   hey!
How's everyone doing??

Today, graduation is going to be taking place at my old high school. I know a lot of people that are going to be graduating there.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF '06!!!!!!!

Yeah. For me, graduation was a big accomplishment and the end of a chapter in my life. It was kinda sad that now we were all moving into the 'real' world. Looking back at it now, high school is now an easy place for me, lol!

Yesterday was also Grad Nite for my old high school's seniors. I loved my Grad Nite! It was at Disneyland =P I was very close to not going to my Grad Nite. I hadn't bought a ticket and the deadline for buying tickets had passed. Luckily, the school's bookkeeper had about a dozen left over, and so she gave some of them to my old band teacher to give to his seniors who hadn't bought a ticket. My band teacher explained that they were free and we didn't have to pay for them for some odd reason. So yeah, I went to Grad Nite without paying a cent. Tickets were initially $50!

Yesterday I went to the mall, with my mom and lil' bro. My brother and I were buying something at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (the shop is inside the mall and nearby are a bunch of little restaurants, so in the middle, there's like a small food court place with tables and seats). My mom was sitting at a table and my brother was ordering our Ice Blended Mochas. I went back and forth between my mom and bro, bringing over change to pay the drinks. That's when I noticed this one "cholo" guy staring at me everytime I went towards my mom. He was sitting by one of the tables. I just ignored him. Then my brother called me to help him carry the drinks, so I went back to help him. When I came back again to where my mom was sitting, the darn guy would stop staring at me!! >:( Ooooh! I got annoyed. My mom also noticed the guy staring me as I walked by. Finally we left the food court and the guy behind. That was getting kinda creepy. The guy was older than me too. Like in his thirties. Eww.

Got over that later when we came home and played the Fullmetal Alchemist 2 game. I already beat it once, but I'm playing it again to unlock some new goodies.

So yeah. That was my eventful Thursday.

Later!

   hello
So how is everyone doing? I've been watching the FIFA games this week. Hehehe.

Yesterday, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia played. I think it was a tie 2-2.

Next, Germany vs. Poland played. It was a very good game. Germany scored at the last minute before the game ended. Poland 0, Germany 1.

Today I watched Ecuador and Costa Rica play. Ecuador scored 3 goals and Costa Rica 0.

Then, England vs. Trinidad and Tobago. England scored 2 and Trinidad and Tobago scored 0.

Soooo....I heard that both Poland and Costa Rica are going to play one final game and both teams are out of the World Cup because they haven't scored any goals so far. Sad. Both were very good teams.

Tomorrow, Mexico and Angola are playing. Yay! Been waiting for this game all week =D

So I changed the look of this site. I hope you guys could see the background this time.

   Things are looking up
I'm thinking of changing the look of this site *thinks of some colors*

So far I've been watching all of the FIFA games on TV. =D Sunday I watched Mexico vs. Iran. Mexico won 3 and Iran 1. Yeah, I was happy ^__^

Today the highlight was the Czech Republic vs. USA. The Czechs won 3 to 0. USA lost. It was a one sided game in my opinion. The Czechs were really good. After their game, it was Italy vs. Ghana. Italy won 2 to 0. Ghana lost.

Oh yeah, before those two games, it was Australia vs. Japan. Australia won by 3 goals I think.

   Hello!!
Well I just passed the entire Fullmetal Alchemist 2 video game. Hahahaha!!! It was quite easy in my opinion ^_~

(I copied and pasted this from MySpace. Too lazy to type it again)

This is a little known fact about me. I own a green little Lovebird!!! We didn't pay a cent to get him/her (I don't know of it's a boy or girl). Exactly a year ago it came to our house like all wild birds do. But this one stood out amongst the brown sparrows. It was GREEN AND PINK!!! And it chirped beautifully. It seemed particularly interested in my other two birds' food trays. Yes, I also own two other Cockatails (sp?) and I'm sure they're females because they lay eggs around the springtime (no they don't have chicks in them. It's just a sign of having healthy amounts of Calcium in their diets.) So when this green one came, it seemed particularly interested in their food. Soooooo.....we lured it into a cage with food and once it was in- WE CAUGHT IT!!

It got used to its new environment and made friends with one of the Cockatails. They're always chirping at each other. So cute!!! It was better if we caught it because it would've been crow food or hawk food if we just let it go.

So just yesterday, around noon we found that it had escaped its cage!!! We were so sad and worried that it would run into an evil black crow and be dinner for it. We were sad...

But then....

Around 8:00 pm when the sun was setting we heard some lively chirps in our backyard. My mom checked and announced that our green fugitive bird had come back!! We set out its cage in the middle of the yard and the darn cute bird flew down and went inside to chow on some of the seeds it had left earlier in the day.

Can you believe that it came back?? Usually when a bird leaves, it never comes back because it usually gets lost or something. But this one came back right into its cage. Wow. What are the chances of that ever happening??

   :)
(I got this from my friend)

Just because you were born in '92 doesn't mean you're a 90's kid.

It's not like you could remember the original Simpsons. I am sorry but three conscious years of the nineties just wont cut it.

You're a 90's kid if:

You've ever ended a sentence with the word "SIKE!"

You can sing the whole rap to "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air"

You remember when Kurt Cobain, Tu Pac, River Phoenix, and Selena died.

You know that "WOAH" comes from Joey from "Blossom" and that "How Rude!" comes from Stephanie from "Full House"

You remember when it was actually worth getting up early
on a Saturday to watch cartoons.

You got super excited when it was Oregon Trail day in computer class at school.

You remember reading "Goosebumps"

You know the profound meaning of "Wax on, wax off"

You have pondered why Smurfette was the only female smurf.

You took plastic cartoon lunch boxes to school.

you danced to "wannabe" by the Spice Girls, Females: had a new motto, Males: got a whole lot gay-er. (so tell me what you want, what you really really want.)

You remember the craze then the banning of slap bracelets and slam books.

You still get the urge to say "NOT" after (almost) every sentence...Not...

Where in the world is Carmen San Diego? was both a game and a TV game show.

Captain Planet.

You knew that Kimberly, the pink ranger, and Tommy, the red* Ranger were meant to be together.

To the last sentence you said.....hey...Tommy was the green* ranger!!!!

*later to be white

When playing power rangers with friends you fought over who got to be who............and still all ended up being tommy.

You remember when super nintendo's became popular.

You remember watching home alone 1, 2 , and 3........and tried to pull the pranks on "intruders"

"I've fallen and I can't get up"

You remember going to the skating rink before there were inline skates

Two words... Trapper Keeper.

You ever got injured on a Slip 'n' Slide

You wore socks over leggings scrunched down

"Miss Mary Mack, Mack, Mack, all dressed in black, black, black, with silver buttons, buttons, buttons, all down her back, back, back" SHE ASKED HER MOTHER MOTHER MOTHER FOR FIFTY CENTS CENTS CENTS TO SEE THE ELEPHANTS PHANTS PHANTS JUMP OVER THE FENCE THE FENCE THE FENCE
he jumped so high high high he touched the sky sky sky and he didnt come back back back til the forth of july ly ly he jumped so low ow ow he stubbed his toe toe toe and thats the end end end of the elephants show show show

You remember boom boxes vs. cd players

You remember New Kids on The Block when they were cool

You knew all the characters names and their life stories on "Saved By The Bell"

You played and or collected "Pogs"

You had at least one Tamagotchi, GigaPet or Nano and brought it everywhere

You watched the original Care Bears, My Little Pony, and Ninja Turtles

NANCY DREW AND THE HARDY BOYS WERE THE BEST MYSTERY BOOKS

Yikes pencils and erasers were the stuff!

All your school supplies were "Lisa Frank" brand.(pencils.notebooks.binders.etc.)

You remember when the new Beanie Babies were always sold out. =[

You used to wear those stick on earings, not only on your ears, but at the corners of your eyes.

You remember a time before the WB.

You've gotten creeped out by "Are You Afraid of the Dark?"

You know the Macarena by heart.

"Talk to the hand" ... enough said

You thought Brain would finally take over the world

You always said, "Then why don't you marry it!"

You remember when everyone went slinky crazy.

You remember when razor scooters were cool.

when we were younger:

Before the MySpace frenzy.

Before the Internet & text messaging.

Before Sidekicks & iPods.

Before MIKE JONES

Before PlayStation2 or X-BOX.

Back when you put off the 5 hours of homework you had every night.

WHEN LIGHT UP SNEAKERS WERE COOL

When you rented VHS tapes, not DVDs.

When gas was $0.95 a gallon & Caller ID was a new thing.

When we recorded stuff on VCRs & paid $3.50 for a movie.

When we called the radio station to request songs to hear off our walkmans.

When 2Pac and Biggie where alive.

When the Chicago Bulls were the best team ever.

Way back.

Running through the sprinklers.

That "Little Mermaid"

Crying when Mufasa died in the Lion King. Every time you watched it.

Go back to the time when:

Decisions were made by going 'eeny-meeny-miney-moe'.

Mistakes were corrected by simply exclaiming 'do over!'

'Race issue' meant arguing about who ran the fastest.

Money issues were handled by whoever was banker in 'Monopoly'.

act like you didn't watch afro-king BOB ROSS paint trees on T.V.

It wasn't odd to have two or three 'best' friends.

Being old referred to anyone over 20.

A chance to skate as a couple at the local roller rink was like winning the lottery.

Scrapes & bruises were kissed & made better.

It was a big deal to finally be tall enought to ride the 'big people' rides at the fair.

When playing Nintendo was the hardest thing ever.

When Ninja Turtles ruled the world.

WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT YOU'D MISS THE 90'S SO MUCH!!!!

Your a 90's kid when you read this and smiled and laughed at least 5 of these.

If you are a 90's kid, repost this shiznit!

   It's been awhile
I keep reminding myself to update this thing but somehow I keep on forgetting. But not tonight! I finally sat down and now I'm reporting back about my recent adventuresome days.

Monday, May 29th

It was my friend Jona's 19th b-day. It was fun visiting the beach once again. It's been a while since I've been there. I woke up early in the morning to go out and buy something for her. When I got to the beach, she was there with some other friends: her boyfriend, some other two classmates and their boyfriends, and MONICA! My friend Monica is the one I haven't since in almost a year. The last time I saw her was back on our graduation day. When she saw me, she literally jumped on me and hugged me ^^ I've never felt so loved, lol. We then hanged out at the pier and viewed the rather dizzying waves. She caught up on all of our college experiences. I'm glad we didn't splash into the water. I don't really like getting wet at the beach. To think all of the little creatures in the water, all of the bacteria...all of the pollution! We just walked around, avoiding the seagulls from pooping on us. Oh yeah, since it was Memorial Day there was aaaaalllloooottt of PEOPLE!!

We left the beach early because the parking permit had run out of time. We then went to my friend Jona's boyfriend's house. I never realized how close he lived to my neighborhood. My friend Monica had bought 8 boxes of pizza and lots of sodas and water. Whoo!! We all had more than enough to grub on.

We went to several more places then went back home. The day sure went by fast.

Thursday, June 1st

It was my old high school buddy's, Carol, b-day. I left her a nice comment and b-day goodies on her MySpace. She's still away at college, so
it had to be a long distance greeting. Oh yeah, I also called her.

Later that day, I tagged along with my high school marching band to San Fernando. They were gonna be performing there. We went to the San Fernando High School, also known at some point in history as the San Fernando Junior High. When it was a Junior High, Richie Valens attended that school. If you watch "La Bamba" with Lou Phillips Diamond, you'll see some scenes of the the high school. Th

e school is quite pinkish in color. I was even there in the old auditorium where Richie Valens first performed.

Did I mention how HOT it was over there??? When I left my city it was all cold and foggy. San Fernando was hot and sunny.

Saturday, June 3nd

Just went to the mall, bought something from Sanrio and the FMA 2 video game.

Sunday June 4th

Went to Borders Bookstore, checked out the manga section. Bought nothing. It's sad being broke.

The weather has been nice here. Very sunny and warm. It reached 76 degrees F. It was a little too hot for us ocean coast-creatures.

   Hiyee!!
How is everyone doing?

Well same old stuff here. I was invited to a birthday party by one of my friends. It's going to be held at the beach! I haven't been to the beach in a long time. I only live like 5-10 minutes away from it. There's been some nice sunny weather so far this time of the month. So it should be fun. I like collecting seashells and all that =D

This last Friday I also went to the annual banquet that my old High School Band holds near the end of the school year. Since my little brother is still in the band, I still get to go. I saw a lot of old faces. The juniors from last year are now Seniors. The food was good as always. But I must say that it was quite....quiet?? Usually they have a movie playing while the people is eating, or music. But this year there was none of that. There was just a kareoke system, but everyone, except a few girls, was shy to try it out. Parents were also welcomed to the event.

Awards were handed out too. Also, the new officers for the 2006-07 band were announced. My brother was voted President! I was so happy for him!! I never got the guts to run for Band president when I was in the band. Hehe...I was voted Secretary my senior year. The job itself has as much responsibility as the President. But at least, I didn't have to make speeches in front of the students ^//^ Yah...I'm shy.

Overall, the whole banquet experience was great.

Well, I guess that's all for now. Later!!

   lol!! =P
Wow! I haven't updated this thing for awhile now. Well, nothing interesting has happened to me recently. *thinks*

This last Sunday was a rainy one. So my mom, bro and I went to Border's bookstore to spend the rather cloudy and cold afternoon away. I like the smell of coffee at the entrance to the store =P I didn't have a clear idea what I wanted to get there. I headed over to the CD section, but there was no music I wanted. I checked out their DVD section but nothing caught my eye. Neh. I wish they had a larger anime section. That I do. So I went over to where they had the manga novels. Omg, some people really stay there and read mangas all afternoon. I went to the aisle there and there were like four people, reading mangas, practically blocking my way. It's just one aisle. Some people were sitting across the aisle there and well...to get to the particular section I wanted to get to, I would've have to jump over their legs. If I did that, that would've been rude. So I skipped the mangas and headed over to my next favorite section: the Literature/Novels section. Again, nothing caught my eye. Went to the history section. Looked over some history WWII books. Saw some impressive WWII pictures. I'm more interested in the other elements of WWII, other than the fightings that took place, like the spies and government conspiracies and the daring people who tried to save the Jews in WWII. That's when I plucked out "Schindler's List" from the shelf. Haha! I'm a bookworm. I bought it too.

Before leaving the bookstore, I had to check out the manga section. Luckily, those people were gone. There was still that guy sitting there on the floor, blocking the entrance to the aisle, so I had to go around and enter from the other side. Hehehe...he had like 6 mangas of the same series stacked next to him. I was like...O.O whoa!

I found out that my best friend's MySpace got hacked by this weirdo. Second time this year. I wonder...how do hackers figure out e-mails and passwords? They must have some super-computer equipment or something. I want to be like Ed from Cowboy Bebop. A master hacker that could counter the activities of those evil-hacker ppl. Track them down and denounce them (I would have to be working for the police). Hacking should be a crime. It's really messed up. It's invasion of privacy.

I also went to the mall recently. My mom and I had gone into the ladies room to wash our hands (you know, germs are everywhere!) and this guy came in. I was like "Guy?...In ladies' room? Weird!" O.O I thought that maybe this dude was lost, drunk, or both. At the same time, the lady who cleans the bathrooms came in and told him to get out. The guy was saying "Why? I can come in here too!" The lady persisted, "Get out or I'll call Security". The guy got pissed and left. Whew...that was a weird experience.

Anyway, that's all for now. Bye!

   HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
Today is the day we treat our mothers for being great moms to us, for always being there for us. My mom and I have a special relationship. Since I have no sisters, she's like my sister. We joke around, go shopping, go to the movies, gossip, watch novelas XD Even though we should always thank our mothers for always being there and giving us life, there's some of us who are always too busy to stop and thank her. Today is the day to do just that. A little phone call goes a long way. A hug could mean a lot to her. Getting her that little something she always wanted to could give her smile. Whatever it is, just let her know you are thankful for everything she's done for you.

I've watched those "Trading Spouses" shows where moms from two families switch families. Before they leave, their kids are quite annoyed by their presence and want her out. A week later, however, they find themselves missing their real mom and want her back. A mom is indeed very unique.

Anyway...here's my pet lovebird ^^

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Isn't it the CUTEST THING EVER???
I call it "Chilito Verde" or Little Green Pepper ^^ It's small and green =P I think it's a boy because it sings a lot. We have another two female cockatails and they don't sing much. It doesn't have a little partner yet. Our local petstore doesn't have any lovebirds right now. We might just go around other pet stores and see if they have them. It does seem quite happy being by itself in its big cage. Usually, all of my three birds start singing together. But yeah. We might just get a partner for it. A little friend =D
