   LalalaSTUFF.

YO! SakuraCon was last weekend! It was so much fun! *squee* Telling everything that I did would take ages, and I'm gonna post a big long thing in my LJ sometime soon, hopefully. It'll be LONG. I'll have pictures up soon, too. One of the things I went to was sort of an unofficial gathering of FMA cosplayers, and I took about thirty pictures at that. Some very interesting/cute things, including Roy and Riza dancing the tango, the one Izumi present beating up on all the Eds, and all the male soldiers and Scar bowing to Lust... It was pretty darn cool. I don't suppose anyone else was there? For reference, I was dressed as Walter from Hellsing. As far as I know, I was the only female Walter there, and as I failed to get a proper monocle, I just wore my regular glasses... but nobody seemed too perturbed by that, or by my hair which did not die properly and ended up a rather vivid purple... ... Heheheh. Eheh. Yes. Anyway, that's reall all that's been going on. I'm scraping by in Japanese 101 and very much looking forward to being done with school. This is what they call "senioritis", isn't it. Mah. Anyway, I gotta go and sleep. LOVE AND PEACE!

   Blurg.

Guess what time of year it is. >_>;; Sick... again... I've been down for about three days with this chest cold sort of thing. I think I know where I picked it up, too... I had to sing for some service league project with a bunch of little kids. They're like freaking globs of disease. Blegh. That said... I'm staying home from school tomorrow, for the most part (I gotta attend the commumity college classes, though, since it's the first day of Spring Quarter and stuff... here's to hoping I'll be conscious and able to drive). In other news... I didn't get into Whitman or Oberlin, but I am on Reed College's waiting list. I also just got scholarship news from Willamette. When I first read the letter, I thought I must have read something wrong. They're giving me $8000 a year. That's almost a freaking THIRD of the tuition! Yes, that did make me feel better. XD Anyway... I'm gonna go back to the couch before I collapse. I've been up for an hour and I'm not feeling so great... Stay healthy!

Grr.

Tablet is still dead. The driver is working fine, I know, since I can edit its settings and things... but when I try to actually use it, it doesn't do anything. The cursor doesn't move, it doesn't respond to clicking any buttons... The funny thing is, on the tablet itself, the little light that goes on when it's activated goes on just as it normally does. I don't know what could be wrong. ... this is making me really angry... I do, contrary to my parents' belief, use it quite often, and this pretty much means I can't draw or color anything on the computer, because I'm so retarded with a mouse... ... I can't afford to get a new one, either. I love my tablet very much, but right now, I just want to kill it. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I hate tech support, by the way. Ninety-nine out of one hundred of them are useless fuckers.

   Konnichiwa >_>

HagaRen Sound File: Roy Mustang arrived today! Yaaay. Listening to it now. Some of it is kind of weird, but it's not bad at all. Music is sort of on the jazz end of things (though there are some weird techno-sounding things in some of them), and of course Toru Okawa's voice is rather nice to listen to. XD If he'd just develop his vibrato a little more, then it'd be über-sexy. First track is mostly just him singing, second track is him with backup by what may or may not be his trusty military subordinates, third track is a duet between Roy and Riza, and the fourth is an instrumental version of the first one. The duet is SO cute. Michiko Neya's singing is sort of cutesy and I don't think working a bit with a vocal coach would do any harm, but it's not unpleasant at all. It's probably more due to staying in character, anyway. It's littered with Engrish (the lyrics even say, for one part, "warking on the moon"... XD now I'm thinking Chocobos), but I didn't expect otherwise. I just wish there were more tracks! Only four, for twenty bucks... ... oh, well. I like it. [/review] Much love! I'm so glad it's Friday. o_o

   Hi. I've been pwned again.

Attention to those who have requested banners: My tablet is dead. Again. I can't even fathom why, this time. I don't have a lot of inclination to fix it at this moment (my website is currently not letting me upload via FTP, and I'm so grah-ed out about the last website episode that I just don't feel like dealing with it until it comes up and bites me in the ass), so please don't ask me why I haven't gotten your banner done. It's because I have no working tablet, and I'm allergic to my mouse. >_>;; P.S. Shanny dear, I know I promised a 50x50 THAT banner a long time ago ^_^ I'll get to it either tomorrow or as soon as the tablet is working again. Something that small should be easily done by mouse.    Yay!...

I'm a terrible person. I bought the Hagaren Roy Mustang song file thing. I could have gotten it for 1550 yen over Amazon.co.jp, but unfortunately, that was all in Japanese, which I cannot read, so I had to buy it imported over Amazon.com, which was in English... that came out to about $20. Though... I bet, with shipping, the two would have roughly evened out. So maybe I'm not so terrible. ... I just need to learn Japanese, that's all. *is NOT obsessed* ... *glances around page* ... *is MOST DEFINITELY NOT obsessed*
