A better lesson about money:
If you want to make money, you have to move money. A dollar sitting in a bank it still a dollar. A dollar spent on assets worth more than a dollar will earn you a return. Real-Estate is one of the fastest ways to build an efficient fortune. Other ways to make money are just 'scaled down' versions of real estate. The investment-risk-return values are soo much lower, the effort is often not worth the profit. If you want to take classes or learn a profession, real-estate is something worth your time. Everyone needs a home, or property to sell something.
