OK, just what's going on here? So suddenly I'm a homophobe and a basher? I got news for you people: I didn't make the first move, Telk did. I don't 'bash' anybody or anything. I didn't go to his site and start this, nor did I retaliate by bashing him. I just explained my point and why his offensive messages and accusations were so flimsy, and then suddenly I'm "harassing" him? Excuse me, but if standing up for my beliefs is wrong, then I'm sorry.
Jeesh, people, it may take 2 to fight, but it also only takes 2 to have someone offended by another. Telk offended me with sub-rational accusations of deception and close-minded bashing of my religion (all of which done in a less then intelligent manner), and I explained why that was wrong.
And each and every one of you (with the exception of atreyu7slip) said something like "I don't want to get involved", or "I'm not going to take sides". Excuse me? So you're saying that I'm just as guilty as Telk? Are you saying that I'm a jerk for defending myself? I'm all for "live and let live", but if someone starts bashing what I hold dear, I'm going to peacefully but firmly explain my stance and defend myself. Jeeze, do you people not know mw better then that? I thought you'd back me up when somebody went on the offensive and started calling me a homophobe and a self-glorifying deceiver. But I guess (with a few exceptions) that I can't count on that. Thanks a lot. >:P
This isn't the first time people have dished me sh*t for being a Christian or trying to help people. This has been going on on-and-off since the Prayer Ring started (most of which I didn't tell you all about).
So I'm a homophobe?
If your gay, whoopdy-friggen'-do! I don't care anymore about that then I care if you were black or Asian or whatever! It doesn't matter! I'll be your friend if you want me to! I don't treat gays any different then anybody else!
Am I helping people just to build myself up?
That's the biggest, most complete load of BS I've heard all week! I help people because it's the right thing to do, not because I get props out of it. I don't "make myself look like an angel" or come anywhere close to that! I have flaws just like everybody else, and I acknowledge that! I knew this kinda' crap would happen, cause it always happens!!!
It's this kind of stuff that makes me want to leave TheOtaku. If I'm trying to help others just to get whipped by the Atheists, Liberals, perverts and gothika-anarchists of this site, then I'll reconsider doing it. I'm so sick of taking sh*t from people who apparently have a problem with me being nice. If I'm such a psuedo-Christian "Bible-frumper" (as I have been called), then I won't stick around to be your punching-bag. Tootle-O, everybody. I gotta' go let off some steam.

Time of Post: 12:29 PM
Listening to: "Civil War", by Guns N' Roses
(Man, what a beautiful song!)
Hey everybody. How's it going?
Before I begin, I'd like to personally tell Telk to grow up. If you're going to insult the Bible, please at least do so with proper spelling and punctuation. "Stupid" is not spelled with a "y", and periods go at the end of each sentence. It pisses me off when people expect me to read something that is so crappily typed it's almost illegible. Do you freakin' talk that way? "i dunt lik the bible.... t pises mE off." Do you write that way when typing a letter? If you don't take the time to type it properly, then I won't take the time to read it. And secondly, you have no right to come in here and start talking down about my religion, much less with beyond crappy spelling and punctuation. If you plan on doing that, then I suggest you leave right now. You're just proving yourself to be compulsive, unintelligent and poor in the motor-skills department.
Any cream, (Ha ha, a little reference to my friend Naru. Who loves ya', Naru!? =3 ) I did zero drawing last night. -_-' Oh well, them's the breaks.
I counted my ghost pics. Guess how many I have now that are completed? 20!!! I'm sort of depressed that I'm not making that same progress on my 'TGOED'/Metallica project. *sigh*
Any cream, there's a new Song, Quote and Poll of the Week ready! This week, it's a poll about Samurai Champloo, a quote from Family Guy, and a song by CKY called "Flesh Into Gear"!
I recently heard about a story called "The Foolish Traveler" from the Fruits Basket manga. If you've read this story, can you give me a quick synopsis? I don't like spoilers, but basic details and teasers are OK.
I'll see you all tomorrow!

Time of Post: 4:13pm
Listening to: "Nothing Else Matters" (S&M version), by Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra
(Ah, such a beautiful ballad.)
Hey everybody. I'm at my friggen' wit's end with my brother. @_< Ah, but he's out of the house now. He's probably out dorking it up with his dork friends. Anyway, I'm gonna' go to Barne's & Noble's soon, so I'll get to unwind.
In more interesting news, Karen's back from Metro-Con! And she brought pics! Click the link to check out her synopsis: Metro-con, Baby! \m/>_<\m/
I did 4 new ghost pics last night, one of which was a pic of an actual demon. That brings my total to.....I'll count em' later. My mom suggested using a biblical reference to help me find out what demons may look like. That sounds cool to me. ^_^
And don't worry, I'll post many a ghost pic very soon.
Before I go, I'd like to thank Erin-chan (Miyoko-chan) in particular for talking to me recently when I was down. Erin seems to always be there for me, and it's wonderful knowing that she cares about and trusts me. I really do love her with all my heart. So if you're interested in meeting a real-life angel in disguise, then I highly suggest getting to know her. She'll deny that's what she is, but we all know it's true. ~_^ I've also been thiking about maybe doing another pic for her, just so people can know how great she is. ^_^
Anyway, I'll see ya'll tomorrow! Oh, and if you didn't see yesterday's post, please check it out! It'll be worth your time!

Time of Post: 1:16pm
Listening To: "Welcome to the Jungle", by Guns N' Roses.
Hey everybody. *sigh*, still feelin' a little down, but still feelin' a bit better regardless.
Awwwwwwwwwww. Stuff like that just gets me in a good mode! Isn't that cute!? Again, propz to Lindsey (ElvesAteMyRamen) for making another beautiful Chrno Crusade gif!
Since I still don't have the pics from the convention, how about today I just tell you what I bought there? I made a big personal triumph at the convention. I...actually...bought a manga! >:D Ha ha! These are my first ones! I bought Love Hina vol. 6 (for the artwork, since I've already read it) and Chrno Crusade vol. 4! I won't read my Chrno Crusade until I've read volumes 2 and 3, but I can't wait to do so, cause' then I can reference all those awesome action poses and kicken' guns!
The cool thing about the mangas is Chrno Crusade only cost me $5 (as opposed to the $7-$10 that the bookstores ask for), and Love Hina only cost me $3! It should have cost $5 like Chrno Crusade, but the guy selling it was really cool about it and gave me a discount! It was still in the wrapper (that means I got it in mint condition), too! The guy selling it had a sense of humor, too. I gave him a $10 bill and he pulled out a pink 'Hello Kitty' calculator and punched in "$10.....minus.....$3.....equals.....$7!". XD The world needs more manga-merchants like that!
Before I go, here's the question of the day:
If you had all the equipment, time, anime DVD's and skills that you needed, what kind of AMV's would you make?
I personally think that the AMV world is populated by too many angsty AMV's using over-used depressing or angry artists like Evanescence or Linkin Park (not that I don't like those bands, they're just overused). Instead, here's what I'd make:
*If at all possible, I'd make my own anime (Ghost Hunter) into an AMV (man, I need to get a serious grip), making a montage of fear and terror using the song "Enter Sandman" (Metallica)
*I'd also make an AMV specifically about my character Andrea's past using the song "One" (Metallica). Just listen to this quick segment from "One" and you'll see what I mean:
"Darkness,
Imprisoning me,
All that I see,
Absolute Horror.
I can not live,
I can not die,
Trapped in myself,
Body my holding cell.
Landmines,
Have taken my sight,
Taken my speech,
Taken my hearing,
Taken my arms,
Taken my legs,
Taken my soul,
Left me with a life in Hell."
*An AMV about the Wolf's Rain series using "Of Wolf and Man" (Metallica)
*A serious AMV about the Elric brothers using "Flight of Icarus" (Iron Maiden)
*A more light-hearted AMV using fight scenes from Fullmetal Alchemist with the song "Metal-Millita" (Metallica)
*A Gundam Wing AMV using the song "Civil War" (Guns N' Roses)
There may be some others, but I'll think them up later.
See you all tomorrow!

Gee, thanks for all your wonderful comments yesterday. >:P
Naw, not like I can blame anyone. I know you guys are better friends then that, so I won't insult you by saying you don't care. You've all been pretty busy lately, and even if you weren't I don't exactly expect you to be enthusiastic about listening to me b*tch and moan about the minor aches and pains of my life. I seriously need to get my balls out of my purse and start acting like a man!
Regardless, I'm not feeling that much better then I was last night. But I'm currently blasting Enter Sandman, Sad but True, and the S&M version of The Call of the Ktulu and Master of Puppets (all of which by the 4 and only Metallica), so I should be back to my old self in no time.
I hate being so weird about my moods, especially since I'm friends with people like Miyoko-chan and ElvesAteMyRamen. They both are almost always in a good mood. How the crap do you do that?!
Speaking of the one and only Elves, check out her awesome new Chrno Crusade gif!:
I seriously love Lindsey's Chrno Crusade gifs! Isn't Chrno friggen' awesome!?
Since I've already talked for too long about personal stuff, I'll save the description of yesterday's convention for tomorrow (Josh still hasn't sent me the pics yet >:( I want those pics!). So instead, here's a pic of a familiar pair of characters, but with something slightly different:
XD Statler and Waldorf as pimps!
Anyway, I'll see you all tomorrow.

Good Newz and a lot of ranting
Hey everybody. I just got back from my anime convention. We took a ton of pics, but Josh has to send em' to me first before I can show them to you (the pics were taken on his camera). So hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to show all of you the awesome stuff we saw there.
*sigh*, I'm at wits end with my brother. He's such a hypocrite. He started his own "Prayer Group", apparently (and on the Geurillaz fan-site, of all place). Ya' want to know why he started a Prayer Group? So he can have an excuse to be on the computer when he shouldn't be. He's supposed to be banned from it. And my parents are saying he's had a 'good week' so far. Psh, ya' want to know why? Because you've been watching him! As soon as they turn around, he's turns back the worst little turd of a brat that you've ever seen. Last night I spent in excess of 30 minutes ranting to Josh how I felt about my little brother (because he's one of the few people who'll listen). I hate my little brother. He reads (or least claims to have read) all these Christian novels by Franklin & Billy Grahm. But he is the most un-christian person I know. You ever heard that verse from the Bible that goes like, "Remove the log from your own eye before you remove the speck in your brother's"? My brother could learn a lot from that verse. His youth-group leader asked each kid to decide which character trait of theirs that they'd ask God to help them with (basically, that's just asking "which character trait do you think you need to improve on?"). Guess what he said. "Joy". That's right, "Joy". Of all things. He certainly gets joy from tormenting me! How about "compassion", or "integrity"? "Joy", what a total crock. He's full of sh*t.
Could you guys please pray for me? Please pray that my parents will wise-up to just how 2-faced my brother is. Thanks.
I'll see you all tomorrow. (Oh, and if you didn't notice already, I'm really depressed).

Prepare the Chicken (read the post if that got you interested)
Time of Post (time finished): 11:36am
Listening to: "The Call of the Ktulu" (S&M version), by Metallica and The San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.
I get to go on a manga run with my buddy Josh in less then 4 hours! w00t! Then I'm going to spend the night and watch the movie Drunken Master and a TON of anime! I've got a lot of anime to catch up on with Josh, because since the last time I spent the night he's gotten the Love Hina series (and the spring movie), The first part of Evangelion, a large chunk of the Inuyasha series, the entire series of Samurai Champloo (yes, you heard me right), and probably several more that I'm forgetting. I really, REALLY want to see the Love Hina series. I'm a massive fan of the manga, and I've heard very few bad things about the anime. With the exception of Keitaro and Kitsune's choice of voice actors (not their quality, just who they got to play them), I've heard it's well-written and extremely funny!
And after that, I get too got to an anime convention! I sure hope my mom will let me take her digital camera.
Josh is at this moment taking his Driver's Ed final exam. *shiver*, let's keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
I, personally, am terrified of the thought of driving. But that's another story for another day.
In other news, Miyoko-chan is actually having a pretty good time on her reunion trip! Details are on her site, so thanks for praying!
Anyway, here's just a quick question: Has anyone else here ever seen the show "Robot Chicken" on [adult swim]? Holy crap, that show is hilarious!!! I don't think I've laughed that hard in a LONG time! Oh man, I guess part of it is that it's animated using dolls and action figures in stop-motion-animation. Man, [adult swim] scored some massive points with that show! I just wish it was 30 minutes rather then just 15!
Before I go, here's the last (well, but probably not the absolute last, but the last for now) piece of the "If Hackers Ruled the World" series:
Josh says that's an awesome movie!
See you all later!

I Wuv You Guys! (Shmaltzy, I know, but true!)
Hi everybody. How's it going? I'm hammering out the details of my plans with Josh for tomorrow, and I can't wait! We may or may not be cosplaying, though (I don't think I like the idea of spending the day in a hot suit. Like I always say, form follows function). I'll probably cosplay with my buddy next time, though.
Anyway, I got a couple people we need to add to the Prayer List:
We need to pray that Miyoko-chan will have a safe trip and a better-then-expected time at her extended family reunion. She didn't have the best day today (details on her site), so we should pray that she feels better as well (bad-days are a bi-otch, aren't they?)
Also, we should pray for Karen (Living Doll), as she goes to an anime convention as well. Hope you have a great time, Karen! Bring back pics!
And heck, would you mind praying for me as Josh and I go to our convention? We would really appreciate it.
Anyway, thank you all so much for all your wonderful comments on my artwork! (I received some great ones on my "Damage, Inc." piece, but even better ones on my zombie pic!)
Thank you all so much! It makes me so happy to know that artists as smart and as talented as you think I'm improving! (But that's of course not to say I'm the only one doing so. Just look at Vankalla 86's and Miyoko-chan's recent work!)
You guys really make me so happy that I joined TheOtaku! *sniff* Sorry, sumthin' in my eye. I've got some people I need to thank individually for their comments!
Anyway, just a quick note about my "Damage, Inc." pic yesterday. I've done a total of 3 pics like that, including that one. The other 2 are for "Disposable Heroes" and "Harvester of Sorrow" (both of which are also by Metallica), and are both in my opinion WAY better. Plus, they're both in color. I'll put those up if you're at all interested (I don't want to put anything up that'd bore you).
Before I go, here's yet another piece from "If Hackers Ruled the World":
T3H K4T l\l T3H H4T, n00b!!! r0x0r!!!
I'll see ya'll tomorrow!

Hey everybody! There's a brand new Quote, Poll and Song of the week for you to check out! This week’s song is a metal classic, so give it a listen! It's "Run To The Hills" by Iron Maiden!
Man, can you believe that Michael Jackson got off on ALL charges?! I can't believe it! Ah well, if you're rich and white you can get away with anything in this country, even molesting little boys. (Actually, scratch that. You only have to be rich and have a lot of crazy people that love you. Being white just helps. OJ got off, didn't he?). And yes, I am fully aware that Jackson isn't really white. But that's how our country works, "If it looks like a rose and smells like a rose...".
Enough of that ranting, let's get to something positive. I submitted a new piece of artwork last night! Please vote and comment on it, please? =^_^=
If you're lazy like me, you don't want to scroll all the way to the bottom of my page for the portfolio link. Instead, you can just click the link from last night's post!
Oh! And guess where I'm going on Friday. To an anime/comic convention with Josh! \m/^_^\m/
It's supposed to be about Star Wars, Marvel, DC and other stuff that's sort of cool but will attract a lot of nerds, but a buddy of Josh's says there's way more anime stuff then you'd think! We may even cosplay or something! If we do, Josh will be Mugen from Samurai Champloo, and I'll be Constantine!
Anywho, here's a sketch I scanned recently. This isn't good enough to submit, but I can just post it on my site. It's a piece of graphic design I did for Metallica's song, "Damage, Inc.", and what a great song it is! Check it out:
Metallica almost always does their graphic art for their singles with a skull of some sort, like a weaker form of Iron Maiden's Eddie.
Anywho, before I go, here's another piece from "If Hackers Ruled the World":
Heh heh heh. $+4R \/\/4RZ, n00b!!!
"Lul<3, I M UR l=4+H3R!"
XD

New Art!
^_^ I just love that gif. Chrno and Rosette are so cute. Propz to Lindsey (Elves Ate My Ramen).
Anyway, it's already 9pm over here, so I'll make this a quick post. I just wanted to say I submitted a new piece of fanart! Click the link to check it out: ”Brrraaaaaaaaaiiiiiiins”.
Please vote and comment!
Anyway, I'll see ya'll tomorrow!
