Skipping School to Babysit!

Tomorrow is the Demolition Derby and my Dad and his girlfriend Dulcey are going to be in it! And i get to tape it!! ^___________^

If your best friend was living in tents on top of a mountain, getting one meal a day, hauling wood or other grueling work, bathing in streams and getting sick whenever she eats more than once a day, or a larger portion than usual.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?!
I want to call DHHS [Department of health and human services] but I dont know what to say, and I dont know what they will do if they do ANYTHING. And Its not just my best friend, its her little sisters too. [ages 10 and 3]
