I’m A Sucker For Good Animation
Katara: He's just mad because a bunch of girls kicked his butt.
Sokka: They snuck up on me!
Katara: Than they kicked your butt.
-The Warriors of Kyoshi, ep 4.

Mwahaha. Heh. Watched the marathon of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” today. ^^; Yeah, yeah, I know the targeted age is around 10, but I like it. Nice animation, good plot, interesting characters (Huzzah for Zuko). Each ep costs $1,000,000 to make. Kinda blows my mind.

A lot has been going on...but it would take way too much time to write it all down. So, in brief, my life sucks, things are going on (we all got drama in our lives), and I’m afraid I might not graduate because my math grade is so low. -_- I can’t help it that I’m retarded when it comes to math. I really do try. I’m not normally stupid, I had an A average on my last report card, it’s just math....

Last night, I was watching a certain anime that comes on at 11:30, and one of my fav characters died. (Why do all my favorite characters DIE???) And as I sat there, after the ep, I just kept feeling sadder and sadder, but then it struck me how funny the situation was: I’m about to cry over a fictional character while my life is kinda spiraling.

Yeah, I need to have a reality check. Hopefully me failing math won’t be it though. Anyway, working on some pics so might have something up soon. Lol, that wasn’t ambiguous or anything.

Wax Ppl, White Haired Characters, & Poppin’ Candeh
Didn’t get back home until 11:00 last night. So tired...but I had a lot of fun in New York. Took a lot of pictures. I saw MTV’s Naked Cowboy, & got a picture. And saw a lot of wax people. And I have a picture of Meat Loaf’s guitar, and random bill boards that I thought would make some nifty backgrounds for some pics I might draw one day.

There was a Hello Kitty store near by, and Amy was still in the if-it-doesn’t-move-it’s-a-wax-dummy mode, & there was a guy in there, and he was standing perfectly still. And then he moved. Lol. She jumped, and quickly walked away from him. It was funnier then it sounds. There were a lot of guys in that store...O_o. Hmm.

I’m now addicted to Pop Rocks, btw. Someone gave me some on the bus.

Going to a college Meet & Greet on Saturday. To try and get a roommate. -_- I should bring a book....

Just watched Escaflowne, the movie. Am so confused. Sigh. I had to keep adjusting the volume, since when the characters talked it sounded so low, but then BOOM goes a battle scene and my ear drums are under attack. & Adult Swim on Comcast kinda spazes, so I missed parts of the dialogue thanks to the screen fritzing, and losing the sound for a second almost every 5 minutes. Oh well. I liked the animation. And I thought Dilandau was...interesting.

See any similarities?

Why do my favorite characters end up being the crazy white haired guys? I must ponder this...

LE Chibis?
Submitted 2 new pics, colored in Photoshop. The lines look all digital, which sucks, because I didn’t draw it on the computer. But the pen lines still look like I did. Grr. Apparently the Photoshop my school uses is inferior. (Heh, I really shouldn’t complain, I’m mooching off my school, using their programs for my own pleasure. Mwahaha).

Anyway. The drawings are in what looks like Power Puff girl style, lol. Big heads. If you remember my Lucy comic, or have seen Zeraf’s new avatar, that’s what it looks like. I have 1 other like that, for LE also, and a couple doodles of my own random characters that I might color later.

If you don’t like the style, fear not, I’ll soon stop submitting them. Well, until I go on another chibi drawing spree (like I did with those).

I’m going on an art field trip tomorrow, going to Madame Tussauds, and Radio City Music Hall. I get to see wax people, yay. Going to take lots of pictures.

My self-portrait is due Thursday...ha ha. I’m afraid my art teacher is in for a surprise. -_- She didn’t just want the self portrait, she wants objects in the pic, that mean something to you, or say who you are. That’s what’s giving me trouble. >< Sigh.

New Pic & Randomness
Okay...my craving for using colored pencils died. -_- So no colored pic of Lavie forthcoming. But I did finish (& submitted) a pic I’ve been working on for awhile, involving Lucciola and a goat. The line art was drawn in Paint, when I was in Full-Lucciola-Mourning-Mode. And that was at it’s highest about a month after I saw that last eps of LE. Lol, so it’s taken me awhile to color it. Well, it wasn’t complete laziness on my part, I could only work on it at school when I didn’t have anything else (like actual work) to do.

The pic is kinda wishful thinking on my part, title has meaning. Sigh. I so wanted a happy ending for them. T-T

Confession time. I watched the 7th episode of Petite Princess Yucie today. Eheh. I can’t help it! Cube is so adorable! Though he only had about 4 minutes of screen time in this ep. Pooh. Plus, I like the voice acting, Glenda’s, Yucie’s, and especially Cube’s. Though I was somewhat put off when the main villain this time was....a giant cat. Who’s dastardly deeds consist of turning demons into cats. And meowing annoyingly. Truly terror inspiring, let me tell you.

Random happy note: I just got one of the nicest and longest reviews I’ve ever received on one of my LE fics (at fanfiction.net). Made me so happy. ^_^

Finished reading Mindhunter, and 1984. Not exactly books that make me love the human race...

Lucciola Is Up. Who's Next?
Finished and submitted the pic of Lucciola. His eye still bugs me, but it’s better then it was before. Yay. Now Lucciola can be represented better in the LE fan art section. Might attempt Lavie next, or another pic of Dio.

Oooh. *is looking at all the new stuff on MyO* So that’s why the site was down last night.

Heh. I shouldn’t be online right now. I should be doing the massive amount of homework I have to do before my break is over. Hehe. Math, American Law, Religion, Brit Lit...wow. I think I’ll just conveniently forget about all that for a bit. *purges memory*

Candeh & Claus
I ended up posting today. How’s Easter been for you all? I have candy. Mwaha. And I have Sour Apple Bubble Tape. Good stuff there.

Submitted another LE pic, of Claus. There’s only one other pic of him in the fan art section. Which is sad, because he’s a very adorable protagonist, and a great character in his own right. Lol, though I am guilty of favoring the secondary characters in LE.

Working on a drawing of Lucciola. He’s not cooperating. -_- I can’t get one of the eyes right...driving me crazy. I’ve redrawn it 7 times. So I took a break, to post this. Ta da.

Mmmm. Sour apple.

They Want Me. Huzzah.
I just got a letter from one of the art colleges I was interested in. I’ve been accepted. ^__^ Excuse me while I mentally dance around and squeal. Eeeeeeeee!

Ahem. Okay. Done with that. ^^;

Was up until 3 this morning watching The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and Secret Window. Even as a homicidal maniac, Johnny Depp was still adorable. And Durian Grey, yeah, liked him, so sad that he was evil. (Well, I knew he was evil, I read the book). He had all the best lines. Lol, “What are you?!” “I’m complicated.”

Submitted another pic, this one of Alister from Last Exile. Another colored pencil piece. I hate her and Tatiana’s uniform, lol. I found it hard to color, so I cropped the picture so that I wouldn’t have to color any more of it. Her hair was fun though.

I might not post tomorrow, so Happy early Easter everyone. ^-^

It’s Good Friday
I wonder why it’s called that. Good for the human race, yes, but it wasn’t what I’d call a good day for Jesus. -_-

Posted two pics today, one I did awhile ago, and colored in Photoshop. Original. And the other pic is a Chrono Crusade fan art, colored in colored pencil. I was just laying around watching TV yesterday (watched The Dead Poets Society. Good movie. Sad though. *sob* Neil!) And I had the urge to color. But now I remember why I don’t post most of my pics that were colored with pencils. I practically have to destroy the image to get it the right KB size. Grr.

Like my new background? Lol, I don’t know if I do. I’ll go back to a Last Exile one soon, but I just wanted something new.

I’m up! I’ve had my coffee! (Yesterday, slept in more) But I have nothing to do.... Hopefully I’ll go to the mall later today, but I can’t buy anything. Gotta save for Tsubasa anime, and my trip to Italy this summer. But at least I’ll get out of the house. Lol, it’s my 2nd day of Easter break, and already I have cabin fever.

Tink is Up, And Meet Lucy
Geez, the internet is slow tonight. *glares at computer*

Fixed up the Tinkerbell pic. Yay. I posted it briefly a couple days ago, but right away deleted it because I forgot something, and I made a mistake. But now it's up. Fellow class mate said "That's one sexy picture of Tinkerbell". Hmm. I didn't draw it with that goal in mind, but if that's how it looks, okay then.

Oh, I saw the 6th ep of Chrono Crusade a couple days ago, and yesterday I read the 1st manga. Chrono is so adorable. ^^ I have added him to my favs. Huh. I think he's one of the few favorite characters of mine that doesn't have light hair. (I have this thing for light haired characters, especially white. I guess a certain personality goes along with the hair color, lol).

I want to start working on another avatar idea I had, (well, actually, I have 2 ideas)....animated gifs are fun to make. *smiles idiotically*

Want to see a very odd comic I did? Stars Lucy, an odd girl who loves all things shiny. And travels through time collecting such items. I was having waaay to much fun creating this...

How Is It That Most Of The Ppl I Like Are Fictional?
New fan art. Original. Except for the song lyric. I just discovered the hidden track on Good Charlotte’s newest CD. I really like that song, and I immediately started sketching. Later on at school I colored it in Photoshop. My art and computer graphics teachers think I should put it in my portfolio, when I go for my college review this Saturday. To bad it looks a lot better on screen then it did when I printed it out. -_-

I drew and colored a pic of Tinkerbell also, but when I turned it into a jpeg and saved it to a floppy, it somehow screwed up. Sigh. So I’ll have that up once I figure out how to fix it.

Has anyone here read the Pagan Chronicles? It consists of 4 books, about the life of Pagan Kidrouk, set during the Crusades, by Catherine Jinks. They have a Monty Python feel to them, but still teach a whole lot about the time period (which I liked). They’re all told in Pagan’s POV, except for the last book which is told by Isidore. I’ve just finished the last book...and I want another one. Sadly, there is no more. At first I didn’t really know what to think of them, but I had this desire to know what happened to the characters. I guess that means I liked them.

Sadness. I miss Pagan now. *deep sigh* Oh well. I still have to read A Series of Unfortunate Events #s 6-11. And finish reading Emma. And 1984, for Brit Lit. And Mindhunters, for Street Law. I love books. *hugs random book*

Gurgle. I found most of your comments on my study hall teacher very amusing. ^_^ Thank you. I think the principal talked to him about his behavior though, ‘cause on Monday he just went about like normal, no dire threats, no not letting ppl go to the library, didn’t say a thing about what had happened. Either that, or he totally forgot. Which I find hard to believe. Hm.
