   The Closing

Today was a moderate day. Good was offset with bad. Right now, everything seems so bland. I'm so bored right now...Sure, it was a perfectly warm and sunny day, but I'm computer obsessed, and not even that can pry me from my beloved computer. They're saying I'm become a permanent fixture, glued to the computer as I am. I'm slowly working on ways to spruce up my site, though I've been promising it for a while and it's still not come. But, remember, I do have a life outside of the computer...Hard to believe though it may be...-ahem ahem- Moving on... Yesterday, I meant to post this, as I was suggest by Kelly (snow bunny 08) but sadly I never go around to doing it. Daylights Savings Time is severely tempering with my schedule. So, without further ado and frilly fluff, I introduce you to my...er...poem, I guess... Far, Far Away "My heart screams, my mind dreams, so far, far away. I'm stuck in a limbo and I say today forever no more. "My heart has shattered on its own. I'm stuck in this world all alone. Spiraling down in the deep abyss, and I find it's really you I miss. "So far, far away my mind resounds. And in my chest, my heart does pound. Sitting here with tears on my cheeks, I find it's you who I really seek. "So hold me tight. Turn off the lights. And let me fade away. So far, far away." Now, let it be known that if I find anyone using this poem without my express permission and specific credits referencing this as my work, I shall chase you 'til you can't run, goading you with my handy-dandy spork. -gets an evil glint in her eyes- Got it? Good.

   Whoot!

Woah. Today is so weird. I mean, for one thing, it's warm and nice and sunny. It's not supposed to be weird, but given the weather that has been plaguing us so far, it was unexpected. So, I went to Barnes and Nobles to blow all the money I got from giftcards for my birthday. And I just happened to run into... Emily-chan! (catgirlsrule) It was so weird, yet, I thought it might happen. I had just been in the car, thinking, "Maybe Emily is going to be there..." Of course, I shrugged it off. But, when I rounded the corner in the bookstore, sure enough, she was there. All in all, I had a really good time. (I'm gonna get you back Emily, for pointing out all those..-ahem-...books. Yea, those. You know what I'm talking about) I'm not so sick anymore, and I'm feeling quite better. I'm sure the weather is also a benefactor in this.

T.T

I'm sick. And I still had to go to riding today. My dad threw a fit and I was so close to being able to take the day off. No such luck. I have a blazing headache (which isn't improving any while I'm on the computer, but what can I say? I'm addicted.), a sore throat, runny nose, and I'm heavily dependent on cough drops. Oh, and during the nights, my nose becomes all congested and I wake up with a really heavy head. Isn't that a wonderful way to wake up?! -note sarcasm- Anywho, I had a brief respite from my illness, so I was able to make a new avatar and put some new music on. I tried putting uploading Trinity Blood, but it hasn't worked yet. All my software has been malfunctioning recently. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do Trinity Blood, but hopefully I'll find a reasonable substitute.

Uggh...

SOLs were a major drag. Easy, but a drag. The "Grammar" part was a cinch. But the writing...So much editting! -twitch- I can't wait until I'm outta Mrs. H's class. She drives me up the wall...Although...She did give us doughnuts today. -shrugs- Oh well. Today was boring. Felt like a Monday after that snowday we just had. -le sigh- Annnywho, I decided to put up Trinity Blood Episodes? Aren't I awesome. -hears a chorus of: "Yes!"- I know. -bows- Anywho, I shall be getting that shortly. I'll also try to update more often and put some pics and some other random anime/manga stuff. ^^ Ciao for Now.

   ^^

That one long hour I spent trying to find a decent background paid off. My friends said they like it. ^^ Of course, now I'm trying to add a couple other different things, but the regular codes I use don't seem to be working on this site, so I'm having to modify it, and knowing my restlessness, it'll take me a month. -_- Tomorrow we have our Language Arts SOL with multiple choice. And on Wednesday (if it doesn't give us a "wintery mix" as the forecast predicts) we actually have to write an essay with this stupid circle map thing, and have editting with it. Meaning edit 30 random words, then 30 nouns/verb, and other stuff. -_- Our teacher is so stupid. -twitches- She's even said our vocabulary is more advanced than hers. Now, she says she used to teach highschoolers. Now, if we're better than her, I feel immensly sorry for those highschoolers, having her dotter around like a prepubescent. Must have driven them all up the wall. I'll try to update my site a little later on, and add episodes to possibly FMA or Trinity Blood (I dunno, maybe something else, besides Furuba) and all that good stuff. But I'm too lazy right now. =D

   Weekend!

Yes! Finally the beloved weekend. -sighs- Well, today was hectic. It was multi-cultural week. We only had around 15 minutes of Math! But, then, we had Spanish, where she's making us review for an English SOL. Odd, I know. Our actual Language Arts Teacher didn't even tell us we had an SOL until a day less than a week before the SOL. She's got major problems. She's absolutely abhorrent. Anywho, I changed my site again. I'm working on a new banner. Won't take me too long...Well...If I stop reading fan-fics. Oh, and that reminds me. Someone asked me to make them an InuYasha fan-fic. ^^ My work is appreciated. ^^

   -is back-

So I got back on our little "mini-vacation" Wednesday of last week. I was supposed to be able to miss scshool on Thursday because we thought we were going to make the 16 hour drive back just on Wednesday alone. But, turns out my mom was rather paranoid about it snowing here and us getting trapped in a snow/ice storm while we were driving back up here, so we started on Tuesday, and ended up home around 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday. I didn't get to bed until 3:00 the morning and I had had bery few hours of sleep the night before (the hotel we stayed out creeped me out and I feel asleep at 9:00 in the morning...the the car...and slept for an hour...) so I was extremely irritated that I had to go to school the next day. I was unbelievabley tired. But, I did. And it turned out I only missed 2 days, not the expected 3 days. I came home, glared at the parental units, and informed them of that little tidbit. They just said, "Oh well. Maybe next time." Maybe next time my foot. I'm gonna go kicking and screaming if they have to drag there again. Driving was pure agony. So...Yup. My trip absolutely sucked. Yay for me! -is going to update later- Soo...tired....ZZzzzzz

   Almost Time..

So, it turned out I was wrong with my conclusions that I would have school today. We didn't. It's more or less 12 hours until we're going to leave to go to Mardi Gras. 6 days without the computer. -shudders- In all honesty, it doesn't feel like I'm going anywhere. It feels like a Friday. But, it's not. My mom and brother are at work. My brother going is an abnormal occurrence. He likes to skip out and pester me the whole day, lording the fact that he's older than myself over my head. >.< I think I'm going to write something up now. I'm extremely bored, and seeing as there's nothing else to do...Well...I think you can come up with the conclusion.

   The Accursed Day of Valentine

It's Valentine's Day. As per usual, I'm stuck at my house, moping downstairs, pouring my heart out to random people. So, today, I just spent two hours shoveling the drive way. What fun! Then, the parental units yell at me once I'm done to eat then start packing. Well, I managed to make them grant me an hour of computer time. Well, this might be the last time I'm able to update until Thursday (if even that) of next week. Tomorrow, it's likely I'll have school, and I need to hit the hay early. On Friday, we're leaving at 3:00 in the morning to start our road trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. -le sigh- It's going to be torture going without the computer for that long.

The parental units have just informed me that I don't have school tomorrow. More computer time! Unless my mom stays home. More than likely she'll boot me off. She says I have an "addiction." Pfft. Don't know what she's talking about. -shifty eyes- So, what to do, what to do. I'm running out of ideas to make my site look spiffy. Any suggestions?
