I haven't posted in a long time.

I am well and fairly happy considering how miserable I usually am. My Christmas was good though I didn't get what I had asked for. That's life and I'm not going to complain. I got enough money to fill the void in my soul where my new bed was going to sit. I got a new T.V. from my boyfriend and enough laundry soap to keep me going for at least a few months.

I'm finally starting to get comfortable in my new apartment. I managed to hang a few posters and I plan on hanging at least a few more even though wall space is a bit limited. I plan on hanging up a piece of art I did back in high school and I'll eventually take a picture of it to share. At least that way I can have one official, framed piece of art in my room. I try to keep up with the dishes a bit more at this time. I was going through a phase where I just left them in the sink untill they needed a good soaking before I could wash them properly. Now I wash them and leave them in the drying rack untill I use them. :P

I'm planning on looking for a new job in the next week or so. I find it quite sad that while I loved working at Zellers in the beginning, bad management and bad policies have made the job quite depressing for me. Some nights I've almost cried due to the fact that it just seems so messed up. Part of me is afraid that in looking for a new job, I might be told that due to the fact that I a) am a woman and b) lack a driver's license, I will be trapped into working for Zellers, or any other retail environment for that matter, for a longer period of time than I want to. Of course the first option is a bullshit thought and if anyone has the stupidity to use it, I might just get pissed off and start ranting. Though the second option is a valid reason to not employ me based on my current job interest.

I'm also a little sad that I wont be working with my boyfriend in the near future as he plans to find a new job as well. It has been stressful at times, but I really enjoy working with him because he applies himself and he is a good worker. Two things that I find attractive in any co-worker.

And that's the update. I've been wasting my time doing nothing much but breathing. I hope I'm not getting sick.... though the runny nose I have might just be from sitting in the house to long. I might go skating later.
