The Good Life
Song: The Good Life by Kanye West ft. T-Pain

I don't really like Kanye as a person, but he is a great singer and all of his songs are really catchy.

I'd like to say that I've officialy got past all the drama and it's over with. It really didn't get solved the way I would have liked, but it did get resolved for now. I've had the past two days off from work and it's been very relaxing. Me and Alyssa went out last night. We ate at Souper Salad and had Ice Cream at Baskin Robbins. She gave a cool ring too. I'm not much of a jewelry guy, but I really appreciated that she loves me enough to give me something. I really was touched by it.

I'm applying for Event Master on Otakuboards! It's always been a little dream of mine to be a mod of some sort on the boards, I hope I get it. Maybe you guys can slip James a little PM or some money to sway him in my favor....lol. Wish me luck guys!

Comment Corner:

Chris (is it okay if I call you that?): Yeah I know, I used to be that way too. I did try to get all sides of the story, but one of the sides decided that she was just too annoyed by me and we decided to solve the issue by just not seeing each other, which is a shame because her boyfriend is a really cool guy. Time heals all wounds, I guess.

I wasn't so much worried about working so darn much, it's just that I wanna spend time with my family because I'm like a ghost in my own home...which is kinda unsettling. I know others have the same dilemma as me, but it's never good when it happens to you.

Jacob: Thanks bro, 'preciate it. See? You can give good advice! ^_~

Alrighty everyone, have a good day.

Under the Bridge
This week is gonna be long. I have a feeling about it. It actually started on Saturday, where a good acquaintance of mine started really bashing Alyssa really badly, which stems from some previous event that involved Alyssa, her and her Boyfriend. Now I don't really know what went down, but all the information that I was being fed at that time was a little too much to handle at once and it caused me to have certain doubts about our relationship. Like "What really happened there?" "Will she do this to me?" "Oh god, don't let this be a repeat of what happened to before." I know it's kind of bad to doubt your own girlfriend, but I couldn't help it with what was being thrown around. I don't want to be in a relationship if I have doubts about my girlfriend. But rest assured, I don't think that Alyssa did anything. I trust her enough to know that she has good judgement (for the most part).

School is getting ready to stop for a whole week for our fall break. I still think that I'm gonna have a 40 hour work week though, because of the Holidays coming up. Which is crap, because I've been working hard already and picking up the slack from others who either quit or stopped working on weekdays because of school events. I hate having extra work packed on me, because that means less time with my family and my girlfriend.

Alright, enough ranting...it's not healthy

Jacob: Halloween was okay... for the most part. I was really mellow this Halloween. I didn't get to play my usual assortment of pranks.

Funky Cole Medina
Song: Funky Cole Medina by Tone Loc

I like old school rap and if you heard the song "Wild Thing" by Tone Loc, then you've probably heard this one before. I love the song's beat, and I think Perez Hilton did a freestyle remix of it when he was on Celebrity Rap Showdown. That is...when I was flipping the channels and I just happened to stop on MTV. I never watch it, I swear. <_<

Ummm sorry for not updating in a while. I was hanging out with Alyssa a lot and couldn't find time to update...but that's okay. Plus there was Guitar Hero 3. So that is another reason. Let me tell you something about GH3.

YOUR FINGERS WILL FALL OFF!

I started playing on Expert right away, seeing as I pretty much aced GH2 on expert. But this game takes the Guitar stuff up like 6 notches and introduces some of the hardest guitar rock I've ever played. I've almost completed the game and my fingers are really sore from the game. So buyers beware...you are in for a scare-RL Stine will probably sue...hahaha.

Alrighty, have a good day everyone. November is upon us and that only means one thing. Too much Cranberry Sauce and not enough carrot sticks for me to munch on.

After the Sunset
Song: So Far Away by Staind

Wow, I feel great. I had an awesome time with Alyssa last night and now I feel like I'm on top of the world. We really didn't do anything either...we just hung out at her house, ate dinner, played games, watched FLCL and enjoyed each others company. I didn't really care what we did, all I wanted was to be with her. We tried a new way of eating bratwurst. I cooked it on the skillet and it didn't come out like I wanted it to, so Alyssa cut it up and we put it on top of steamed rice. It came out fantastic. So having a little bit of creativity payed off, huh?

Let me ask you guys, what do you think of the new look? Am I going in the right direction here? I'm not done with it yet, I have this feeling that it needs one more little thing to make it perfect. Any suggestions?

Comment Corner:

Jacob: Nah, don't worry about it man. I never get truly offended by most things. I knew you were having a bad time...and I knew that you needed to blow off some steam.

Shame on you for not being on when the network was down! Hahaha. Steph hasn't been on cause she was on vacation. I still see her from time to time on AIM, so no big deal. As long as we never forget each other, we will never be that far from each other.

Okay everybody, have a good day. Enjoy your friends company and remember to take care of yourself and do everything in the glory of God.

God Bless

After a Short break....
Song: Life is Beautiful by Sixx Am

Hey there everyone. The network was down for a bit, so it looks like no one got to get an update in yet. But never fear! I did not waiver and brought a new look, a new avi (I love L from Death Note) and a new playlist. So it's like a fresh start. Ahhh...

Life has been going great. I got a new girlfriend, her name is Alyssa. She is just plain awesome. She makes me laugh all the time and I just love her unconditionally. We went to the cornfield maze this past Saturday and we had a great time. We're hanging out again today after I pick up my brother and sister from school. I can't wait!!

I haven't got any comments in the last few posts, but I will say something to my best friends/ siblings.
~~~~~~~~~~
Jacob: Hey dude, sorry about the whole religion thing. I wasn't trying to press anything on you. I know that the Bible helps me in times of weakness and I thought it might help you. But I realize I should have just been there to listen to you. I apologize.
Steph: Welcome back from your vacation! I hope you had a very nice break and got to visit your new cousin. I bet he was really cute. We spoke over AIM yesterday and you seemed happy. Let's hope that feeling remains. Much love sweetie.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Nothing else today, maybe more tomorrow.

Have a good day everyone.

Sickness and new playlists
Song: Hemorraghe by Fuel

Man it sucks to be down with the flu. I've been feeling horrible all day long and it culminated with me barfing when I got out of school. Bleck. Sorry if this offends anyone.

The last few days have been pretty sweet. I got some time to spend with my new companion Alyssa. She is just sooo coool and she makes me laugh all the time. We're going to the corn field maze this Saturday and I am really looking forward to it. She met my mom last night and my mom was really impressed with her. So looks like things are looking up for me already.

I'm thinking about a change of scenery for the site. Any suggestions all?

I'm working on a new playlist... should be up later...

Alright everyone, have a good day.

God Bless
Korey

When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus. 14But since they could see the man who had been healed standing there with them, there was nothing they could say. 15So they ordered them to withdraw from the Sanhedrin and then conferred together. 16"What are we going to do with these men?" they asked. "Everybody living in Jerusalem knows they have done an outstanding miracle, and we cannot deny it. 17But to stop this thing from spreading any further among the people, we must warn these men to speak no longer to anyone in this name."

   Reporting in...
Song: Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls

Man, I feel great. I had my blind date today and I gotta say, my pal was right. This girl is just plain awesome. She makes me laugh, she looks out for me and we just shared a lot in common. She is just a perfect girl.

Now for the date...we went to this place called Paco Wong's and we shared a Sweet and Sour dinner plate and some rice. We sat and talked and joked with each other. Then we went to a family fun place and we played DDR and other games (she kicks ass at air hockey). Then I had to leave, so I took her home and she lives in a pretty huge house. Then when I brought her to her door, we exchanged glances and then moved in for the kiss. I was on cloud nine people. I couldn't have felt any better.

Jacob: I'm glad to have friends like that. He did a great thing for me and I appreciate him for that. She is just plain awesome. Perfect in almost every way.

Treble will win every day of the week. C'mon dude, how good can you be when you claim the oboe as one of your instruments? Or how about the Bassoon? Hahaha.

Alrighty everyone. Take it easy and have a good day.

   Blind dates
Song: Apologize by One Republic

Well, I have to say..at least my friends give me a shot at being happy. So here's the situation...

After the recent dating debacle I went through. A friend of mine said he was gonna hook me up with a girl that he's known for a little while. He think we'd be a good match for each other. So he gave me her AIM address. So as I signed onto AIM the other day, I looker her up and suprisingly, she was on. So we talked for a while and she was really cool to talk with. So we decided to meet each other on Monday since I don't have class and go to lunch together. I hope this works out of the best. I have faith that it will. The Lord works in mysterious ways.

I have three days of work, then a couple off, then more work on Thursday. But then I have Friday and Saturday off...which Saturday is the corn field maze! Hooray! I'm going to enjoy myself there.

So, to everyone else...wish me luck. Have a good Sunday everyone!

God Bless
Korey

   Late Update
I'm the last one to update today...I blame me for being lazy.

Not too much to report. Going to my Alma Mater's homecoming game tonight. Gonna be bitchin. But I have to take pictures....T_T lame. Well, maybe not. Maybe so. Who knows?

Thanks to Jacob and Lestat for helping me out for the last post. You guys are the best.

Ummm...will try to have more tomorrow. Not in real talkative mood. Hasta la Vista!

Have a good one everyone

God Bless
Korey

My Immortal
Song: My Immortal by Evanescence

Ok let's skip straight to the comments, because the meat of the post is for someone else.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jacob: Thanks man. I really appreciate that. It IS rare to find someone with faith in this world, but I think that having faith in oneself and the lord will lead to salvation, whatever that is. I don't know if that's heaven or not, but I know it will be somewhere great.
Steph: *see below*
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I know I've posted on your blog before Steph, and I think I've said this so many times. Yet I feel you're not getting it. So this is just for you.

Stephanie, you ARE loved. By many people. I don't know why you think you are always are on the outside looking in. I think you don't see the people that are already there for you (Your Parents, Jared, your friends in GA, Jacob and Me...etc). I know that you want to find love with that one special person and it hurts to know that you have to hurt others if it doesn't work out with them (as it did with Stephen). That's a fact of life that I know all too well. I won't say I've been around the block a few times, but I'm rounding the last corner. But here's some things that you may not know about yourself that I think the rest of us all know about you.

1. You are really caring and protective of your friends.
2. You are always the sweetest person in a conversation. I've never found myself upset when I talk to you. Confused sometimes, yes. But upset, never.
3. You are always able to make us smile and laugh when we are around you.
4. No matter how you may look on the outside, you are the most beautiful person on the inside. Truly.
5. You have TONS of people that care about you with all their hearts.

Now I know you have a lot of personal things that weigh heavy on your heart (death, break-ups, relationships, parents having kids), but sweetie, it's how you deal with these things that show what kind of person you are. You can't sit and dwell on these things and let the negative energies steer you down the wrong path. Have faith in the lord's plan and you will always find the right path, for if you fall, he will grab your hand, for he is the leader of the way to salvation.

Now, I want you to cheer up and if you need anything, and I mean ANYTHING, don't hesitate to give me a PM or comment on the site. I probably won't be on AIM today, got some brotherly things to do. Perk up sweetie, life's no fun with you down in the dumps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
Okay, to everyone else, have a great day. May the lord show you the true path.
God Bless
Korey
he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.
