   I need a little help...
I'm new here,and I want to submit fanart...but I don't really know how to get my pic on the site...ok,this is what I do...I scan my drawing into my computer,Then I put it into a program I have called Photo Impression,but it is a .bmp file,how do I get it to be a .jpg file or whatever,I'm so confused...and I really need help...Please someone help me...
