im glad you like pokemon to---O_O you didnt save often!? id start a new game if i were you AND SAVE OFTEN---even if you saved 5 minutes ago.
as for catching the legendaries, just use ultra balls on dialga, uxie, and azelf. use the master ball on the mesprit cuz it runs.
if you have loads of ultra balls, you should be able to catch them easily ^_^

also, before encountering a legendary pokemon, SAVE. so if anything goes wrong, such as accidently killing the pokemon, you can just restart at where you were.
