   *sigh* monday again
yea, well, here i am... at school... on a monday... in study hall... putting off writing my lab report...

yea, well, today i'm gonna talk a little about fanfiction.net. well, i've been posting fan-fiction there for a while now, but i've really been neglecting it lately. i just can't get back into the story i started. but just yesterday i scrounged up a chapter to post. for the most part, people have been friendly and polite about their reviews, but today i got my first flame. this particular person posted a really rude review that included profanity as well as blaming me for making her hate inuyasha. :| don't you hate it when people are like that tho? if you don't have something nice to post, why post it at all? why not just avoid the people/things you hate instead of going out of your way to cause trouble? i gotta see if there's flame-reporter thing on that site, b/c this review was most unappreciated (to put the whole thing lightly)

ok, now on to something more interesting, hopefully... well, i spent my entire saturday at a parade for marching band, and when i got home, i kept thinking that it was friday. you know, since i was at a school-related activity from 10 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon. :/ after that i sat on my butt and watched tv till midnight. but that's what i always do on saturdays. i'll sit and watch toonami and adult swim, as they show all the good stuff on saturday (namely new inuyasha episodes.) this week's wasn't the best, but not the worst either, it was just regular inuyasha. (which is never bad, of course ;) ) then wolf's rain was good, and that's when i went to bed. bebop and trigun are reruns anymore, and i just don't feel like staying up to see what i've already seen.

i got a new ring on my phone this friday :D it's the theme to fraggle rock if anyone's seen it. (i'm probably showing some age saying this, but not too much, as i'm only 17) i used to watch that show all the time, that along with sesame street and zoobalee zoo. wow, that was an interesting blast from the past. heh, and it reminds me of something else i used to watch as a kid. it was my first anime, but i didn't realize it was anime till about a year ago when i really started getting into anime, and thats the adventures of unico i was a fantasy fan even back then.

but yea, only reason i said i was showing age, is that most of the people i've seen around this site are my brother's age or younger. well, gotta go

   tomorrow's friday!
cool stuff, they accepted all my new greetings. now there's 4 inuyasha ones, and one berserk one.

but yea, today in marching band, i cut my heel b/c of walking so much in my old worn out shoes. (ouch!) i either need thicker socks or new shoes. i only wear the old ones during practice so that i don't get my new ones all grassy and wet.

i think i'l go back to rambling on about various shows i like. today: teen titans. i know it's not officially an anime or anything, but i kind of like to think of it as an "amanime" american anime all shortened and smashed into one word. either way, it's good. (not the best, but i enjoy watching it when it comes on and i happen to be watching tv or doing nothing else) my favorite character is raven. starfire's cool and all, especially since she has the kind of "preppy" girl role, and she's not stuck up or anything. her naivete of the planet's ways fixes that nicely. it's cute how she and robin like each other too. and of course, beast boy, cyborg and robin are great too. :D

i also like the DNAngel manga. daisuke's just so adorable!! ^^ the art is cute, the storyline is cute, and even though cute things often weird me out, this isn't that kind of cute. i may be a tomboy, but i'm still a girl :P

i'm really quite a mean person. i've figured that out. apparently, people find what i say offensive sometimes, and never told me. i think i liked it better when i didn't know. on top of that i'm unbelievably tired, so the end result is that i'm pretty down. i'm thinkin that's all for today.

urgh, sitting in study hall freezing my butt off. this morningin marching band we had to march in the pouring rain. and i'm still not dry. that and my hair is curling in all sorts of bizarre ways.

that and i've got guy problems. most girls have problems getting guys, some girls have problems keeping guys. WHY DO I GOTTA BE THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM OF GETTING RID OF THEM!?! seriously, if i was into dating and stuff, this would be great, but, thing is, i'm NOT. somehow all these guys are under the impression that i like them, so it's like i'm leading them on without even konwing it. the real problem lies in the fact that i don't like them. i see these guys as really good friends, why don't they get that?! i feel like a really cruel person for seemingly toying with these guys' hearts, but i'm not doing it on purpose! honest! i just happen to be a very androgenous tomboy, so i hang around alot of guys. sue me.

to remedy the sick feeling in my stomach that developed when i learned all this yesterday, i decided to hang out with my best friend, who is a girl btw. usually she's with her boyfriend, so i haven't gotten to hang out with her too much lately. we went shopping and then tried on homecoming dresses, always lotsa fun. there was this one dress that i tried on that looked like tinkerbell's dress. heh :P

other than that, life's not bad. i think my real relationship problem is that i'm waiting for someone who doesnt exist. romance annoys me, but only when it has to do with me. i like to read a stories and manga and stuff with a certain kind of romantic element, but romance just isn't my thing. ugh, i think i should just swear off on guys for now. (not that i was looking in the first place... o.O) i think that's about all for now.

hey-o. stopping in for some more pointless talk. i really don't like sundays. nothing's open, you gotta go to church, and nothing's on tv. i hate sundays, only slightly less than mondays. mondays are the worst. 'cept my school gets the day off tomorrow thanks to the golf fund-raiser thingy. we're golf-country here, i swear. i think at one spot we have 3 or 4 golf courses in a 1 mile radius. we don't even have that many golfers in the area! (at least i don't think we do)

listening to "catalyst" (i think that's the title, it might be "all downhill from here" too) by new found glory. yet another good song.

   ...
*sigh* yet another boring saturday. tho i at least had something to do for about 1/2 the day. today i drove up to suncoast and bought the first inuyasha movie, which was released in english sometime last week. it was pretty good, i liked the movie's theme song in any case: toki wo koeru omoi. but yea, i won't go into detail about what i liked and what i didn't, to prevent spoilers to anyone who has yet to see the movie.

i wish my work would call already, i really don't wanna drive up there and ask about the scheduele, as i really wouldn't know where to go. my only consolation is that they just switched over from being albertson's to being baker's exactly a week ago, so things aren't quite organized yet. that and i haven't got my uniform yet.

to kegome dreams, i'm glad you liked my hampster.

in closing, i'd like to say that umi and i has the same disposition in the morning.

   TGIF
in study hall again. this is just my computer time other than when i get home.

yea, so i'm really hungry right about now, and i don't have lunch till after another 2 periods. that and i dont eat breakfast on school mornings. sad thing is, there's nothing good to eat at my school. nothing really really good.

ok, time for more random talking. my desktop wallpaper right now i got from Internet Bumper Stickers. that's an awesome website. you should go there. anyway, it says "on the internet, no one can hear you scream" i'm in the mood to change it tho. but i just have to decide which. i collect wallpapers, it's my hobby. mostly anime ones, of course. i'm thinking of putting up a DNAngel one i got from the wallpaper gallery here at the otaku, or an inuyasha one that i got from inuyasha.hk.st. yet another good website. too bad i can't read anything on it tho, it's all in japanese. the pictures rock, tho. i think there was another choice, but i can't remember.

this weekend is the local carnival, and my neighbor was crowned king at the coronation last night. it's really too bad that all the carnival rides make me sick, or else i'd go hang out downtown more. i'll prolly go down to buy a funnel cake later on today. aw, geez, i went and made myself hungry again.

that's the weird thing about carnival rides, tho, you know? they make me sick to my stomach, but amusement park rides sure don't.

my dad and i went to new york this summer to visit my gramma, and on the way home we stopped in coney isle for a lil bit. we rode the cyclone and ate at the original nathan's hot dog stand. i just love those hot dogs. (why does everything i talk about always lead to food?!)

   study hall is boooring
hey-o, i'm currently reporting from 3rd period study hall, in which i should be getting out of in a couple weeks... anyway, since i'm not doing anything else, i thought i'd come and talk some. i already got busted by the underclassmen vice-principle (just b/c i'm an upperclassman doesn't mean he can't bust me, unfortunately) for having headphones. i remember them saying no portable cd players, but i dont recall them saying anything about hooking up headphones to your computer. too bad, so sad, no jimmy eat world to listen to today. well, the period is about to get out, so i gots to get off. maybe i'll come and rant more after school. have fun till then!
