Ichigo: Ok about my trip....

Well, it started out as a 14 1/2 hour plane ride...Once we got off the plane in Osaka, we met Kozo, our tour guide, and he took us to our bus. We loaded up our lugage and then headed toward Nakayama. It was a 5 hour bus ride so Kozo put in Princess Mononoke for us to watch, Mrs. Hearr, the main chaperone wouldn't let us sleep on the bus so that we would sleep at the Friendship House once we got to Nakayama.

Well we finally got to the Friendship House, and everyone dropped their lugage. It was a cool house cuz it was like an old Japanese type house...Kinda like the Kamiya Dojo in Kenshin! BUT! WE STILL COULDN'T GO TO SLEEP BECAUSE........Kozo and a few of the students from the Middle School decided to have a Birthday Party for me and Mrs. Hearr because our Birthdays were that weekend. We got cake and presents...Kozo got me a bunch of anime stuff, lots's of manga that I couldn't read but it was still cool! I got Tokyo Mew Mew Posters! Nifty huh?!

So we'll skip the rest of the friendship house stuffy's and talk about Nakayama...
The next day after meeting a few kids and playing sports at the school we met our host families...
.....Mine was cool! They didn't speak alot of english, but they made me another Birthday cake! Ack! TOO MUCH CAKE!!!! But soo I called my parents, and cried cuz I missed them and then we ate dinner and i went to bed! ^__^ Ok...So the next day the tour group went to the Old Folks Day Care placy thingy, and we went too....see the mayor. He was cool, but he looked like a monkey! ^__^ And then we had a Japanese Culture Day, and we did Calligraphy, Flower Arranging, Origami and a Japanese Tea Ceremony. The next day we spent the day with our host families...That was fun, we went to this town place completley devoted to this one anime called Kitaro. It's about this kid who has one eye and his dad is an eyeball or something...It was kind of weird...We also went bowling and to a burger place and the arcade, and toe this tower thing. We also went to Mt. Daisen adn I got to play in the snow a little.

On Thursday we went to the school and got a tour. Then we went to the park to make Soba Noodles and play golf! Then that night it was our going away party. We ate grilled stuff and had noodles and meat and stuff, then Ayako and I went up and sang Hola Lola for our host families and the other people who were there. Mr. Mondragon, our school Psychociatrist played the violin on stage, and the mayor, who was drunk, was doing funny dances and stuff during the songs...Then I gave my speech and Mr. Mondragon gave his speech and the party was over. Friday our host kids and a few others all went with us to Matsue Catsle and on a River Ride...That was fun. Then we went to the Adachi Museum and the Flower Park, and then to the candy factory! After that we went to Jusco, a big shopping mall, and I bought the very last Yu-Gi-Oh books although two of them weren't out yet. They are sooo cool! I also bout a wrist band and Kodocha and Marmalade Boy volume 1. And the Inuyahsa Movies book.
