Clamp is great on the ratings!

"On Animate's ranking CLAMP is rocking on! The single of Loop won the 2nd place of the best-selling CDs. As for the comics rank, Tsubasa 10 won the 2nd place followed by XXXHOLiC 6 in 3rd, Tsubasa 10 Deluxe in 5th, CLAMP No Kiseki 9 in 7th and the Official Guide Book of Tsubasa Anime in 10th place. Way to go, CLAMP!

CLAMP Su ~a secret of creation~, that's the name of the new season of CLAMP Su event (which will be held on Mangakan museum starting on July 1st). The pictures of the poster also changed, and you can check it here . I'm glad X is still there even though I wish it was a better image (not this one which seems to be the 1st Kamui Mokona ever draw XD).

There's already a Talk Show and Sign session with CLAMP to happen on August 7th.

So it seems that the focus of the new season changed, since the title and poster changed, and this new title, seems so interesting.

New X Artbook & New Kadokawa Magazine

Tomoe-san today received her CLAMP No Kiseki 9 and she got some stunning news: New artbook X Illustrated Collection 2 X ‡ [Infinity] to be released on September 30th, 2005, yet by Kadokawa.

Also, a new version of X ZERO, with a soft cover, is also scheduled to be released at the same date.

Really, this is such a wonderful news! I didn't expect it to come so soon! And man, just think on the gorgeous images it'll have *drools* I MUST buy it. The price, 2400 yens, is not that expensive compared to X Zero's, 3780 yens.

Tomoe-san was kind enough to scan the part of the magazine that talks about it. I uploaded to my server to not steal her bandwidth.
Now, concerning the actual manga, is this a good or bad news? I have two points of view, which was also Tomoe-san's:

- Bad: It may be a sign that Kadokawa really don't want nothing more with X and they want for once to release the stuff that are "freezed" since they know the manga won't be published. Like a "Okay, so we won't release the final chapters but the earlier images are still ours, so what about making them the last artbook?". Or also, it could be that they REALLY don't have a clue of when the manga will come back and they want to release the artbook now other than -never-.

- Good: For me, at least, there's no point in releasing an artbook of a series that is currently stopped. I mean, there's a bit of non-sense since the promotion may not reach all the readers and the sales wouldn't go as well as it would be if the manga was been serialized. So, it may be that they -finally- reached an agreement and there are plans of the return of X still this year (remember Ohkawa's words at the talk show "Wait a bit more"). It's like, why would they release it now and not before? And this "september", seems really far for an announcement like that.

I not only WANT to believe in the second one, but I also DO believe in the second one. Somehow, I saw the release of the artbook as a good sign (The puff magazine was published a year ago, maybe they really reached an agreement).

On another news, also spotted by Tomoe-san, this month a new magazine by Kadokawa started to be serialized, Asuka Plus Macbeth, it's a joint project of Kadokawa and Animate. It's also monthly and also features shoujo stories, and what's more: the content seems to be about darker and heavier stories, aka, mature content, perfect for X (see the title, "Asuka Plus", like a new version of Asuka). I'd like to ask for the people that know japanese better than me and babelfish to get a deeper insight if the magazine.

Will this magazine be the new home/pe for X? It's getting everyday more intriguing."

   X1999

The awful Truth behind X's pause

"I officially hate kadokawa... No, it's not Mokona's disease (gosh, there are people who believed that? Yeah), it's not Ohkawa's lack of imagination (who came up with this should be burned in hell), no it's not Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC... it really is what we feared the most: Problems with Kadokawa

CLAMP gave a long interview on Puff Magazine later on July 2004 (about a year we could have the truth! ) where they were asked about the pause on the serialization.

Ohkawa answered that the magazine is not accepting the end because of it's content. Apparently, is a bad end, aka, sad, bloody, with gruesome (or is it too happy/sweety? I really doubt).

And this is not the first time they "fight" with kadokawa, according to the interview, they also were asked to change Wish's ending. And CLAMP changed it , and in a hurry to follow the deadline.

Even though the war is set, Ohkawa made clear that they DO plan to publish the end, that even though the serialization stopped, it doesn't mean they'll never do it again."
i think that people are voting to make sure that it is published the way that it was supposed to be!!

"‚l‚r–Ύ’©It was long time doubt for the fan, '? ] The stop of publishing reason ' being run a special edition in the past July of 2004 ' the ‚Ο ‚Σ ' of the edition which was sold, it is < CLAMP transcendence long interview > So it became clear.

Part excerpt of the interview contents.

- - - The ’ which is the longest serialization work? ] it is the £, but don't you think? presently it is in the midst of stoping publishing.

You say Okawa the ending which has been planned, it is difficult to place in the magazine with problem of contents and description, itself having become.

(Omission)

Okawa until now several degrees, being discussed with the editorial staff, even then you understanding in each direction, somehow it persevered by the fact that modification of theme and description is necessary. So the publisher be able to publish the end which this way has planned be from the ‚ν.
When we assume is, in order to publish, it means to draw the ending which differs from schedule.
As for discontinuance doing, serialization excluding those where the publication magazine becomes publication suspension, it discontinues, that, being it is not it thinks the ’? ] we would like to draw also the £ of course without fail to end, it is is, but under present conditions it is rather difficult state.
So, when even if it probably becomes some shape, thinks conclusion we would like to draw by all means.

Above the ͺ they are the contents to which teacher/doctor leader Okawa of the CLAMP has answered with interview.

So, speaking flatly...
' Kadokawa Publishing Co., Ltd. (ASUKA) side the OK being not to put out, it is not placed in the magazine, '.

To be, there!

* Being that much at last, after so long a time no that!
* Just a little Kadokawa! Thing of the fan thinking,!
* One year or more it spends on the problem of what!
* Publication permission putting out swiftly,!
* Stinginess you attach to the story of the CLAMP!
* Therefore the CLAMP the line ‚Α ‚Ώ ‚α ‚Α is is is to Kodansha publishers, Ltd.!

With thinking, because the ‚Δ you think, it will do. Certainly, there are various circumstances even in Kadokawa, it is is.
Recently, relationship of the magazine increases, regulation becoming difficult, die.
Recently, earthquake it is many, is and the ₯ ₯ ₯.
As for ₯ ₯ ₯ Kobe Earthquake somehow discussing, to overcoming the ₯ ₯ ₯ (the distant eye)

Teacher/doctor Okawa in continuation of interview on ͺ «

₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯

Okawa simply, without misunderstanding, as for those where we would like to receive, as for those where it has become this situation it means without meaning that never the publisher is bad. On the other hand being patient until now, continuing to publish, you think from heart. In the future it keeps groping something there is no good method, because and, it is the intention also the discussion with the publisher of continuing, how you probably will bite, if Žb and others it can receive your ‚ time, with you think.

₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯₯

With. In order the fan to avoid the fact that grudge of grudge and hate is directed to the Kadokawa Publishing Co., Ltd., following is inserted.
As for protest and criticism et cetera to of the Kadokawa Publishing Co., Ltd. (ASUKA) you will put away to the depth of heart.

And as for here
To be quick the Kadokawa Publishing Co., Ltd. (ASUKA) and CLAMP teacher being reconciled in even 1 day? In order ] to be serialized to reopened you will pray. "
