Round 5 with Chester the 'Puter
WARNING BEFORE YOU READ ON:

Did you ever notice when you had the energy to tackle things that you've been putting aside, and now you roll up your sleeves with the confidence that all that stuff gets done today, something almost always goes wrong. Today I was ready to tackle the home office, and get more house chores done, and begin working what I want to change in the house. As I finished a couple of simple things, I felt I might get time to actually put my feet up in the evening and relax and maybe read more of Saiyuki and watch Yu Gi OH! Oi vay!! In the middle of a very important task (house taxes, and insurance) Chester decided to FREEZE-- and stay stuck most of the day. I thought I could see a tongue waggling at me with the loudest Bronx cheer in the world. So I tried to go to the Recycling center (my car is filled with bags and bags of cans and bottles so I had to remove the yarn. There isn't any room!" The Recyling Center had been moved, no one knew where! I drove around with the infernal banging, only to find Chester still stuck ! When I vowed that I would replace it today (with another used machine), it started working. It mocks me! Right now, I have that strange feeling that something is wrong, but don't know what. Probably too much rushing around, being scattered by the machine. I'm going to get some Wor Wonton Soup, put my feet up , and cry on my plushie (Ein understands!). When I can lay down in bed, and rest my braced hand on Ein , it feels more comfortable. It's getting to be a real nuisance!

Regardless, tomorrow my friend is having the team out to watch the debates, and then go out to Market Night. There's all kinds of special kiosks, lots of good art stuff like picture made from thin sheets of minerals. And the air smells of potpoourris, and exotic things to eat. Like a bazaar in Marakesh or something, with music too. This should be pretty interesting. Where I work, some groups (teams) get strange names. One is the Tiger Team (all they do is try to get reports done super fast by bugging the daylights out of other people). My team is Trip! (I didn't name it, nor am I in charge) Gotta admit, ,its pretty funny to say I am a tripper! Well, its a bit late, and I'm a little tired, and my thoughts are all over the place, so I will see you all tomorrow-- if its OK with Chester. LOL

The candle remains in the window, as I hope all my friends are safe, and feeling well. Somehow the change of the seasons seem to throw the biggest challenges to everyone. I send my love and thoughts to you, and also keep the virtual kettle on if someone wants some tea.

Catch you on the other side of starshine!
