Hey! I am the first one to sigh your guestbook! Awesome. Well... for tips, go to some different sites to find some music that you like and think that other people will enjoy. Then think of a theme for your site, for the colors. Using super bright colors really hurts people's eyes, so keep the main colors dark and the others either bright or light, or have it the same color but different shades. Look around at different sites for ideas. And small texts is not good either, and make sure people can read the text too.

And finding a cool avatar is good, and quizzes! Go around to people's quiz sections and you'll find all sorts of quizzes that people will like. And they're fun too. Over all, post whever you want, about whatever you want. Just be yourself, but it is advised not to talk in that chat language thing. People find it annoying for somethihg like this.

Get to know people too, look around for cool sites and sign guestbooks and add them to your friends list, and comment on their site. They'll most likely come and comment on your site as well. Amd PMing people is good too, sometimes conversations can last for weeks. ^^
