Nothing's really going on...

Yep. Not much has happened. Well, to me anyways. Two of my friends have gotten themselves injured in recent days and the other one's sick. So they're all on medication for their various ailments and acting more like stoners than usual. It's funny when I'm around them, but that hasn't happened too much lately, so I'm a little socially deprived. *sigh*

Girls' Night

Well Valentine's weekend has been going okay. Dawn, Kat and I declared a girls night in the other night and sent the boys out on their own (mainly to give them the impression that we were up to something, not that it really works...I guess we're always up to something. ^.^; ehehe)
Anyways- the girls' night went well, we played some DDR (damn you Dawn and Kat!!! A skill gap that wide should not be allowed!!!)...which is fun for me, but I can barely get through heavy songs, whereas Kat and Dawn both make Bs and As...grrr.
In keeping with the Valentine's theme (ha, like we really had a theme, accept and move on peeps), we watched the Tak episodes of Invader Zim, played through half a ren'ai game (which I'm definately borrowing from Dawn. Now I know why she finds them adddictive...^.^), and finally...YAOI!!
Dawn was a poot though and refused to give it her whole attention (not that we didn't do our best- we picked up her chair and moved it away from the laptop and towards the tv, but she's a wriggler and escaped us...it's against the rules to multitask during yaoi!! >.<#)
I guess the guys had a good time too- from what I hear, Squee decided to jump an entire flight of stairs...and of course the rest of the group followed. The story goes that Haru managed to screw it up and roll down like a half a flight XD. Good times- makes me wish our little group was fonder of cameras.

So, yesterday was supposed to be the 'couples night' or whatever (yeah, we actually plan from time to time...it's bizarre really, I'll never get used to it. Psht.). Granted we have maybe two 'couples' between all of us, and I'm regarded as part of one of them dammit!!
>.< So it's supposed to be me and Eiri, and Dawn and Kyou- but Eiri's still pining for his idiot ex (who I never liked in the first place)...and is horribly dense on top of everything.
Trying to make a subtle point with him, is about as effective as talking to a brick wall about quantum physics. So last night was frustrating...which isn't to say it wasn't fun, but I came home wanting to hit something...
*sigh* I keep telling myself to be patient, but it's not one of my virtues.
Oh well, there are better things to worry about in any event.
We're supposed to have a group party tonight which should be fun...
Eiri reminds me of Keitaro...fortunately I'm not quite this violent, but I'm still amused by the image. ^.~

   Waffles!!!!
Mmm...Waffles. Seriously, is there anything better than waffles in the morning? *thinks on it* *pulls her mind out of the gutter* ^.- No, no there's not!
Ah, I love Waffle House, but it's kinda a chore to get anyone to go there with me (Dawn calls it Awful House and says it has an 'oddish stank' ^.^; ...it's hard to argue with insanity like that), but this morning I did it!
I actually managed to phone tag her, Kyou, and Eiri before we all headed our separate ways, and we had some WAFFLES!!! (Actually, I had waffles...Eiri had like a pot of coffee, Kyou ate toast (how boring), and Dawn brought chai tea in a waterbottle because she's bizarre (I love you DD ^.-)).
But it was good since today's going to be hell. I'm planning on getting ass-raped by my bio-chem test, and am (obviously) not looking forward to the experience.
I'm also supposed to stay late tonight so I can lead a group of middle schoolers around the Journalism Dept. of the school (why, oh why did they pick me for this? Maybe I need to be profane around my teachers more often...keeping a filter on myself constantly chaffes my...err...joy-tude-ness...or something...^.^;)
Gack (almost wrote 'Gackt' that's who I'm listening too right now...has there ever been a sexier god of androgeny? I think not.)
Oh, and I lost a RP team tournament to Dawn and Kyou last night (still got another 5 HP/500 XP though!)...now that Eiri's my partner, I guess I have to put off beating him up for now.
