   Is it worth it?

I'm still deciding whether to join mamma DX and GB fiend on the DA. My sister got nearly all the drawing talent in my family. Her drawings are beautiful, but I'm usually doodling in class in my red notebook. I'm aiming for the "Lenore, Roman Dirge goth-art" look. I once drew a picture with GIR, Mandy, and the cartoon me. I really like it, but I'm a writer. The problem is that...well...no one likes reading. *sigh* Well, we'll see what happens

   Yelling!

Been listening to some Dir en Grey lately. These guys are some of the most angry, yelling, in-your-face bands in recent memory. It's great to see a really good Eastern band that isn't just J-pop. These guys, instrumentals and singing, is just insane. Any metal fans looking for something different in music should check these guys out. They flat-out rock.

   Finally, Sega

As a HUGE fan of the Sonic franchise, I keep track of Sonic creator Yuji Naka's work. I played the Sonic platformers, I saw Billy Hatcher. Now it seems that they're doing something no one thought would be possible. They are making a sequel to NiGHTS into Dreams...

First off, I never owned a Sega Saturn. I barely know anything about it. One of my friends has one and the game. I never played NiGHTS into Dreams... Now they're making its sequel for the console many thought would be the perfect fit for NiGHTS: The Nintendo Wii. It's about time. It's been somewhere around 10 years since people began to yammer and beg for a NiGHTS sequel, and Sega finally got the message. I cannot wait to play NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams. :)

78 Episodes and A New Album

Well, apparently one of the greatest cartoon's ever witnessed by me is getting the let-go. Some people may be familiar with the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. If so, it's gone from Cartoon Network. Apparently good shows that make it over the 78-episode mark are let-go. Man, that just sucks. The good news is DVD season box sets. About time. The show is downright amazing. Mandy is easily one of the most dark and forboding characters I've ever witnessed on TV. She's amazing. *thumbs-up*

I'm also eagerly awaiting the new Chevelle album, Vena Sera. I'm a big fan, got interested after "Vitamin R". I like all of their albums, and if the rest of the album's as good as "Well Enough Alone, I'm a happy guy.

   Wario and *sigh....* Lyserg

Wow. Wario's new Wii game is freakin amazing. I mean, you get to pick a nose with the Wii Remote. LOL and go. I like the Samurai game. Yeah, I like the 9-volt and 18-volt games, with more retro Nintendo and 3-D version of Balloon Fight. Ashley the Goth girl and her magic is cool and Jimmy's disco is funny.

Also, we all know my favorite anime. Shaman King. It's amazing, and is full of good characters...except Lyserg, cuz he's a whiner.

For All Who Waited For Me to Return...

I didn't just want to ignore this either. There's people here on myOtaku who really missed me when I was gone. Lately...I just felt like I was unwanted. All of the people online who like talking to me, and those who want me here...just thanks. You don't know how much that means to me. It's where I find some things to write about.

Yesterday was bad, today will not be bad

Well, yesterday was an absolute true bust. If there wasn't anime on last night, it would've been the worst day ever. I did get to see Toonami and Adult Swim, so it wasn't a true bust, but I spent hours hunting for something that unexpectedly entered my house, only to lose it. Anyone who wants to know the situation can message me, but for confidentiality, I can't say it here. All I can say is that the little guy couldn't be caught. I think he escaped the same way he came in.

As for today, I'm going to someone's house. Who's you may ask? It's a secret. :)

   ...um...Pizza.

Well, here's a post, for all who were wondering where AK was. I recently got into drawing along side my writing. Well, not so much drawing. More like doodling in a notebook. I normally write at home and draw at school. I don't plan to take my drawing to the next stage, as many of you artists do. I focus upon strictly dark and creepy artwork, and strictly doodles. Like Roman Dirge's Lenore, a recent comic and flash cartoon series I found, only nowhere near as good. Dark humor? Yes. Excellent art? Yes. I started drawing in a notebook since last summer, filling it with doodles, poetry, and commentary from my own creations and myself. No art posts (they're not anime-style anyway) but I still post poetry and stories on teh Fictionpress.

As for the games, Elite Beat Agents is awesome. It looks really quirky, but it's as fun as many other rhythm games I like, like Guitar Hero, DanceManiax, and of course, DDR. But it's portable and with crazy manga cutscenes. Kewl.
