rockin' it old school!

hey guys! i'll visit you all this afternoon. but lemme talk about something.

for the past year, i have been renting both evangelion and escaflowne from my library. i just finishe escaflowne, (i knew the ending already cuz i saw the movie on adult swim) but... wow!

i love that serise ;_; it was so beautiful. how can something 10 years old be so much better animated than the crappy animation out now?

dont get me wrong, i love the stories of today. inuyasha and stuff, great story, animation... lacking. dont kill me. im just reminiscizing over the good old days of anime i dont even remember cuz i was barely 6 back then ^^

so everybody watch escaflowne complete collection!

best anime of 'back in the day' i have seen (and you should too)

1# neon genesis evangelion
2# the vision of escaflowne
3# lupin the 3rd (not great animation, but hilarious)
4# ranma 1/2
5# akira
6# all the miyazaki movies. they have old-school charm, even if some of them arent old school.

no perticular order, now! you guys... what's your fave old school anime?
