   Dragon Ball or Epic Fail?
Yes, this little rant has to deal with the upcoming Dragon Ball movie, known as Dragonball Evolution. All those who think this movie will be great, I suggest you don't read this.

First of all, I've been a DBZ fan since long ago. I remember when Toonami was first started on CN and it was simply four episodes of DBZ an afternoon. That tells you how long I've been watching it. It is, in my opinion, the greatest action anime of all time. Naruto doesn't count in my opinion since it focuses on drama, with side bouts of action.

So when I heard this movie was being made, I was apprehensive. America is notorious for ruining books and games by turning them into movies. The first moment I saw who they had picked as the cast, I knew it was doomed. I mean even in his teen years Goku didn't look wimpy. Around the time this is supposed to take place Goku was as buff as he is when he's forty. So explain to me the purpose of picking a skinny WHITE dude instead of someone more buff?

Also, where in the hell did a prophecy come in? Can someone please pinpoint where the damn thing came into play in the anime? Because as far as I'm aware it never happened. Goku just happened to stumble across them as a kid and through his adventures ran into Piccolo later on in life. The movie makes. No. Sense. This is going to royally fail.

And all you Dragon Ball fans who think this will be the greatest thing ever...You are either very, very new to the fandom or you are more gullible than the rest of us. (And those are not insults. I'm just questioning how anyone can think this will be good.)

   A New Beginning
Hm, well my page now has a new look. As such, will also give it a new beginning. In the past I let it lapse, but hopefully now I can put effort into it and actually use it. I'll probably use this as shameless self-promoting or randomness. Maybe post interesting tidbits about my life. Who knows?
