So then...
A week befor school begins again and I'm back to the college.

However, Friday was my last day of work at the supermarket...that I work at. I have slightly mixed feelings. On one hand, I no longer have amusing stories of horribleness to tell, but I also have no income. -___-
I also called in sick on my last day, so I dunno. Hehe.

Amusement of the day.
So while working at Martin's, the grocery store I cashier at, I noticed that we have a new item called "People Crackers" which are dog biscuits shaped like...people.

I am sure they thought they were awfully witty when they came up with that one. I mean, not only are you playing on the product "animal cracker" but you are also giving into various homicidal psyches involving feeding people to dogs.

But really, I noticed that on our display screen "people crackers" is abbreviated to "People Crack" and It made me giggle.

It's 5:30 AM...
No, it's not my insomnia letting me witness another glorious sunrise, I'm off to work!

Yes, some people must go to work every day under such conditions, but at least they can get used to it, ya know? Me, I closed last night, and I open this morning. It has been a scant 8 hours since I was last at the supermarket. Some people totally get to SLEEP that much per night.

Ah well, I can sleep when I'm dead I suppose. Or back at college, whichever comes first.

Weird!
Yeah, so new fanart...for Yu Yu Hakusho. An anime that I will admit, I have never seen a full episode of. There was an awesome little kid in it for some reason, tho. I think...like a baby...or something. I really have no idea. Anyway, I made it for Goinky, cuz she made me a cute button. Yayz!

I've been pretty danged burned out from work lately, but I think I may have next week off, so expect the unexpected now. Mmmm, I miss Cardcaptors. Sure it brutally raped my beloved CCS, but I didn't know that at the time. Come on, "Force, know my plight, release the light!" You just can't get kickass writing like that anymore.
Ah, but I found a VHS of subtitled CCS at my supermarket of all places for 2 bucks. EEEEEEEE, it's great! Episodes 5-8 in all their subbed glory. ^_^

Maybe some CCS fanart, then. Hmmmm...

Retail sucks.
But you know what sucks more? Supermarket.
Having only worked in supermarket and not in retail, I guess I am biased...but geez, at least in retail you probably have less chance of getting vile meat juices all over yourself.

In other news, I still await ACEN pictures...so...hm, that's all. Oh, and memorial day weekend, very busy. I will be thankful when this weekend of 9 hour shifts is over.
