365 Days later!
A year of Otaku! It's been really great getting to know all of you. Your conversations and artwork has been very inspiring. Thank you for you support and encouragement. I'm excited to see what the next year of Otaku will bring me!
Here I go again, eating my words!
On January 1st, I said, “I’m back,” and talked about how I was going to make an effort to be a more active member in this community again.
Well, as life would have it, I became busy again and my frequency to theOtaku dropped severely. I’m not going to make any big statements like I did last time, but for all of you who have been visiting my site, commenting on my guest book or viewing my art- THANK YOU!! I am not ignoring you, just very busy!

I'm BACK!!!
That’s right- from a long, long, LONG hiatus, I’m finally back to theOtaku; and GLAD to be! I was pretty swamped with my fall classes, so my involvement with this site slowly became less and less. Now, feeling more organized and prepared from a refreshing winter break, I’m back and ready to get involved with this awesome community once again.
One of the main influences of my sudden desire to get back on theOtaku was watching the movie “Spirited Away” over break. WHAT AN AMAZING MOVIE! I loved it (that’s why I added the video to my profile ^_^!)
Anyways, if anyone kept me as a friend and still checks up on theOtaku, give me a shout out- I’d love to hear from you!
