The Flame War...
Ugh...Couldn't get DVDs...Gotta wait till Saturday...*sigh* And the rain just keeps coming. Couldn't get the DVDs on Tuesday cuz of the rain, and they didn't have them at Target on Wednesday, so we're going to Best Buy on Saturday, and if they aren't there, we're ordering them. I WANT MY UNCUT YU-GI-OH DARNIT!!!!!
Ok, so, I've been reading all of the flames Milkycat has gotten and I must say they are truly pathetic. I ain't taken sides here, but the answer is really quite simple. You don't like what you see in the thumbnails, you don't click on it. You don't like it, yes, you do have freedom of speech, but you don't have to be mean about it. Man, and how some of you go on about how much you hate it, or how much you hate Milkycat or her art did this to you...It's like Tea talkin' about friendship when she's sugar high. She just goes on and on and on and on...I see it, if you flame once, then that should be it. Tell Yaoi or Yuri artist that it isn't your choice of picture or subject, and walk away. YOU DON'T NEED TO COMMENT ON EVERY FREAKING PICTURE BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW WHAT YOUR GONNA SAY!!!!!!!!!!
Now, I'll admit, some things I see are...A little...Um..."Obscene"(not singling out Milkycat,seen stuff o on other sites by other artists too) But art is art. If I don't like it, or think it is in appropriate, I keep my mouth shut so I don't cause any problems. Or, I say that it's "different", that way, I'm not being mean, and I'm voicing my opinion nicely.
And Milky followers, quit bashing the flamers because it just causes more problems. Ignore it. Leave them alone...It's just an opinion. You can't change their mind...Sure, I've done it, but with everything going down right now, it isn't going to work. Quit bashing them, they might quit bashing you, and the flame war is caput.
Yeah, so, I know no one is gonna read this, but, I just thought I would voice my opinion on the topic. I know some of it probably doesn't make any sense but...Yeah. Whatever. I gotsta finish getting ready for school. It just keeps raining and raining and raining and raining. I think the energizer bunny is stuck in the clouds.
