Annoying Dad

When my dad came home, he asked me what I was doing. I said "not much." He then said "that's not good." That made me mad. I can never not be doing anything around him. Everything has to pe productive. I understand doing something productive with my life, but not with every moment of it. I need to rest and relax. I need time to myself. Why he doesn't understand that, I don't know. Again, he got on to me abouta scholarship to MTSU. I thought I told him about it, but he got so mad because ht thinks I didn't until today. The deadline is at the end of the month, but I don't care. I don't want to go to MTSU. I've began to not really want to go to college at all. I'm sick of all this work in high school. I'm just sick of school. Unfortunately, basically my entire family isn't giving me a choice. Since I've been making good grades and especially now as the valedictorian, everyone expects me to do something important with my life. I honestly don't care much anymore. My first career choice is shot down because of a little thing called reality. Why super heroes can't exist I'll never know. As for my second choice of comic book writer, I need to learn to write. Plus, I need to find an artist so that I can actually make a comic. I'm just basically sick of my dad, and my stepmom, griping at me about doing something with my life. I'd do something as soon as I figure out what I want to do. Why can't they just understand that I just need time and space, two things I'm quickly running out of.

So Close

It's raining and sleeting outside. Many systems around mine are closed, but not my school system. Oh well. Today won't be much anyways. I miss a lot of English and Spanish due to a pep rally and Math because we are going to have a full study hall instead of the normal half. At least it's something. I'm really not looking foward to Friday. Schol is out for every student except the 11 students in my program who have to go to give commentaries on a passage that is chosen when we get there.We have to go into a closet for 25 minutes to analyse the passage, then give a 10 minute presentation on it. That sucks. This weekend will be ok. Other than the volunteer work at the library, I think it's going to be pretty easy. I hope to go by the local comic book shop to see if there is anything I want. I Hate School

I'm sure I've said it before, but it needs repeating. I just hate Spanish, plain and simple. Plus, this Friday is suppose to be a day off for everyone, but not the people in my senior IB classes. We have to go to school and give English commentaries, where we analyze a passage and talk about it for 10 min. I hate that. At least it's now Wednesday, which means the new comics come out. I'll get some after school. Inuyasha. Quite the weird bunch aren't we? You all have something that is strange about you and even though you really care for each other, you don't show it much. Monday is over

I heard that most heart attacks happen on Monday mornings. That's not too hard to believe, now is it? 3.5 months until I graduate and leave high school. I'll miss somethings, such as my friends and amazingly some of my classes like art. I will not miss Spanish or my alarm clock, which I will smash with a sledgehammer on graduation day. I slept late because of it. I woke up early, turned it off, accidently fell asleep again, and woke up late. I had to rush and get ready for school. As for Spanish, I just finished two packets, on which many parts I guessed. I'm in Spanish 6. You'd think I could carry on a conversation in Spanish, but no. I'm definately not going to miss that class. I said I wouldn't miss Boys State (a kind of government camp) even though I now do, but there is no way I will miss Spanish. I'll miss my classmates, but that class is evil. I'm just sick of school. I've been formulating a good comic idea, but I don't know if I want to enter the contest or just make it myself. The problem with making it myself is that I'm an ok artist, but not comic-book good. The average rate for many pencilers is a page a day. I couldn't do that. I don't have the patience. I'd like to find an artist to team up with. I think the idea is good, and it's manga-esque I think. Oh well, maybe later. It's getting late, so I'll get some sleep. Later.

What to do?

It's Saturday. There's not much to do now. I might watch a movie, draw a character idea, or write another work like the Creature of the Night above in the introduction. I should be working on that comic book idea, but I'm still trying to decide on the direction I'm trying to go in. All I know is that there will be a swordsman. Still, these are much better problems than school. With going to college soon and finishing high school, days like today are greatly welcome. The one thing I do hate is that I keep thinking about going back to school on Monday. It's like a paralyzing fear. I'm really sick and tired of school. Why can't they just give me the diploma? I already have the highest GPA. Still, I hate going back. I especially hate my alarm clock. That alarm is disturbing. It sends shivers down my back when I hear a sound like it. I'm going to smash my alarm clock with a sledgehammer when I graduate. Other than that, I'm almost dreading graduation. I'll miss many of my classmates, my friends. Plus, I'll have to give a speech, being valedictorean. I hate giving speeches. Well, that's what I've got to say for the moment. Hopefully, they'll approve my original drawing that I did. I call it an angelic half demon. It's part human and part bird. He has wings and feathers on his fore arms and lower legs. Type to you all soon.
