Random fact of the day:
In Shakespeare's time, mattresses were secured on bed frames by ropes. When you pulled on the ropes the mattress tightened, making the bed firmer to sleep on. Hence the phrase "goodnight, sleep tight."

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been on in so long, I've been pretty busy with school and all. Well, we had our last ever forensics tournament Saturday. It was really sad, but fun. Nikki and I did Duo Interpretaion together. We made it to the semi-finals and then got cut.
Sunday was really fun too! After church in the morning my family went to my cousin's house for lunch. After that we went to buy some shoes for graduation and I started looking at purses. Now this was a big thing for me, I never ever shop for purses. I actually felt like a girly girl. I got a really cool one. Bright pink, yellow, and orange with a cool lookin' girl on the front. Well, that's about all the excitement of my life. laters...

Hey Everyone! Thank you all so much for your well wishes for the play! They all went off without a hitch! I was so happy! My mom and my brother's girlfriend kept telling me I looked like Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I like to think I did-after all what girl doesn't dream of beaing a Disney princess? I wore a long yellow dress and I have brown hair and brown eyes so I guess I sort of did. Anyways, that's about the extent of my excitement this weekend so I'll leave at that. laters...

Hey everyone!*screams loudly* sorry about that I just had to let it out. I just had my cap and gown picture taken and it just smacked me that I was graduating in less than two months! I can't believe it's already that time! It feels like I just started high school. It's gonna be so sad to graduate. Leaving all the people I've known since I was in K5! I may never see some of them again *sniff* so sad...anyways I just had to let it out.
Well, I do have something to look forward to! Our schools senior drama plays are tonight and I'm in one! I'm a lil nervous but I know it'll be fun ^_^ We had the dress rehearsal thursday night and one of the girls dresses broke! The zipper just snapped. I hope we don't have a repeat of that! Yay! I'm in such a good mood right now! My mom just took me to get the measurements for my dress. So now the lady can start making it, horray!
Another wonderful thing is that my mom bought Secondhand Lions for my brother and I! I absolutely love that movie!!! If you haven't seen it yet I hightly recomend you do. It is such a good movie. I cried so hard-okay, no real surprise there, but still!
So yeah, it's been a good day so far-now I get to go practice piano...woohoo*said sarcastically* anyways here's a pretty snazzy quiz for your enjoyment. I mean after all any quiz that has tiger for a result has got to be pretty snazzy ^_~ laters...
