Hey guys!
I feel a lot better, but not until the end of the day. Momo said I should go to school, so I did. .....She let me rent a movie yesterday. ^_^ I ~was~ gonna get Kiki's Delevery Service, but they didn't have it at the moment, so I got Catsle in the Sky instead. I really like that movie too.....I think that might be my theme, since KDS, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away don't have many greenish pics on Otaku and I"m too lazy to go find a better sourse....maybe animelab.com might have some...I don't know. It usually has worse stuff than Otaku. .....well all for now...Oh wait! We had to start CPR in P.E. today and Cameron had left school for lunch or somethin', the point is he got back late and missed the movie and all the directions and everything so Mr. Kelly was walking him through it and he forgot to tell him not to actually come in contact lip-to-lip with the dumpy. It was hilarious. Since I didn't have the best veiw I missed it, but I used process of eiliminataion. Daniel said that when Cameron's clueless face rose, there was spit hanging from his mouth and everything! He was the only kid in MP Middle school to do the perseedure to the full extent. Hee hee hee. Sorry I still can't help it. Well that's it for now. See ya! I'm gonna go watch Catsle in the Sky again! ^_~V Yaaay!

   Like I thought, I stayed home today
The longer I'm awake, the worse I feel. I get the most relieve when sleeping or eating. I'm not hungery. I wanna rent Kiki's Delevery Servise, but I don't think Momo would go get it for me, she went of some arends about 45 minutes ago... I think. I don't know, I was reading. I finished my book though, it was good. *sniff* *goes to blow nose, comes back with apple juice* I gotta stop thinking. When I *cough, cough* think about what I'm gonna type, then I forget some when I type and then I get mad for forgetting. If I don't make sence I blaim my illness....heh heh, at least I don't have the Sweating Sickness. *sneezes* *sniff* I'm supposed to be doing my homework, that's why I don't think momo will get the movie. It shouldn't take all that long, all I ~really~ need to do *blows nose* I wanna hankie...all I ~really~ need to do is one work sheet for history. Once I'm done, I'll ask momo to go get the moive. Do you think she'll get it? I didn't even ask her to stay home today. All I've asked of her so far is more coughdrops and one of her craker things.....*sniff* I'm aslo gonna ask her for a hankie *sniff* *eyes are wattering, groans* *blows nose* See, I told you, my nose is drooling. Not running, droolilng. There's a difference. *blows nose again, coughs 3x's* I'm going now....bye

   I'm sick
My nose has been drooling, my mouth is ahcing, I can't breath through my nose, my head is aching really bad....sorta, I have a sore throat, but it isn't as bad as yesterday, there is a large presure in my upper nose, my mouth is extremely dry, I have a cough and the sneezes, and to top it off, I think I might be getting an ear ache in ~both~ ears. -.- I won't be going to school tomorrow, I haven't even started my homework. *coughs* But the good that's come out of this, I've almost cought up on my reading. Now I'm just a few days behind. *coughs* ~Why~ did father insist on having our computer in our salareum?! *wipes nose drool* Ughhhh I'm gonna go now, buuuuuuuuh.

   That's supposed to be blushing
Oh my gosh, I'm so embarrassed! I don't know how many of you watch the show Futurama, but you know who bender says "Oh, I'm boned" if he's gonna get beat up or they're gonna die or somethin? Well I said that today when I still hadn't found the folder I lost that had my homework for home ec due next hour in it. My gosh, the way they reacted... I'm ~never~ saying that to anyone but close friends (who get it) ever again! I'd rather not talk about it much more, so let's drop the subject.

I felt kinda dead all day today. A almost-but-not-yet-crappy in the morning, okay at luch, then dead and lazy at math and science, and home ec just sucked. I'm glad today was the last day for home ec. Tomarrow we start health class. People say that it's really funny if you get the right teacher. Daniel, who already had, probably only learned one thing though. What vigina means (it's latin); little or small purse. Oh joy, won't this class be fun? Anyways, I have to redo my assignment for home ec. and turn it in tomarrow if I want credit. *sigh* *cough* Oh and to top it off, I think I have a cold. Oh well, not much I can do there, but wait it out. Anyways, I think that's really all to report on, see ya!

Seriously! I said I'm okay!
I wasn't lieing in my last post. I was happy, really happy. I just... *looks away kinda blushing* But I mean it! I was- no! I ~am~ happy! *pouts*

Okay, with that out of the way... More about math. *Calculates* Okay, it was yesterday that we watched October Sky (awsome movie)...okay! Yesterday, we watched October Sky in math class cuz a lot of people missed math on Monday, when everyone else took it (some jazz band thing). When there was about five minutes left, people started getting restless so Mrs. Geihl stoped the tape and said that she would read off some of the ~scores~ annamously to the class so we got a feel of how well we did as a whole, ~though~ she wasn't quite done grading (of those she had, one was left). She started listing off letter grades, mostly C's (unusual) so when she came across an A she would congratulate the student. There were three A's two A-'s and one regular. I was never congratulated. I was starting to get nervous, thinking I must've goten one of the B-'s (the next highest grade). That upset me, I would've sworen I did well. We got them back today and I got a A. ^_^V Yay is me. Speakin' of math, I have some math homework that I should be starting. Bye!

Oh wait! News! I have a new pupil! You know how Cameron made me his tutor? Well, now and then he reports to me (on his own free will) how well he is doing. And he was telling me that he got a B somethin' on his test and I guess Brian overheard while I wasn't paying attention cuz suddenly I heard him say rather loudly, "Hey, Kate, will you tutor me too?" I didn't respond cuz Cameron started telling me how well he did. I was congratulating him. A while later he and Mia were over with April and me doing our science projects together and he was bing really annoying and taking our rotors and stuff. If you don't know what a rotor is, that's okay, it doesn't matter. He threw ours (April and mine) over to the other side of him and we were too lazy to go get it so I said, "If you get that I'll tutor you in Math!" "Really?!" he called as he jumped up and ran over to the rotor. "Yeah," I answered as I took the rotor. "While you're up, pick ours up too," Mia told him. "No, why would I do that? I don't care about ~you~" was his answer. Cute huh? I thought so, oh well. See ya! ^_~

Right now I'm at the college with momo. She is here doing work and wanted to know if I would go with her (she doesn't like being here alone). I said yes of course. So I'm currently doing my home ec homework. It's pretty neat really. What I have to do is go to an assigned, food-related website and write all this info down about it. Sensational Irish Cream Cheesecake

It is truly sensational and too good to only make for St Patrick’s Day!




Estimated Times:
Preparation - 25 min | Cooking - 40 min | Cooling Time - 3 hrs 20 min refrigerating | Yields - 16

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups finely crushed chocolate graham crackers
6 tablespoons butter, (we recommend LAND O LAKES® Butter), melted
1 recipe filling, (as follows)
3 packages (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup irish cream liqueur, (up to 1/2 cup)
3/4 cup NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels, divided
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour


Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Grease 9-inch spring form pan.

FOR CRUST:
COMBINE graham cracker crumbs and butter in medium bowl; stir until crumbly. Press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of prepared pan.

FOR FILLING:
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in liqueur.

COMBINE 1/2 cup morsels and flour in small bowl; gently stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Sprinkle remaining morsels on top.

BAKE for 40 to 50 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Loosen side of pan. Cover; refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.

FOR SENSATIONAL MOCHA CHEESECAKE:
SUBSTITUTE 1/4 cup half-and-half or milk, 2 tablespoons cooled coffee and 1 teaspoon almond extract for liqueur. Prepare as above.
