   Another Slow Day

I finished Sonic and the Secret Rings for the Wii. A lot of people say I'm lucky for getting one. I know they're difficult to come by these days; I hope Nintendo reships more of them soon: otherwise, there'll be no one to play against when Brawl comes out (if it's even online).

I listened to a bit of the Cure today; the songs make my inner goth dance.

Those guitar riffs rock.

   Still Tired

Well, I think I'm getting better. I'm still tired; I took a nap today. I also played my PS2. We <3 Katamari and Kingdom Hearts 2 are fun. I rented God of War II. It's okay. Well, I hope everyone's doing okay. I might post another Underoath video from Youtube here. I won't take down "You're Ever So Inviting" though. It's just too good.

I also feel a bit artistic today. I drew a picture of my original character. I cannot draw anime; I try to mix in that gothic feel in each drawing. My own character, the character I portray myself as, usually has big eyes and shadows under his eyelids. It can be a little dark. :)

   Exhausted

It's been pretty slow around here. I'm tired and anxious. I wish I could talk to my close friends more. I think I'm just tired, but I just want to rest and listen to my music. I hope you all are doing okay. I may be acting goth this week, so don't be scared to comment. Everyone, take care.

E3!!!!11 OMG

Yeah, being a gamer, E3 gets me excited. Apparently with all the new consoles out, there's a whole lot to show. For all the consoles, too. Well, here's what AK is excited about and upset about.

1. Wii Lightgun games. Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles along with games like Medal of Honor. Looks like a great game.

2. Super Mario Galaxy dated for November 12. Looks beautiful and promising.

3. Halo 3 dated for September 25. Yeah, and I still need to get a 360. Now's my chance to try and earn about $400 in two months.

4. Mario Kart Wii online. ^^

5. Brawl dated for December 3. Could Bowser's Final Smash be transforming into Giga Bowser? From the looks of the screenshots, yes.

Other things included Soul Calibur Legends, Metroid Prime 3, and a Wii exercise game. I think Nintendo has a winner in Wii. Let's cross our fingers for more news on Brawl. And Microsoft? Banjo-Kazooie 3 would be great.

   Questions

Yeah, I'm going through some pretty difficult times.

1. I'm still conflicted as to whether or not I should post art. My art is too simple and archaic to be anime; it reminds me of a painfully-simplistic offramp from Roman Dirge's Lenore. I try to make my art good, but I admit that I'm a man of words, not pictures.

2. There's another problem I'm less open to telling. It deals with relationships, mostly my own. I'll let the rest fall into place.

There's many people on theO that stood beside me through these hard times. Some of these people are going through much harder times than I. I just wish that I knew what to do for them. I guess it's these moments that I can count on for poetry. Such is the case for the tortured scribe.

   Moments

I get so excited when I use my computer. I like talking to everyone. I like being able to talk to my friends. I like being able to talk to new people too. Hmmm...I just was thinking about that.

I'm thinking about...myself. I go through these odd routines of wondering what I should do with my life. I listen to slow music and write poetry. I think I may be going through another moment. You know, the upset and emotional moment. It's a writer's thing, I suppose.

I hope people can understand these moments. I treasure them...but they scare me too. Thanks, everyone, for putting up with me and these moments.

   100 Guestbook Signs!

You all rock! 100 of you people signed my guestbook! Thanks to all who did! You all are great friends!

Well, I listened to my Chevelle album Vena Sera again. It still is amazing.

Oh! Today's 7/7/07! It must be Lucky Day! Well, it hasn't been anything out of the ordinary. Maybe the 100 Guestbook signs has something to do with that.

I also need to buy the Underoath DVD which comes out on the 17th. It has the amazing "You're Ever So Inviting" video. If you want to see it, scroll up and check it out.

   4th of July Celebration

Happy 4th of July!

Although the majority of Independence celebrations range from fireworks, barbeques, and family outings, we must remember the reason we are to celebrate this day. A group of strong and thoughtful people gathered together to end the oppression forced upon them by another country. The people risked their own safety to grow in freedom with those they loved, and we must remember that while our independence is still wonderful, the heroes who stood to abolish such oppression showed strength unlike any other. So before you eat your hamburger or watch local fireworks, remember why our Fourth of July, the date of US Independence, is important.

With my nostalgiac lecture out of the way, I plan to stay home, eat cheesecake, and listen to my neighbors' random fireworks sound. Let's just hope it doesn't go all night. -_-

I'm trying to get back on task with my game reviews. I finished my review of Red Steel. I'm not too happy with it though. We'll see how well it does.
