Um, oops, I almost forgot to post! Now what to post about? Nothing really happened today to talk about. Boring, I know. But hey, at least it wasnít bad.
And man, it would seem there has been an outbreak of spammers lately. Do these people join in packs or something? Meh.
Yep, today was theme change day. For those of you unfamiliar with Naruto, no that is not Sasuke-kun in all the imagines. Itís Itachi before he went evil, and I mean, way evil. Itachi good?! Yeah, weird concept isnít it?
Okay, since this post is pointless and probably boring, Iíll end it here. Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Sorry for not making it to everyoneí sites yesterday. I just needed a little break. And I apologize again for not putting everyoneís button up. I really canít fit any more up, there is simply no more room. So the current ones that are up are going to be the only ones up. Sorry.
I have been watching a lot of Ranma lately. I admit, itís the first time Iíve watched the series. And I have to say I like it. Itís quite silly, but there isnít anything wrong with that. It makes a good laugh once in a while.
And since Iím too tired to write anything else, a picture. I love Shampoo!

Today has been pretty boring. Didnít get my pic finished, didnít get either of my stories updated, yeah Iíve been pretty brain-dead today on a whole. So instead of getting into my boring day, something more interestingÖ
How about a little random humor?

I just posted a prelude version of a picture for dancing chaosí contest, just for my own feedback. I personally think she looked much better in pencil. But I am trying to practice this inking and coloring thing. Heh, as everyone can guess, black and white is more of my specialty. The colored version of Hiroe should hopefully be done tomorrow. It took all afternoon and evening to draw that pic though. Iím not used to this freehand stuff of making up costumes and that on my own. But I have to say, it was kinda fun. Like playing dress up. And if anyone is interested, her scimitar says, ďThe lamp of the wicked will be put out.Ē Itís a literal translation of a line from the Bible. As sheís half angel, I thought it fit. A cookie to anyone who can find all the multitude of crosses hiding in her outfit. ^_^
In other news:
I keep losing guest book entries. -_- Not the most breaking or shocking news, but hey. =P
Yeah, today was pretty boring, so there really isnít anything else to say.

Man, Shan-chan has been all around myO today! Iíve politely told off three spammers and one flamer. At least my resident spammer has apologized and itís been quiet all day. Funny thing is, I only started to get mildly forceful with him. I should really have done that days ago I guess. At least he seems to have backed off finally. And yes, I am starting to get slightly aggressive with these jerks. I do NOT tolerate spammers, end of story.
Ah, booness. My entire artist rating dropped a bunch over the weekend. Looks like a lot of people had fun voting Ďnoí without leaving any helpful comments. I wish people would tell me why they donít like it, but Iím not even going to get started on this rant tonight.
Now, Bakura goodness because it makes me happy:

And still it continuesÖ avoid the shout box younger ones.
First off, a super thanks to Petie for help with the buttons!! Youíre awesome! Thanks!!! Iím probably forgetting someoneís button, but thatís about all that can fit up there unfortunately.
Iíve finally updated my intro. I think Iíve got all the banners up there. Man, I never realized I belonged to so many groups. o_O Speaking of groups, Okita-kun
has started a Shinsengumi fan club. I know there are other PMK and Shinsengumi fans out there. All you gotta do is click on his name there and comment that you want to join. That simple!
welcome Krazyanime, KagaMinion, and DarkFireDragon!!
Yeah, can you tell Iím obsessing over Haku right now.

Mean Girl Yami Shanny - Avez-vous vu mon grille-pain rose flou?
That, *points to subject* is my msn screen name right now. ^_^ Cause, yes, apparently I am one of the mean people of myO. Let me explain, at least we all got called mean by someone
today. Mean girls and boys represent!
So, did everyone enjoy the free for all fight in Shannyís shout box today? For all the younger readers, erm maybe you should scroll past the shout box for the profanityÖ when the bloody thing ever comes back. Itís always fun to get pestered on your own page... for THREE days nonetheless.
Milky, SG, Dany, Evil, Beck, and Fallen. Thank you so much for standing up for me! You guys are so great. I'm super sorry you got attacked for it though. And Shadow, thanks for the support on msn. Really.
Aiya, its all upsetting, so a lovely, and extremely funny piece by Jen Lunden!

Alright my fellow Otakus. This is going to be a different type of post for me. No quotes, no facts, or rantsÖ just thoughts. I would say plain and simple, but Iím hardly either. So, I hope you can understand me, and that you appreciate the effort.
Why do I love children?
Humans by nature have many faces. A face we show to our parents, one to our friends, and another to teachers, and so on. They are all different in their complexity and the emotion that one is structured to show. Our friends would laugh at and scorn the one we show to our teachers. Itís a process we all go throughÖ the building of these faces.
Which one of these many faces that we wear is the real us? Or are they all us? Each a delicate strand of the web we spin to handle this cacophony called life. All these faces are us, just as every strand of a web is needed for solidarity. They are the walls we need to protect us from the world abroad. Each face molded to fit the situation it is intended for. Did you know, that by the time a child is six, they have formed their problem solving patterns? I often wonder if the faces start to take shape when this process happens. Do our mental defenses form after our major break through in problem solving? After all, arenít these faces just a solution to the problem of how to deal with the world around us? How to fit in?
The reason I love children? These faces do not exist yet, or they are in their simplest form. When a child smiles... they do so for the pleasure of smiling, and not because itís the socially acceptable thing to do. They are simple, straight and narrow. What you see is what you get. This new, yet age old concept, of simplicity, purity if you will, fascinates me.
And that my friends, is why I love children.
