Updates & News
Wooooo, I'm freaked out now. Just one comment on my last post. I guess everyone else is either busy or suffering technical malfunctions :-p. Or maybe everyone's just fed up with me. "This guy keeps moaning on about his TV channels disappearing on him. Big deal!!!" Well, if that's the case, then fear not. It's back, and this post will tell y'all about both the anime and manga I've been following this weekend, starting with:
Black Cat: Just finished Vol.11, and my only reaction with this one is...PU-WAH!!!! Man, the storyline in this one is crackling hot! The battle between Chronos and the Apostles has reached fever pitch and a new, improved(?) Train (see Vol.10) has to pick sides now. Waaah!!
Air Gear: I finished Trick:13 and 14 on Saturday (the anime, not the manga). It's getting better and better. Ikki's on his way to becoming sky king, but there's only one problem: the Thorn Queen, a.k.a.Rika Noyamano. That's right, the Babyface is gonna fight his own sis!!!!
Solty Rei:Has anyone seen this one? I'm on episode 14, and the story has just gotten really sad. People have begun to die, and the survivors are finding it difficult to move on. If you guys haven't seen it, you should, coz it's a great anime (by Gonzo) that's been mostly ignored.
Yakitate!Japan:Man, i'm still laughing on this one! Kazuma has just won the Monaco Cup, and now has to face the evil Kirisaki in the Yakitate 9 cup...with Kuroyanagi as judge! The reactions are gonna get wilder now!!!
Whew, what a long post. Guess it's time to put it to bed. See ya guys!

Great. Fantastic. Awe-some. But I hate it!!!!
In case you guys are clueless, I'm talking about Version Vibrant. I can't comment on my friends' posts, and have to put up with that stupid sign that says:"Notice: We are surgically separating myOtaku from theOtaku to make room for Version Vibrant. Click here to comment if you find any bugs."

Gah!

I downloaded VeohTV last night, and DLed Bleach OP5, "Rolling Star". Pretty awesome vid! The only thing that sucks is that I can't convert that vid into .avi :-(.

MP3 saves the day!

My cable guys still can't bring back Animax, so no more anime for me.

I am soooo depressed! And pissed off!

Uh, OK. Let's move on to the real post.
Black Cat: PWAH! I just finished Vol.10, and without giving anything away, I can say this: IT'S AWESOME!!!!!!!!!The storyline has become tighter, and the character design is nifty, to say the least. I can't wait for Vol.11!
Ai-Ren: OK,does anyone know this one? It's a very good 女生 romance manga (and if claiming that I read 女生 manga makes me unmanly, then so be it). Plus, it's got a GRRREAT message!
Well, I'm currently not watching anime, though that's not my fault. My cable guy's gotten into a pissing match with the guys from Sony, and is 'temporarily unable to provide the channel'. BS!!!

   Just a little (Death?) note...O_o
Hello Otakus! This is the guy who wanted some advice on whether to read certain mangas, and got none. (For more information, please refer to the previous post). While I'm not pissed off, I am a little disappointed, because I was hoping for someone who could tell me whether or not to read Death Note, Elfen Lied and Air Gear. Well, what the hell. I shall walk alone.
BTW, the Updates & News section will now also talk about the manga I'm reading.

Brrrr...Again! japan.freak's Just A Ramble
Hey fellas! It's your friendly neighborhood Japan-crazy otaku here! Or should I add "freezing"? Because that's what I am you know. The mercury hit 0 here yesterday, and you know what that means, don'tcha? Well, whatever, really. I don't care if I freeze into a Popsicle while I'm typing on my post, hee hee.
In case you haven't noticed, I've just added my website to the sidebar. It's not really a site though; just a Wordpress blog. But I write about anime, so comments, corrections and suggestions for improvement are welcome.

   Updates & News
OK,let's do this real quickly,shall we?
1. .hack//Roots: This one is kinda slow, but I like the new, improved Haseo way better than the old, sentimental type. Factor possessors rock!
2. Air Gear: What can I say? It's a GRRRREAT anime! Stunts, chicks and an awesome soundtrack. What more can a guy want? And Ikki's path to sky-kingship is getting tougher and tougher-which is good!
3. L'Chevalier d'Eon: Haven't yet managed to see this one yet, but I've heard good things about it, so I'm really optimistic.
4. Yakitate Ja-pan!: God, I love this one. I mean, an anime about making bread? Insane! And the comedy helps too.
Well, that's it for now. I'm really watching too little of anime, but for now that's enough. They're showing the promos for Bleach, though. I think I'm gonna have to kidnap the TV if that happens. MWAHAHAHAHA!!!
