   tv
So, I might be getting a cold because I woke up at 14:00. I called Usaid Works right away to work on Epic. I'm on the phone right now with them. We're doing the outlines and storyboards for episode one. They've got Christmas music playing. We've been keeping pretty busy with our progress. We go in spurts. We'll be on the phone for a few hours without saying anything and then suddenly we'll get an idea and we won't shut up for another couple hours. Right now we're just a bit stuck. The beginning is the hardest to do because it has to grab your attention right away.

Well, people, future viewers, why don't you tell me what it is about television shows that draw you in and keep you in? I'm very new at this, all of Unsaid Works is new at this. If you want to ask about Epic you just have to message me on here or you could send and e-mail to: the_unsaid_works@yahoo.com :but we won't be able to answer some questions.

My specialty in the Epic world would be Zephyr and the Merridam family. If you want to know about those, put: for Dean :in the title head. The other members of Unsaid Works go by; Jess, Bobby, Sam, and Meg.

Yeah, I think that's enough of that. So, this afternoon when I was getting my coffee I saw a red shouldered hawk. It was awesome and so near my house. It was pretty big so I'd guess it was a female, but it was bobbing it's head and calling a lot so it could've been a male. So pretty though, it almost looked like an osprey. I love raptors! Speaking of raptors, I think my page is still messed up from my pictures so I'm not even sure if you can read all this.

   birdies
Thought I'd just get all the birds up. I can't find a real good picture of a black falcon and I'm not going to bother with the kite. So, that's Aquala, Sallya, Keefe, and Galahad. Keefe's a female so she's supposed to be brown but I thought I'd show you the blue color. Aquala's actually got the crest that the males get on her head because she's older. She wears a hood most the time though so it doesn't really make much difference. Yep, so, my site's going to be a little messed up so that you can see the pretty birdies.

Mostly for English.

So, I've been working on my Zephyrain nobles. My hands are killing me. I'm not sure why but I think it's related to all the work. It might be from balancing the laptop on my left hand and typing with my right. I only type with my right so I know that's why it hurts. I did three of the seven and I'm working on the fourth now. It's a lot of hard work but it'll be worth it in the end. See, I have to do Epic because this is the only thing in my life I've ever worked hard on. Well, this and that kitten thing I had to do, but you have to work hard there or they die. Common sense, my gift, my talent.

I'll probably come back to the families later. So, Thanksgiving, it was alright, not great but that's usual. I just sat there at the head and looked down the long table at the rest of the family. Listened to them complain about all these things and why I was better compared to other things. I've got a big enough ego, thank you very much. I watched Rocky movies after and some football, a dog show. My dad fell asleep and I woke him up in the middle of a dream so he was all confused and kept trying to explain something to me and my mom. It was pretty funny. I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe. I laughed so hard water was spraying from my eyes. I couldn't see most of the day so I think laughing that hard helped a lot.

So, back to the families. I did the von Bavol, the du Drake, and the del Ignis. I'm working on the degli Ruv right now. Yeah, so, I've got to get back to Unsaid Works and read some Italian off to them. Good week.

I had to wake up early yesterday to get my brother on the bus. I was so out of it. I took a nap later and it really threw me off. But, I did finish a chapter for Mirror Image and work on the del Ignis family of Zephyr. I'm really getting to like that family. I work much more on Epic then mirror Image these days. I used to be typing out ten pages a day, now I get the ten pages a month. It's better that way on my arm. I've been working so much on Mirror Image the last five years that I welcome the break. I miss gangster, but Mirror Image doesn't have any so it can't be helped. I started work on the du Drake family of Zephyr today. I think Zephyr's the only country you could trace this way just because it fall so heavily on the families and it's still very young.

So, yesterday my sister flew out to Phily for Thanksgiving. I wanted to go, but not to fly. I'm so glad I didn't go. Her plane was delayed right away. Stupid airports. And then when she was finally at my grandmother's she was texting her friends and stuff. My grandmother thought she was making fun of her, so she, my sister, my cousin, and my aunt all had this big arguement. Haines, they're impossble. I was at home all out of it from taking a nap, so my sister texts my dad and complains to him. She he has to call my cousin and aunt and tell them to stop being so immature. My head would be splitting. Oh yeah, my aunt lives in Florida and my cousin lives in Maryland, so this was and arguement through phone calls. They're so messed up. I hope Chris realises by now what he'd be getting into if he ever marries my cousin. They've been dating forever and have lived together for a couple years, it'll most likely happen.

My grandmother's going to show her Pom soon. She might bring me in as the handler. Bringing out the big gun for such a little dog, that's gutsy. I'm kidding, I've never shown, but a Pom would be easy. Now all I've got to do is convince her to breed her in a few years. She's scared to do it because she's so little, but you do show a dog and get the approvel from the rest of the dog community and then not pass on the genes. The whole point of showing is to get the best genes to pass along. I'll get her talked into it. There's already a demand for her puppies and she's not even going to be bred for another two years at least. That's pretty good. As long as I'm there to deliever them my grandmother will be fine with it.Can't people just pay me for doing all this stuff without me having to go to school for it? I've been doing it for a long time already without a degree.

Okay, got to call Unsaid Works and write some Epic. Oh yeah, my sister's birthday is tomorrow. I'm off the hook because I gave her the plane tickets.

   countries2
English, blah, my shotty arm hurts.

I did a bit of work on Byely, an island I'm assigned to. I think I'm having trouble with it because while I have a Byelite noble as a character, he's not part of the royal family. With Zephyr the whole country is based around the von Bavol. This makes it really easy to do all the history and the laws and penalties are pretty easy, but I can't do that with Byely. And then it's an island country so it's going to work slightly differently anyway. I'm probably overthinking all this.

So, what I got on Byely is that it's a monarchy with a royal family and twelve noble families. Byely's also loosely based on parts of Russian culture, just like Hogosha is loosely based on parts of Japanese culture, and Aziz is based loosely on Persain parts of culture. Zephyr's fictional but has a Slavic Greek hint.

The twleve noble families of Byely are split into three groups. Two serve the royal family directly as advisors, four are the military leaders, and the other six govern Byely directly. These twelve all have numeral last names and the royal family has a color last name, but it's not Byely. It used to be Byely decades ago.

Byely's going to be the least of my troubles when it comes to country developement. I'm pretty sure my biggest problem will be Amerique (probably spelled wrong). We have Amerique because it's not easy to always place a character in with a country. And to be honest you're going to have people so mutt that you don't really know what they are. These are the Ameriquans (spelled wrong probably). I've got two Epic characters that are Ameriquan, Aurora and Borealis. They're mutts and they were born in Amerique like their parents. I've got a backstory character, Juneau, who's Ameriquan but was born in Roux and lived there for many years. Kaspar, Phyre, and Swift are all Ameriquan only because I don't have my map. They all look a little off and I don't want to start complicating our human breeds so they'll probably stay Ameriquan but grow up in different countries. Yeah, this country will be hard because the name is pretty much the only thing it has in common with my country, to my knowledge so far. They can't really have much government since it's just the home of all the mutts. It'll be hard.

The only two of my mutts that I know a bit of heritage for is Juneau and Swift. It's weird since they're not important to the actual story. Juneau's got red eyes so she'd have some Blackwooder in her. Swift is all tan, eyes, shin, hair, everything. The skin would probably mean he's either part Rixarian or a really tiny part Ch'hoyain (spelled wrong). I guess technically he could be part Zephyrian but the country hasn't been around long enough for mutts. You'd be able to tell if they had Zephyrian probably.

So, other then working on bits of countries and looking up falconry, I worked a little on the del Ignis family. They're a Zephyrian family in charge of the battle stuff, even though the von Bavol always lead battles as the leaders of Zephyr. This is a fiery and aggressive family. They're pretty cool. The first four del Ignis to set foot in Zephyr came after six of the seven founding families came together and had been together nearly a year. They were Mordechai, Valkyrie (his wife), Uzi (son), and Lluvia (daughter). They had a couple more kids later but I didn't bother. Uzi had a few kids with his oldest son being Rian. The del Ignis never questioned the von Bavol at any time and are the only family to do so. Presently, the von Bavol and the du Drake have some friction but you can see that in the history. It's just worse now. But, yeah, the del Ignis are like immune to battle. Duscha marries into that family. I figured a del Ignis son would be the only one able to deal with her. She's a little bit scary.

I'm supposed to be sleeping so I can get you early to get my brother on the bus. I guess this is it. I think it's hilarious I go on and on about this totally fake world and it's people like I was doing a sick form of a documentary. Oh well, you can't make a character alive unless you talk about them like they are.
