   Callbacks
I'm going to have to make this short since it's late and Caitlin and Andrew (my two younger sibblings are already in bed, though probably not asleep.) Well, at seven I arrived at the Costic Center for my auditions.

There were 7 girls trying out for Dorthy. What we did was do some lines with Glinda and the Witch (or the people who had gotten called back to play them,) and then with the scarecrow. After, we quickly learned the song "Home," which Dorthy sings at the end. Unfortunately, I didn't know it too well, and i got picked to go first. i lost my place half way through, but i recovered (though didn't do nearly as good as half the other girls.)

Next, five other girls and me switched between Dorthy and the tinman while reading off a script. It was a lot of fun because i love singing more than acting. After, the other Dorthys went home and the tinmen stayed to do "Slide Some Oil to Me." We had to do a dance, and i think I did well with that and the singing. I believe I have a chance. Vanessa did good, she has a beautifl voice. There were some people from the last "Sky's the Limit" production I had been in (Guys and Dolls) that were also there tonight. Lots of fun, lots of old friends, the play will be great even if I don't get a good part.

In the mean time I'm going to have to find a way to balance that and battle of the books (aka BOB.) But I will have to tell you that either tomorrow or Saturday, and you'll have to wait until then to find out what part I get, but I have to wait too, so until the phone rings and some one says "Hi, I'm from Sky's the Limit and..."
