   Sorry again!
Hi, sorry, I've been busy. But busy doing what you ask? Well...

SEEING SOME WICKED AWSOME MOVIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This weekend I saw both Blade: Trinity and Ocean's 12. Both were FANTASTIC. Ryan Reynolds was so funny in Blade (and he had his shirt off for like half the movie heh heh, with lots of angsty stuff) I don't know why they didn't think to put him in sooner. He added a great opposite for Blade's stoic manner. And the girl who played Abigail Whistler (while using some shameless product placement for Apple iPods) was fun as well, but not as good as Ryan Reynolds. Haha, one of my fav quotes "You made a f*cking vampire POMERIANIAN?" Haha. So funny. It was much better than the second one. They way they did Dracula was really cool too. He was not only a weird skeleton creature (that looked pretty cool) but he was a model that ran around with his shirt undone complete with blingbling. If you put this dude up against the guy that could turn into a giant bat in Van Helsing, HE'D KICK HIS ASS IN ABOUT 10 SECONDS. So, if you're 17 or have access to a fake id, I'd recommend seeing this.

Hey, hot stuff.

I also saw Ocean's 12 which was great. The plot was ridiculous, there was little to know action, but it was still great. Know why? THE CHARACTERS. They were what held it all together. The humor, the new characters, the old characters, the cameos (one of the best cameos ever, haha). It was great. And then a nice plot twist at the end that made you say "Woah, that is NOT what I expected at all". Fantastic. Don Cheadle (the British black dude) was great, as was Matt Damon and all the rest. And the Chinese grease man was dressed in like, Echo gear the entire time with all his blingbling, haha! And he still didn't speak a word of English. Not even "Whafucisdat?" like in the first one. So great.

Uh oh, I feel another new segment comin' on! Ok, well it's an old one I haven't done for months and months and months and months. But it goes a little somethin like this:

RED'S MOVIE TRAILOR CRITIQUES
Yes, I talk about all 20 minutes of trailor's I saw, good and bad! Like it or not, here it comes!

Constantine: Yay, Keanu's back! Ok, I'd see anything with Keanu, even if it was Bill and Ted's wacko phycadelic trip as 40 year-olds. But the movie premise looked a little weird. Like, The Grudge combined with The Matrix. People are gonna see the trailor and go "Woah, Matrix 4? But why is Neo doing like, holy exercisms?" Despite their best guesses, it is NOT The Matrix Thaumaturgy (just learned a new word today, kids).

The Pacifier: I don't want to see Vin Diesel. I don't want to see kids. I don't want to see mini-vans driving around like a humvee in Desert Storm. 'Nuff said.

Will Wonka and the Chocolate Factory: My clarinet teacher told me the other day "I wonder what Gene Wilder has to say about this." I wonder too. The first thought that came to my mind was "Whoa, frightening!" But then I realized "Ahh, it's because it's a Tim Burton movie, no wonder." Of course, if it's a Mr. Burton/Depp colaboration (like another 5 or so movies I know) it's gotta be good.

White Noise: Ah, I HEAR dead people. Well, sorta. This looked like something we had learned about in geosystems yesterday. I initially didn't want to see. Oh, but it had Michael Keaton, I love Michael Keaton! Maybe I'll just wait for DVD then. I didn't know he was still acting. But anywho, dead people who tell some people to get out of their house. And then scary stuff starts to happen. Sound familiar? I should think so. It's the plot of every other ghost movie around Hollywood lately.

I guess the rest of the trailors were so boring I couldn't remember them. Oh well. No X-mas pic today cause of the trailor thing. But we still have time for...

RED'S MAGNIFICENT MOVIE QUOTE
Yay, the Santa Clause! Haven't seen the 2nd, but the 1st one's great. I think the pic's from the second one though.

"Hurts, doesn't it? You shouldn't hurt PEOPLE!"

Oh, I was also at Suncoast today, and I discovered...FMA COMES OUT ON DVD IN JANUARY! But I'm sure you hard-core people already knew that.

Ok, mau your holiday shopping go well this weekend! Tata!
