 I turned it in!
I finally turned in my application to get a summer job! I was going to turn it in on Friday, but i wanted the weekend to think about it.
I wasn't planning on getting a job until i ordered my Class ring. My class ring is $149.00 and i have to pay it all by myself. The reason i have to pay that off by myself is because my parents have medical bills that they need to pay off, and they can't afford to pay for my ring. So, i have until November to get $149.00. I think that i can do it.
Anyway, I went to City Hall after school. I turned in my application and they asked me what job i was applying for. I didn't know, so they told me the jobs that they were offering. I could work for the Libary, the local nature center, i could clean the streets, or i could work in a youth center. I picked the libary. They asked me if i wanted a second choice, and i said that i would like the nature center. They told me that if i get a job, they will call me. I signed the form, and i left. I can't wait until i get that call!

 School sux!
Hi! I haven't updated my site in 3 weeks, so i guess that i should do it now when i have some free time.
Let me explain the title of this otaku life. I am really not doing too well in school. I have two projects that were due yesturday and i'm still failing math. I can still hand in the project, but with 10 points taken off. I really want to graduate with the Class of 2006, but i won't be able to if i don't pass math!*sigh* I have only a few weeks to bring up my math grade and if i don't, i will have to stay back in the 10th grade.:-(
On with another subject....getting a summer job! That's right folks! I am trying to get a summer job and it is not easy. I have tryed 4 places already and they have all turned me down.My last resort is to work for the city. I really do not want to work for city hall, but i will if that's my only option. I have until May 25 to turn in my application.
Another thing in my life that i'm kinda mad about...TechTV is merging with G4!!! TechTV will become G4TechTV in a few weeks! I am really mad about this. TechTV will lose alot of its shows(including Call for help) and there website will be deleted! Please save TechTV! Sign the petition to save TechTV at: www.petitiononline.com
After all the bad stuff in my life right now, there is some good. School is almost over and i will be getting my drivers permit in june so i can drive a car.

 A little more about me.
Hi! Today is Monday,april 19,2004. Nothing really exciting is happening in my life right now. I am on Spring vacation all week. That means that all i will be doing this week is sleeping until noon,and being on the internet all day. I am really bored! I got my 3rd marking period report card. I passed everything except for math. I HATE math! maybe i need a tutor.....
I think in this post i will tell you even more about myself. My favorite shows on tv are Adult Swim, WWE RAW and Smackdown, Law and Order, 24, The Screen Savers and Xplay(Techtv), Star Trek,Charmed, Angel, and all the anime that i can find on TV! I also love to read. I like to read mysteries and a little Sci FI. My favorite detectives are Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot. Hercule is made by Agatha Christie. Some Sci Fi that i like is Animorphs and Star Wars. Did you see the picture that i have on my site? Can you please tell me what charcter from Dragonball Z that charcter is? I think it is Goten, but i think that i am wrong. Please tell me what charcter that picture is! thanks! |

Hello!
Hello! Because this is my first post on "Otaku Life", I'm going to tell you a little about myself. I'm a 16 year old boy.My favorite color is blue. I'm in High school. I live in connecticut with my parents and a older sister. I love rock music. I am really into 70s, 80s, and 90s rock music. I also like anime(like you didnt know lol) . My favorie shows are: Yu-gi-oh, Big O, Cowboy Bebop, Pokemon,the Dragonball saga, the Gundam saga, and I'm just starting to like Inuyasha. I also like to play video games. I have a super nintendo, game boy color, gamecube, and 2 PCs. I also like the tv station Tech Tv. You could call me a "geek", but i hate being called that.
