DS LIIIIIITE.
I got my DS Lite. =) & I got Animal Crossing: WW, Feel the Magic, and of course, Nintendogs: Lab & Friends. I also got the Pembroke Welsh Corgi "charm" with cleaning "paw". & my friend Nichole is getting my a japanese Animal Crossing DS purse/bag from my local indie game store Game Junkie so I can tote my baby with a sense of style.

I'm thinking about getting a custom skin of the japanese art for HM:MM. Buuut, I haven't decided anything for sure yet. I'm too broke to do anything yet anyways. =) Buut, I'm happy. Oh, ♥.

Yay!
I've finally bought a dinner set. & I bought these because they are SO cute.

I've discovered that not only is Ochazuke Wakake good for you, but it's quite yummy! (Okay, the Wakake is the good for you part... I doubt Ochazuke has much nutritional value.)

I found out I don't like bamboo shoots or water chestnuts when I make them myself. I suck. Oh well, perhaps the rats will enjoy them.

I finally saw Howl's Moving Castle. I'm in love with Turnip Head! ^_^ Good movie, despite the fact that everything was magically better at the end (but it is a movie about wizards & witches).

Um. I have to work tonight and my last paper of the year is due in 3.5 hours, so I should probably get on that. =( Then I can reward myself by watching Keras (which is ironically the name of my rat!).

Otaku, eh?
So I am by no means "Otaku". I am a fan of Japanese culture. I want to learn more about how such a wonderland can exist here on earth, and as soon as I learn the language, I'd like to visit there (I prefer to know the language of the land before I visit).

My favorite "otaku" things:
-japanese food (yum!)
-video games
-anime
-manga
-fashion (although I do not partake myself)
-the women ^_^

I am a super Nintendo dork. I loves me some Harvest Moon & Mario. I have a PS2 for DDR.

Like I said, I am in no way otaku. But you guys are, and you guys can turn me on to some of the coolest anime & recipes, right? O_O
