Because you asked so nicely...
Orb of Kaith: Kaith is the name of the incarante of Hamentemp. Hamentemp was the original incarnate of death. Hamentemp was weakened by the summoning of Rathol's 20 rings. Kaith later asended back into hamentemp to banish the demon Rathol to hell but before he did his human husk transformed into a black glass ball. Rathol lives on in this orb collecting sin, souls and blood so he will exape hell. all that negitive energy will force the body to product gross amounts of possitive energy "light" but curseing the holder with images of damnating sin.
