsons are what I listen to most. I was just wondering because my parents think I’m weird because I don’t listen to music when drawing. Feh!

So, I had just gotten to work last night, and the emergency alarms start going off and a electronic voice begins saying, ”Attention. Attention. An emergency has been detected. Please leave the building at once… and then it went on from there. Now, when one hears an alarm like that, what’s your instinct? Well, it should be to get your butt out of the building, right? Well, apparently, if you’re a psycho nugget guest at a casino, your instinct is to not leave the building, rather, to form a line at the cage to cash out your money vouchers because, obviously, money is more important then saving your own life. *smacks forehead* Oh, and for those wondering, they still haven’t figured out why the alarms went off.

I promised to tell you guys my Pictionary story that happened while at a party this weekend. To start, I’m telling you right now, Pictionary is one of the BEST games to play at parties since it’s such a riot to see what people will draw to try and help people guess their cards. Perfect example: Cara was drawing the image for our team and she drew a telephone booth and some birds flying around it, I yelled, ”Alfred Hitchcock!” since I knew, ‘The Birds’ was a film he made that involved such objects. Well, out team got it right…..and then we look over to see what the other team drew and I just about collapsed in laughter…Gavin had drawn a picture of…a hitch…like for a car…and then…he drew a…well…you know…a male appendage…another word for a rooster.XD XD XD Put it together and it pretty much is…”Hitchcock” but no one on that team could identify the hitch. Lol! Oh, good times.

Quote of the Day comes from The Simpsons:
Lisa: “Mom! Dad! Mr.Burns is a vampire and he has Bart!!”
Homer: “Oh Lisa, you and your stories. Bart is a vampire. Beer kills brain cells. Now, let’s all go back to that…building…..thingy….where are beds and T.V……is.”

With my last post, I need to clarify the Ambien sleeping pill. I DO have a Doctor’s prescription for it. Lol! I think some of you are worried I’m turning into a druggy! No, no, no…I say no to drugs…McGruff taught me that. But the Ambien was something prescribed to me because of my lack-of-decent-sleep-due-to-my-craptastic-work-schedule. So I only take an Ambien maybe once or twice a week when I have to open the following morning.
Oh, and I did call the Doc’s office to ask about my hallucination, I didn’t get to talk to my actual doc but I talked to a nurse and she was like, “Yeah, we’ve heard of that happening.” Feh! You know, it would have been nice if the doc told me, “Oh, by the way, after you take this pill, you *may* hear things and inanimate objects may start talking to you.” Psh.

So yesterday afternoon, I got a call from my friend, Howard, once again letting me know that they were throwing a party and I was coming. Keh, they have a habit of making plans and just assuming that I’ll be available…lucky for them I was! *shakes fist* It was my friend, Cara’s birthday and we ate pizza and had campaign and played Pictionary…oh man, I have SUCH a great Pictionary story to tell you guys…but I’ll save it for tomorrow.XD XD
We also watched a couple of movies and we put my pal, Gavin in charge of finding the worst horror movies he could find. Well, he succeeded…we watched this movie called, Back Woods and let’s see if I can give a brief summary: A woman gives birth to a 30 year old ex-baby genius…the mother gets hit by a car by a group of teens…the 30 year old baby goes crazy and turns into a transvestite and reeks havoc and seeks revenge on the teens who killed his mom.
Yep, we really watched a movie like that and it was just so bad. You know how some movies are so bad they’re almost good? No, this movie was just painfully bad that we just sat there going, “”WTF?” I wont be forgetting that movie anytime soon.

Thank you all for over 23,000 hits!!
*hands everyone mochas and Doritos*

And thanks to those who went and commented on my new drawing! Glad people liked it. If you haven’t seen it, then please do, it will make me ever-so cheerful:

And for those who asked, yes, that is my own original character as opposed to being a “fan art.” A few suggested I draw more fairies which is exactly what I’m planning on doing since in my manga I wish to do…someday…there will be a couple of fairies in it. They also happen to be twins and the piece above is probably what the pair will end up looking like so I’m going to practice the whole drawing 2 of identical people thing. I’m thinking of naming them Daisy and Lily…but Estel(the male elf I’ve drawn a few times) refers to them as “Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum.”^_~

So you guys know how I’ve had sleeping problems lately? Well, it’s mainly because my work schedule is so all over the place that my body can’t adjust. Sometimes I open at the casino and sometimes I close so it’s whacky! Anywho, I had to open this morning so in hopes of getting some decent rest, I took another Ambien sleeping pill. I took it around 10:30 pm and I didn’t feel anything but it was almost right after I updated…holy cow, I suddenly went delusional! I mean, really really bad. I was hearing things and I thought I was seeing things zipping around my face and I was talking to no one but I thought I was talking to someone and I have a Loveless poster right in front of my desk, and I thought that Ritsuka was smiling at me…but in the image he isn’t smiling but I was seeing his mouth curving up into a smile. I think I may have to try taking the Ambien later or something…sheesh, that’s something they fail to mention in those cute little commercials for it…well, they do show that butterfly flapping around…maybe they know that seeing random things is part of the side-effects hence why they put it in there.^^’’

Greetings, my fair travelers! I apologize for disappearing once again but majority of people put 2 and 2 together from my last post that I would be working overtime so therefore, I’d be updating less. Last night, I got out of work at about 3am and the temperature was about 4-5 degrees Fahrenheit and I had my long coat on and gloves and scarf and figured it wouldn’t be too bad…heh, about 10 seconds out there I notice that it’s windy too and we’re also getting freezing rain so it feels like getting shot at by a very small gnome with an ice pellet gun. I made it home safe around 3:30 am and considered updating but then I’m like….I’m cold and cranky and that heating blanket sounds miiiighty good right now so….ZZZZZZZZZZ.

Good news is that I finished that fairy drawing I mentioned and have it uploaded and ready for people’s viewings and I was trying some new materials with this one so I hope people will like it and hey, it’s a FAIRY!!! Everyone enjoys Fairies! You can just wave your magic wand over the thumby and it will magically open in a new window:

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Pixie*Dust*Falls*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Quote of the Day comes from Reno911
Junior: “Well, Lieutenant Dangle got promoted, I guess. My momma always used to say that, ‘Some turds sink to the bottom and some turds float to the top, but in the end, they all get flushed.’”
Ah yes, wise words indeed.XD

Hello my precious’ess! I found out today at work that my schedule was changed for next week because another banker decided she wanted time off so now I have to work overtime. Feh! I hate being the only banker that was trained in both banks(there are 2 banks in our casino) because I’m pretty much screwed if someone from either bank needs time off.
And I’m in the middle of working on a new drawing too that I was hoping to finish on my days off but I don’t know if I will. It’s a fairy drawing. Go fairies!

Many of you appeared to enjoy my random story yesterday about road rage and an Oreo. Yes, my friends are notorious for their randomness and it often leads to good stories later. I have another one that is with my friend, Jonesy and if a person looks up the term “random” in a dictionary, a picture of Jonesy should be in there because he’s always doing/saying the most random things. This is something he did while at work:
His supervisor was working at his desk and Jonesy just walks in, goes straight to his supervisor’s desk, reaches into his pocket, pulls a banana out of it and puts it onto his desk. Jonesy’s supervisor just stares at the banana, looks up at Jonesy and asks, “Is that a banana?” And Jonesy replies, "A banana.” and then he just walks off.
Yep, that’s it! Was there a reason for Jonesy to put a banana on his supervisor’s desk? Nope. Was his supervisor dumbfounded beyond all belief because of it? Yep. Does it not make life more interesting to be random and confuse the hell out of other people? YEP!
