I honestly have no idea how this came to be in my collection. This fascinates me, and can be used somehow for fanfic inspiration...but it hasn't helped me so far. ;(

Don't forget to scroll down to yesterdays posts too. Lots of new material there.

   Tired...
Man, my feet are killing me after standing for a straight 4 hours! The job is great, but the shoes I wore tonight aren't. :(

I can tell that I will be here for a while. The pay isn't extravagent, but the it was experience that was the big attraction to work at a restaurant, not the pay. The boss, Sam, is great, and and as long as you do your job, all is right with the world.

Welp, thats my daily report. I'll have some more after getting home from my day at school, get homework done, maybe watch American Idol.

Later, ShaniKun

Whee! Posting spree!
Geez, 4 comments is the most I have ever got on one post. Maybe I should rant more. What do you think?

Anyways, I was thinking of ideas for serious posts, and thought of discussing facets of a particular show, like character development, cool random factoids, pet peeves....things like that. And with my new ability to post pictures, I can add some pizazz to them posts. *grins*

I plan on doing these kind of posts at least once a week, so if you have any ideas you like in particular, pm me or add it in a comment.

NOTE: I will only discuss anime/manga I am familiar with, unless you send me a pic that says a thousand words, and can do a somewhat thorough character analysis. Why? Dunno, maybe to see how much I know about the human psyche.

Moving on....

I begin work tomorrow! It's only a few hours each monday and wednesday, but it's more than enough for me. I'll update after getting home.

Ciao!

   The end of DBGT
I watched the final eppie (or officially it is, such things never end), and found it to be dissapointing. It was a nice, fluffy episode with lots of humor and kidding around, but the last ten minutes take a major twist, and to their credit, it had me staring at the screen with my jaw agape.

Vegeta says two sentences in the whole thing. :( ever since he returned in the GT saga, he hasn't done much at all to be honest. DBZ was the best arc, in my opinion, and at long last, the show is beginning to lose steam.

Dragonball has had its turn in the spotlight, but maybe its time for a new star to arise? Maybe, maybe not. We'll see soon enough.

A pic my brother found and gave to me. No clue who did it.

A manga scan of High Priest Set. Again, no clue where I got it from.

One of my favorite anti-social characters who prefer violence over getting along.

My day off
Friday...homework day. Aka procrastination day if I so wish it. :)

Just a quick post, I may add on to this by way of picture anytime today.

I leave you with more random quotes:

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups

I see stupid people

Squirrels: nature's speed bumps

Worship me and we'll get along just fine.

I'm so excited!
I finally finished Inuyasha vol. 20, and am almost half way through DBZ vol. 10, and they both sent me through an emotional roller coaster.

In other news, I have canceled my science class. Homework wise I have more than enough for me, and its only been two days per each class so far!!

Ed 7 requires TB testing and finger printing so the school district has our file on hand. Other than than, it's gonna be an interesting experience. I'm so excited, though! My dream has been to teach and help kids, and this is right up my alley, along with a lot of future teachers.

You Are the Helper

2

You always put on a happy face and try to help those around you.

You're incredibly empathetic and care about everyone you know.

Able to see the good in others, you're thoughtful, warm, and sincere.

You connect with people who are charming and charismatic.

I recant what I posted about math
Geometry isn't as bad as my first time--the teacher is an older man who can't keep still in one place and has a Boston accent. On the first day, he made it seem a lot easier.

Education 7 or the tutoring class isn't what I expected. We will only be officially "in class" until next tuesday, and then the teacher will set us loose with a student to tutor. How well the student does and improves, and our attendence will be key to getting the grade I want, which is no problem, as I am no stranger to hard work.

Even better is that we will form a bond with our student, and get to know them, and hopefully, help get their reading level to their grade.

Welp, that's it for now.
