Break!
Well folks, it's official. I'm going to Arkansas for Spring Break to visit my grandparents. Woooh! South! Tics Ahoy!(actually, I'm not sure if it's tic season or not, but eh, it sounds more red-necky that way ^_^) And really, everyone complains that the South is boring, but that just suburbanites and city folk who don't realise the joys to be had in all that nature. And my art supplies are coming with me to fully appreciate those joys ^_^ (ok, so it's just homework that has to get done, but I'm sure me and my camera will have some lovely shots for you guys when I get back...) So yeah, I'll be gone from this coming Tuesday until the following Monday. Woohoo! Two 11 hour bus trips for me! I hate flying and the bus stop is closer to their house than the airport (I mean, don't get me wrong, the view from planes is great, and clouds look like yummy marshmellows, but I've always felt that my feet belonged firmly on the ground. Plus, airplane toilets creep me out ^_^ Ah, the joys of paranoia) Of course, my impending trip meant that I had to make a visit to the bookstore for some reading material. So I picked up Ouran High School Host Club, since I heard so well of it from ElvesAteMyRamen. And considering the fact that I was pretty much rolling on the floor laughing after the first couple of pages, I bought the first two volumes (They were missing #3, so I couldn't go any farther T_T My wallet is crying from relief now) Unfortunately, I liked them so much that I couldn't save them for the trip, and have now almost finished the second volume O.O Hmm, I guess I'll have to find some old books I haven't read in a while after all... Or will I... *looks around for wallet, and finds it cowering in the farthest corner under the bed*
