What tale of love would you want? (GIRLS)
You walked down the street eyes shadowed. You had the hardest day of your life, blood dripped down from your mouth and your left side of your face bleed from the even nail marks. Your shirt was torn and splattered with blood. You had helped your friend out of a fight and ended up getting jabbed in the stomach and much more. You glare at the yellow paper you are suppose to give to your parnets. Your mind flashes back to think of how it got started. '"Do you think you'll say yes," you say to your friend with a big grin on your face."I don't know," says your friend.You both giggle and laugh. Your friend had gotten asked out to the prom and you were so happy for her. You were still dateless but why deny your friend her chance to have fun."Look here Kari," says Crystal from behind your friend."Leave us alone," you snarl as you continue to talk to your friend.The bell rings and you leave hands bawled up into fists. Then you hear your name be shout out. You turn around and there is your friend. She is beening held up against a tree you look around no teachers great. You rush up and try to pull one of the girls off but instead grad a lock of her hair. You gasp and begin to apoligize. When WHAM, BAM!!! You clutch your stomach as the girl starts to tear at you screaming and cusing her head off. You hold back the tears as you feel the warm liquid of blood drip down your arms and face. You hear her friend pull her off of you and walk away. You look up and your friend has rushed over to the other girls you glare at her. You collapse to the ground and cough blood. You get back up and walk a little ways you trip and land on a broken bottle. You claw the ground urging your self to not scream. "Let me help," says a voice you think its just a treak."No just go on inside I'm fine," tears are filling your eyes fast and you can't see who it is.You hear the footsteps desperse. You pull your self back up again and head inside. You go to your locker as people who see you passing gasp from your many wounds. You smile, and wince every now and then. You don't want to get sent to the principals office. You go into your class were everyone was once talking is now silent and your other friend Laurarushes up to you."_______are you okay!," she seems to almost scream it out."I'm fine I just tripped thats all," you say smiling and taking your seat."No you are not," says that voice again, "I saw it all she got beaten to a pulp just trying to help her friend.""Jake, are you serious?" questions Laura.Jake, you think, that's who tried helping me. You turn your eyes to him. "Whether I helped or not doesn't matter since I got in a fight in the first place is going to give me an automatic suspension," you say, "and besides Prom is tomorrow and I can't afford to get suspended from that.""And how will you cover this up," says Laura."I'll just say I tripped and fell on a pile of broken glass this should prove it." you hold up your arm as the pieces of glass glisten from the fresh blood gushing over them."Okay but your coming over to my house after school," says Jake.You feel your face turn bright red. Jakes house no you would have to refuse."I-I-," you start."I want to protect you," he whispers in your ear.You sit up straight in utter shock."WILL MISS. _________,and MISS. BUTER,and MISS. HOFERER, REPORT TO THE OFFICE IMMEDIATLY!!!!!!!!"You and the whole class stare at the speaker. The principal sounded furious. You sigh as you get up out of your chair. Jake rushes forward. "I'm going with you," he pulls open the door, "besides if he suspends you then he'll have to suspend me also."You look up at him. The principal wouldn't do that his father was on the school board and controlled his job."You shouldn't do that," you say in a flurry, "besides I'm sure you would want to go to Prom with some prettier than me," you say as the tears flow freely."______, _______, You're...,"He starts."GET IN HERE NOW MISS.______," shouts the principal at the entrance to his office, "Mr. Palmer we won't need you for this."The principal is giving Jake such kindness. You go in and see the other two girls not a wound on them and here you are covered in wound and blood. The jerks, you think. "Mr. Jenkins I think you'll find that you will need me," says Jake he pushes in around the principal and grabs your hand."Well, okay then let's get started...."'You shake your head the rest was such a blurr. But you just remeber the principal shouting that you were suspended from school and school activites. Jake told him to suspend him too but the principal told him to go back to class.You look up at your house and down at your clothes your anime shirt is completly red. You open the door to hear shouts coming from the living room. You sigh they must have gotten the call. "SHE SHOULD KNOW BETTER, A FIGHT REALLY!" You can tell that it's your father. And right now would not be a good time to show him your yellow slip."WHEN SHE COMES HOME SHE'LL BE GROUNDED FOR LIFE!" You realize that that is your mother. You turn towards the door. "WE SHALL DISOWN HER THAT LITTLE BRAT WAS NEVER MUCH HELP!"Your face stings as your tears flow over the cuts. You open the door and flee dropping everything. You run down the street your eyes flooding with tears. You reach a park and run past the civilians were many turn their heads to your blood and tears. You find a forested spot and collapse on the dirt."I'm not loved and never will be," you say to your reflection in the small black pond. You see a dark sharp rock you reach in and pick it up. Death, you think as your tears flood more than ever, it will release me from this torment. You raise the rock up to your throat."Good-bye," you say softly and thrust the rock toward your neck.You don't feel any pain or your breath be gone instead you feel an arm around you and breathing by your ear."Don't say such things," says the voice.You open your eyes to see the rock stopped by a hand it is shacking vigorusly as the person pushes your hand away from the rock. "Please, let me die," you say with a smile, "no one will miss me and besides I'm useless I have nothing to love or have love me back...""Shut Up, ________, just shut up," says the person as they grasp you, "I love you, don't you dare kill your self than what will I have to love."You hear them sob you turn around and see Jake staring at you his eyes flowing with tears. "Please this world would be useless if you died," he holds you close to him, "I love you, love you, and you can't just say good-bye with out me first saying how I feel."You feel your self begin to cry too. You sob into his shoulder. Those words they were so touching you felt your heart lighten and welcome Jake in."I love you, too," you say to him as you each hug each other tightly. ****You hold close to Jakes arm it is midnight and the full moon is gorgeous. You and Jake had talked about all that had happened in your lives, your dreams, your sorrows, everything.You both reached the gate. Jake turned you around to face him. He kisses you. You close your eyes never wanting him to let you go."I should walk you home," he says.You nod your head as he offers his arm for you to hold onto.You reach your home to find police cars parked out in front. An officer rushes forward."______,Your parents have been worried sick, they felt terrible about what the said," says the officer. You glance up at the front door your parents are looking right at you tear stained faces a glow.You rush forward to them as do they you all grasp one another in a tight hug."Oh, ______," your mother sobs, "I'm so sorry that I said that, I would never want to do that.""I'm sorry sweetie," says your father he too has tears, "I love you as much as your mother does.""I know," you say as you stand there hugging your parents.****You stand for your pictures to be taken. You twirl around in your prom dress. "Mom, Jake will be here soon," you say as you pose again by the fire place."Now, _______ where are you two going to again," asks your father as he gives an exasperated look at your mom."Jake said that we'll be going to a concert in Central Park," you say as you brush off your dress.The door bell rings and you rush to the door. You take in a deep breath and open the door. Jake holds a black rose with silver flowers, that are fake, placed on a copper wire that wraps around your finger and then your wrist. "You look,...Wow!," is all he can get out.You giggle your mother gets a couple of pictures of you and Jake together. You walk with Jake down and out to the limousine. You both talk and drink root beer as the the limo pulls up to the front gate of Central Park. There are several people waiting for the first band to start. You feel over dressed but oh, well this is your Prom. "Do you regret that you didn't succeed in killing your self," asks Jake as he stares at you."No in fact I regret that I even thought about doing it in the first place," You say looking at the stars."______, look at me," says Jake.You look up and are kissed as colored smoke colors the sky above.
