I passed! By one and half mark. Not bad, huh? At least I passed. Thank you so much! I got a total of eleven and a half out of 20. ^^ Parent's signature is needed. But everyone protested, so my teacher said no need for the signatures. Whew! ^^ |

I finally get my A Maths test back.
My teacher came in and started writing on the board:
1) You do not pay attention.
2) You cannot be bothered by what the teacher is saying.
3) You are doing other things while the teacher is explaining.
4) The test was difficult, but not too hard. If you had read the textbook, you could've answered. [Me: Yeah, right! -rolls eyes- The paper was very difficult!]
5) Everyone failed. Re-test soon.
Everyone clapped and cheered. YAY! Re-test! ^^
The highest mark was 9 and a half; the lowest was 3. lol. I got a pathetic 8. Nobody cried because we're all in the same boat. Then we started discusssing the paper. See what we did wrong, see what the TEACHER did wrong.
Turns out that my teacher mismarked this particular question; our answers were correct, but my teacher marked it as wrong. So we get to claim some marks! ^^
We have yet to finish discussing the paper, we're still trying to claim marks... ^^ Hopefully, when all mismarkings and claiming of marks are finished, everyone will at least pass, ne? Hopefully.
With the marks I've already claimed, my mark is a borderline 10. Full marks is 20. I still intend to claim some marks... Hopefully enough to pass. There's still hope. |

My E Maths test is great! Just one more mark and I could have gotten full marks. ^^ I am so happy. I'm really satisfied, 19 out of 20 is an A. ^^
I've still got my A Maths test, though. I'm trying not to worry about it. You know, what's done is done, all there is the future. ^^ I may get the test tomorrow. I'm praying that I pass. At least a pass. Even one mark above pass... |

Thanks for wishing me luck. I'll inform you of my grades when I get them. So not looking forward to it...
Anyway, I went to the VCD shop yesterday, and to my surprise, they actually sell Prince of Tennis VCDs!!! I was excited. I took the box and read the label, "Audio: Japanese/Mandarin" I thought, "Great! I can hear the real voices!"
Then, "Subtitles: Chinese"
I go, "WHAT?! No way!!!" It was disappointing. Really disappointing. I don't understand Chinese/Mandarin nor Japanese. I only know a few words and that's it. It's not fair! Why can't they make it ENGLISH subtitles? WHY?!
I am so frustrated. They did that to Gensomaden Sayuki and that's why I don't watch Sayuki. It's totally unfair. I want to watch Prince of Tennis!!! My sister suggested downloading fansubs, but I don't know where to find them. Irritating.

It's a beautiful day. Really. It's not too hot and not too cold - no rain, just enough cloud to block the sun so that it's not too hot...
It's been a really great week for me. Until my Maths teacher said "Maths test, two failures." But that's for E Maths, not A Maths, and I'm sure I managed to answer most of the E Maths questions correctly. It's A Maths that I'm worried about.
My teacher will give out the paper on Monday - wish me luck! ^^ |

Guest what? I had a field trip! Where? The MARKET!!! The WET Market, mind you. Where the floors are so wet, everyone was careful not to splash the water onto our clothes. You will definitely smell of fish once you get out. I had to put the clothes that I wear to the Market in the washing machine. It reeks of fish.
But I had a great time! We named the vegetables, meats, fishes, fruits, spices, etc. Who knew there were so many kinds of fish? All the names... sigh... We had to write them down.
The best thing is, my teacher treated us to drinks! It was so hot, everyone was thirsty; my teacher pitied us and bought drinks for us. Yay! It was so fun! ^^ The Market. Who knew it'd bring joy to me and my classmates. ^^
I am still feeling happy, nothing has gotten me down. YET. I hope nothing ever will. I just want to be happy. For as long as possible. So now, I'm off to play some games... and watch T.V. ^^

I am feeling happy today. ^^ First, I met a new friend, who is also a myO member. Such a great person, I really admire him. I salute him. ^^
Second, I finally talked to my 'old' friend, who I haven't talked to for a long time. Chanced meeting on MSN. One of the days when you really love technology.
Both of them are very good guys, I really enjoyed talking to them. They brightened up my day. So, thank you, guys! ^^
I had a nice day today, thanks to them. They made my day. I love my friends! ^^

I am feeling a bit better. Less stressed. My A Maths teacher is very kind. She admitted that she hasn't marked the papers yet, but she kept repeating, "Failure is a stepping stone to success. So no matter how many times we fail, we can still succeed." Yes, I believe in that too. Only that I have to explain to my mother why I didn't get a good mark...
I still have other homeworks, but I need some entertainment first. I still need to finish reading the Phantom of the Opera... ugh.

I'm feeling a bit better. I really need A Maths tuition. But my current tutor doesn't do A Maths, so she's now trying to find someone to tutor me and three of my friends on A Maths. The faster she gets somebody to teach us, the better. We really need help. I'm praying it's a girl who'll teach me, I don't talk to boys much; I'm in an all-girls school. That's partly the reason. I'm just plain shy. ^^
I am going to eat another ice-cream tonight. So I'm signing off. Bye! |

I am so sad!!!
I feel like crying! The A Maths was so difficult! I couldn't get the answers! It's so frustrating! I think I flunked the test. One of the questions holds six marks. SIX MARKS!!! I didn't finish the question, much less get the answer.
I've never failed a test before, so this will go down hard. Especially since Maths is my best subject - my favourite one, too. First time taking an A Maths test... I don't feel good. Even an ice-cream doesn't make me feel better!
But I'll survive. "Life is full of obstacles and hard times, but one must face them and overcome them to live a great and meaningful life."
I will survive. If I don't, you are welcome to visit my grave. ^^ Just kidding. I intend to live life the fullest, and not get down by a mere Maths test that I most probably failed.
I shall survive! How many times have I said that in my post? Let me say it again! I SHALL SURVIVE!!!
I'm going mad!!! I need some rest... My brain's not working properly... See you around! |
